Staff was very friendly. One of the best breakfast buffets with many options I've encountered in a hotel. The facility was secure requiring a key card to enter. Walking distance to a Walmart was a plus. Rooms and lobby were clean. Nice courtyard to get outside still in a secure area.

We were very happy with the Staybridge Suites in Anchorage. The room was spacious and very clean. The staff were personable and helpful with information about the local area. The amenities were top-notch including free guest laundry, pool and jacuzzi, and free hot breakfast, which was one of the best freebie breakfasts we've had in our travels. All-in-all, a very pleasant stay.

There were hairs in the tub and multiple boogers on the wall in the bathroom. The floors in the kitchen are also had some sort of sticky substance on them. Basically didn't take our shoes off while in the room expect to sleep.

For the 5 night stay we had no room service. After requesting we still had no room service. Giant dirty stain on the couch. Front desk Jeany was the most attitude filled person. After asking for room service all she could answer was “we don’t have anyone, you want me to take kitchen staff and send them up” followed by more rudeness.

Some staff were very nice. But each of our four days we’d have to ask multiple times to get room cleaned, serviced. Also lots of homeless passed out near property with some others engaged in obvious criminal activity. Seemed to struggle with enough staff at times as well. Would not stay again.

Our room was too small for 2 people. We used the pull out sofa and didnt have much room. But the hotel was extremely clean , had a better than average breakfast, and everyone was friendly and helpful. So it was a good stay

Great for longer stay. Essentially an efficiency apartment with fridge and microwave and small stove. All super clean, and even pool in perfect condition. Abundant options at breakfast but I would add more vegetarian options. Convenient location close to even some shopping on foot. The only minus is the transient population abundant in the area ... noisy and disturbing....so that front door remains closed. Get a room above first floors ... noisy hvac outlets outside.

I thought the hotel was quiet at night but during the day there was a loud banging that i couldn't identify. It went on for hours. The breakfast was cold and the ice in the freezer tasted terrible. But it was clean, felt new or well maintained and was central to midtown activities.

I enjoyed my stay at the Staybridge. The staff was very friendly and polite and the rooms were not only beautiful but they were fully supplied with kitchen utensils as well as other traveling needs. Additionally, although the property felt safe and secluded there was a Walmart within walking distance so it made shopping for last second groceries and supplies easy.

My 5 night stay at Staybridge was second to none in the 3 star class. Breakfast was sublime, and there are many options to choose from. They even feature Dove soaps including shampoo/conditioner & body wash. Who does that?? Convenience you ask? They are literally a 2 minute walk to Walmart or Cinemark theater..Their jacuzzi is the ideal temp that will cater to all, and the jets are very powerful. For those who are doing extended stays having a dishwasher in the kitchen feels like a luxury, and there is also a full size fridge. I saved the best for last: All the staff from the front desk, to the janitors/maintenance including of course the hard working housekeepers make you feel at home from the moment you first walk into the lobby. Thank you to all of your staff for a fabulous stay. ❤️

Super great property. Nice facility, great breakfast. Reasonably priced. Only thing I didn’t like was the a/c unit. Super loud when turning on and off - it’d keep me up at night, so I had to keep it off, thus it got a little warm. But overall, I’d definite stay again.

The spacious room was excellent. The room had plates and silverware and cooking utensils so that you could cook your own if you decided to do. The staff was responsive to my concerns and complaints which included an oversight on room preparation for checking in. Everything functioned in the room as designed. All plumbing and lights worked. Shower needs a restriction device to reduce pressure. Very good breakfast bar with excellent coffee and a changing variety of items. There is no in room summary of the amenities that showed the availability or location of events. I was directed to the website for information. Website online was broad brush and not specific. Could use a one page sheet of information. I return to Anchorage every few months.

Great stay. The man you checked us in 2 nights ago and worked at the desk last night was awesome. Could really tell he enjoyed his job. Very friendly and efficient. Hotel in like new condition and clean. Used the free laundry room a few times which was a great perk. Breakfast awesome too!

The front doors were locked when I arrived at 8:30 pm during full daylight (it's Alaska) and no one was at the front desk. So I had to wait for admission to the lobby until the front desk clerk returned after a break. Clerk was surly when confronted about the situation. I won't be staying here again.

Hotel cancelled our reservation the day of arrival ( while we were in air plane in airplane mode) saying our credit card expired. We contacted the hotel 2 weeks prior to trip and gave them updated expiration date. After a 10 hour flight we spent over an hour searching for last minute hotel with opening. It was a very stressful beginning of our vacation.

Upon arrival, John (the front staff on duty when I arrived) went above and beyond making us feel welcomed. I was really impressed with his ability to handle multiple task with a efficiency and positive attitude. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful. I felt very safe staying at this hotel. I appreciated having a pool, but it was too small.

This was an incredible staffed property! First, shout out to John, he is a great front reception host. The breakfast was great, something hot and different each morning. The room I had was well stocked, very clean and comfortable! The "only" negative (and it is not their fault) was the walkability is not great, many homeless but the hotel cannot do anything about it. A side note - they have last minute snacks and food items, really appreciated that too. Overall - I would definitely stay here again! Well done Staybridge crew!

This was a great place to stay. Quiet, comfortable rooms. Exceptional staff. A great free happy hour with snacks every night. The workout room was big and had plenty of weights. A very good place for business travelers. Nitpicks - breakfast could be better. How about some bacon? And ditch the inedible sausage hockey pucks. Also there are loads of homeless in the area, so be prepared to be accosted in the parking lot. Not the hotels fault though. One of the best places I’ve stayed at in Anchorage.

Breakfast was spot on!!! Delicious and plentiful. Room was clean and bed was comfy!! Staff was polite and helpful! Enjoyed our winter visit to Anchorage. Just wish the fireplace was lit, we were there a week and not once was it lit 😢

Top notch front desk service. Great breakfast, actually thought out and the menu changes quite a bit. Facilities are good. That hot tub is too hot for me though. Indoor tubs should be at 102 in my opinion, and not 104. Room was super nice, good quality soap shampoo and whatever you call those. Highly recommended if you’re looking for an option closer to the airport.
