I hade a very nice 1 bedroom suite. Clean and well-equipped. Enjoyed daily use of the pool,hottub,and grandchildren loved the water slide. Relaxed in the outdoor lounge areas and even made use of the BBQ.

It was perfect for our needs. We were traveling throughout Nova Scotia in a camper van and at times we like to have a "proper" shower. The gym was surprisingly good. It had everything we needed. The hotel pool has a fun slide for kids. The area is not really walkable, though there is a good restaurant across the street.

The hotel was clean, staff were friendly. Great rooms. My only complaint is the lack of EV chargers. Perhaps it's time to upgrade to have at least 3 chargers. It's a slow charger so guests are likely to use one all night. Besides that it was a wonderful stay.

They did not clean my room. There was a terrible noise coming from my HVAC unit and when I called down to them to ask to switch rooms they said that noise was everywhere in the building. I highly doubt that. I did really like the pool/Gym. That was incredible.

We were family of 4 booked in King size bed and pull-out couch. We were told room was ready via pre-Check-in. Arrived to find no bedding for pull-out couch, not enough pillows and not enough towels. Room was clean; nice size washroom, especially the shower. Breakfast staff was very friendly and very helpful - go early if you have the complementary breakfast - they start whittling down the buffet supply as the deadline nears - but that's understandable and reasonable. Elevators can be a bit slow - there are only two for 8 floors. Pool is small and hot tub is even smaller - seems a popular spot for families, many smaller children running around screaming uncontrollably - I'm sure they enjoyed being unsupervised. Never saw a more crowded exercise room ever. Parking was terrible - many vehicles took two spots - partially because the stall lines were covered and partially because some people are terrible drivers - hotel didn't do good job in clearing snow in any case.

Pool was too noisy and chlorine fumes so high eyes were burning with no towels in sight. Friendly staff. Food ok at breakfast but it was all abit of a mess. Room very nice but big red stain in carpet in living room was concerning. The office chair had the back ripped to shreds - just looked out of place in an otherwise very nice room.

Mostly great. Very clean for the most part. Staff very friendly. There was pee left in the toilet in our room when we arrived so the cleaners obviously need to do a better job. Breakfast buffet had no meat!

What a beautiful hotel. We were impressed right from the front lobby to our room. The pool exceeded our expectations as well. Everything was extremely clean and the staff was very accommodating. I asked for early check in and they text me at 11:30 to tell me my room was ready. We will definitely be back!

The sink was not clean. There was an unpleasant smell as soon as we entered and had to ask them to spray air freshner. The room did not have Sri king water we had to purchase a tiny bottle for $4. Carpets were not clean, the coffee machine was dirty. Even though the staff was a little friendly the room was not clean. I would not recommend staying here.

The staff is very nice and helpful and it's the cleanest hotel I've been to in 2 years! And you can walk up to the restaurants, shops, cinema which are 2 blocks away! It's close to the highway and to Dartmouth downtown and Halifax harbour. Looking forward to our nex vacation here!

Room was nice and spacious. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were horrible, the ones that go flat in 5 minutes. I would say a bit pricey overall. Location was what we were looking for. Keg for supper and Costco the next morning. Pool was nice but please invest in something to heat the water. It was freezing. Staff were all friendly.

We’ve stayed at this hotel on a couple separate occasions and again Later on the same trip. Our first day for two nights we were on the second floor. We had a king suite with a pull out bed. The room wasn’t cleaned properly and the pull out bed was really rundown. Saggy and uncomfortable. We were surprised because this hotel is usually very good and we enjoy staying here. This is our first time staying on the second floor We didn’t enjoy it as much as the upper levels in the same type of room

Our suite had a full kitchen with a dishwasher, two extremely comfortable queen beds, a kitchen table and a comfy couch area. The suite is very tastefully decorated and was very well priced. We had a delicious buffet breakfast included and the gym is open 24 hours. Fantastic place! We will definitely be back!

Room was huge, like an old office conference room. Took forever to cool down, never really got comfortable. 50 dollar fee for dog. Normal weird hairs in bathroom that you'd get at a cheaper hotel. Average hotel stay

The kitchen setup was perfect, it had everything we needed including a blender for our breakfast smoothies (many other places don’t include a blender) The room was wonderful, clean and comfy. The bed was super comfortable and the pillows as well. Very happy, highly recommend it.

Overall everything went well and we would stay again. The pros were the pool, the kids really enjoyed and the property in general was nice with friendly staff. I also appreciated that there was non dairy milk at breakfast. The main for improvement would be the pull out couch. It was quite uncomfortable, and I know they’re never great but this one was really bad. The bed in the room was great! Would be nice to have more options to accommodate a family of four. Always nice to have the separate bedroom so the kids can go to sleep earlier, but would be ideal if there is comfortable sleeping for everyone.

This was our 2nd time staying at this hotel. The last time was a year and a half ago. That time, we had a terrible check in experience with no room available despite having a reservation. We eventially resolved the issue, but it took quite a long time and front desk staff wasnt very friendly. Walking in to check in this time, my wife and I joked about them not having a room for us again. Turns out the joke was on us. Check in time was 3pm and we showed up at 4:50pm. They took my ID and swiped my credit card for incidentals and then told me they had no room ready for me. We were told it should only be a few minutes but were then left in the lobby with our luggage waiting for almost an hour. No aplogies, no compensation of any kind. Happening twice in a row, we wont be back. We are frequent travels, both domestically and internationally and this has never happened once somewhere else, let alone twice. On day two, the fire alarms went off throughout the hotel, forcing us to get dressed and head to the lobby. The hotel is very noisy as unsupervised children were running wild throughout the building. Screaming in the halls, riding the elevators up and down causing delays. A chaotic environment. In no way the relaxing and romantic weekend we hoped for.

We travelled to Halifax for a family reunion and stayed 5 nights. The single most impressive thing about the hotel was the staff. Jamilah and her team in the breakfast room were amazing. Always with a smile they worked so hard! Thank you Jamillah!!! The rooms were great, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good! My only tip is that parking spots were tight and we had a large van for touring so it was a tight squeeze. Highly recommend coming to Dartmouth, the 20 min trip into Halifax was fine.

Great hotel and location, although we had to request to change rooms due to old/musky smell. They accommodated but offered no apology or compensation for trouble. The included breakfast was absolutely awful. Poor selection and quality, restrictive hours, and for over 400 a night I expect much better.

We stayed in a suite with a kitchenette. It had all you would need as far as dishes, pots and cutlery. There was a small fridge with a freeze as well as a small dishwasher. There were two tv's and a door you could close between the seating area and bedroom. The breakfast was good with both hot and cold options. Unfortunately they ran out of eggs. The hot tub was nice.
