Dass Zimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen, die Einrichtung veraltet mit Teppich. Dass Frühstück extrem überteuert und Parkieren mussten wir in einem öffentlichen Parkhaus 5 min weg vom Hotel. Den Preis meier Meinung nach nicht wert.

Hard to find the hotel. Desk was only open during certain hours. we arrived at 3pm and the desk did not open until 4pm. Parking had only 1 space.

Clean. Comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff. We got upgraded to a big room with lovely view of the river. Short taxi ride from train station to hotel CHF 24-28, too steep to walk with luggage. Will stay here again.

View from the room was great. Room was decently sized and clean. Lugged my heavy luggage all the way from the train station to the hotel. Wouldnt recommend that. St Moritz is like a mini San Fransisco with all the steep slopes. Suggest to take the bus to cut down the walking. Thankfully there's a small lift in the hotel so there's no need to carry the luggage up the stairs. Had laundry service done within a day which was great.

It’s quite the hike to get to this hotel from the train station. There’s a very steep hill, use the escalators available through the parking lot near the train station. Says the hotel bar is open at 3 PM, we did not find this to be true. Very limited dining options around hotel.

駅から少し離れており、坂道も多くキャリーケースを持って運ぶのはやや大変でした。ですが、その大変さを凌駕する客室からの眺望の良さ。部屋に入って、なにこれ！？と驚きました。部屋の外を眺めているだけで、時間が経つのを忘れてしまいそうです。 1階のセルフバーの内容も充実しており、大変有意義なホテルステイが出来ました。ショッピングエリアにも近く、駅からの向かう道が大変なことだけ除けば何も問題はありません！

Centrally located hotel with great views of the Alps form rooms and dining room. High quality windows, shades and lighting. Quaint feeling. Self serve bar afternoon is great! Owner very friendly. This was a summer stay.

The problem is the bathroom backed up from a floor above and caused sewage to back up in the bathroom toilet and tub. The compensation they offered originally was the 8 Swiss francs for city tax when I said that was not suitable they offered 20 percent. I explained how this was not acceptable they spent 40 min talking to the manager without a better outcome. Room 5

Room in decent condition. Housekeeping good for first few days but dropped off badly for the second half of the stay - dirty cups not replaced with clean, sugar sachets and teabags not replenished, etc. However my main reason for dissatisfaction is that I overheard some other guests being told that there was a ‘small’ breakfast option that didn’t cost as much as the full 24CHF buffet breakfast. I was not aware of this as there is mention of it on this site. If I had known, I could have saved myself the hassle of bringing supplies to keep my costs down during my stay. Better advertisement of the small breakfast option would have meant me spending extra money with them, too.

The size of the bedroom is quite big for 2 people. There is a bathtub in the bathroom. The room is clean and big enough for 2 people. The location is close to St. moritz station. 10minute walking distance to the hotel but it is hard if you bring big luggage as the road goes up. My suggestion is take the 604 or 605 bus. If take 604 stop at st Moritz Serlas then 5 minute walk. If take 605 stop at st Moritz Kulm then 2 minute walk. Take 604 or 610 bus to Silvaplana lake. The journey to the lake is around 20 minutes from St Moritz Serlas bus stop. But it is worth to visit. To see the St Moritz lake, it is better to go to the St Moritz station. Our hotel is very close to the lake but we could not find the way to go to it

Man on the front desk a bit aloof and slow to acknowledge our arrival. Check in was perfunctory. Room was large, very clean and comfortable. Mattress extremely soft but comfortable and it was very quiet so slept well. Bathroom large, if a little old fashioned, but the shower was hot and powerful. Excellent location and easy to find from the station. Overall a good stay for one or two nights.

A bit of a climb to get to hotel as village is up on a hill. No one on reception from 1200 until 1500. So if you arrive between those times unable to speak with staff or checking in earlier. Our room had wonderful views over the lake and mountains , stunning!

I had a very poor experience with the man at the front desk. He overcharged my card claiming I didn’t inform him about everyone staying in my room. But I did upon check in and everyone staying in my room was present. When I tried to explain and protest he told me he would charge more if I kept talking!!! Not only this but he was rude and gave me the wrong directions to a very basic tourist spot when I asked for help during my stay. I had to wait an extra half hour to check in because he was no where to be found. The beds are uncomfortable and I got bug bites all over my legs. Not worth your money! Worst customer service.

On our 4 days trip, this hotel provided us with the biggest room. We arrived after the reception was closed, but our key and some complementary Toblerone were left in an envelope opposite to reception. The hotel inside looks very authentic and pretty. I liked the features on the corridors. The room was clean, spacious and the beds were really comfy. The next day I checked in and then straight out because we were leaving St. Moritz behind.

Superb customer service. The gentleman that checked us in called us, I missed the call, letting us know that check would close at 1900. We arrived at the hotel before that, last arrival, expected us and had everything ready to go at check in. We got an awesome room with a spectacular view. Good sleeping in the evening since it was cool with the windows opened. He helped immensely from that evening to the morning with services and recommendations for train options back to Zurich.

일단 스위스에서 머문 호텔중에 방이 제일 넓었고 호수뷰도 좋았습니다. 호텔건물이 오래되긴 했지만 앤틱한 부분도 괜찮았어요. 역에서 가는것도 606번 버스 타면 문제없이 가기 편했어요.

Nice stay and views from the breakfast area! Close to restaurants, bars, and shopping! Bring your walking shoes as the entire city is built on the side of a mountain and the streets are often very steep. I walked from the train station up very steep streets to the Hotel with about 50 pounds of luggage and it was strenuous! Unless you’re in pretty good shape physically, I suggest travelers take a taxi from the train station to the Hotel.

A localização é a melhor possível! Meu quarto era espaçoso com uma vista Incrível!!! Porém o café da manhã não vale a pena pelo preço que é cobrado. Apesar das instalações não serem modernas/novas, está bem cuidado e é uma excelente relação custo/beneficio! Eu recomendo altamente!

Quarto grande, com sacada e ótima vista panorâmica. Porém, na primeira noite passamos frio pois a calefação não estava ligada porque é verão pra eles, mas faziam 6 graus. Na segunda noite depois de muita insistência nos emprestaram um aquecedor a óleo que resolveu o problema. O café é de boa qualidade, com poucas frutas, e é cobrado à parte 25 francos suíços por pessoa.

Languard är ett vackert hotell med äldre inredning och charmiga detaljer som ger karaktär. Vi hade ett stort rum med fin utsikt över byn, St Moritz-sjön och bergen. Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam och frukosten var god. Man kan välja mellan att köpa en liten frukost med croissant o kaffe, eller en större frukost med det vanliga utbudet- vi valde den större.

Breakfast was not included and the lady which did our check in told us there was two types of breakfast: Continental for $12.50 (Just bread and coffee) and Buffet for $23.50. We decided to go with the continental breakfast of just bread and coffee but when we did our check out they charged us for the Buffet. We insisted in the fact that the girl at the check in said there were two types of breakfast but the person in charge at that moment said no, there's only one breakfast. I did not like that.
