What a great place to stay. The bedroom was excellent and the inn so quirky and cosy. Would highly recommend due to a central position in Woburn, easy parking and great wine bars so close. The facilities and the very friendly staff only added to a wonderful short stopover.

Friendly welcome. Easy free parking, free WiFi, tea making facilities, hairdryer. Good value. Perfect, safe single room for an overnight & walking distance to a small but lovely lido.

Poor for the Long Inns, staff did not know about the area, advert said breakfast and dinner available but pay for but no chef or kitchen staff, so had to find other eating places. The bar was only open one day out of two evenings when I stayed. When I lefted in the morning not one person was around the building, just lefted keys in a box. I was disgusted.

Sadly this place feels tired and in need of a good reset. We waited too long to be acknowledged when we first arrived and the welcome was weak. Our room was functional but underwhelming. On the plus side there was a safe place for the car and a great Thai restaurant up the road. Despite this, we wouldn't stay again.

Good off road parking if entrance a bit tight for my vehicle, welcoming and room adequate for for the one night I stayed. The room was very inexpensive but the decore and condition of the room was tired. One tap was loose and shower cubical could do with refreshing etc. Wasn't able to stay for breakfast and had a meeting elseware on the evening therefore it served as a very cheap overnight stop over.

Not great, but all I needed was a bed for the night. Staff seemed to come and go as they pleased. Don't think there was anyone there overnight, so the guests (?) were left to their own. No chef either so had to eat elsewhere. Very dark interior and metal cages up at the bar most of the night. Remote didn't work on the TV. Had to keep the bathroom door shut when showering to stop the steam setting off the smoke alarms. Right in the centre of Woburn, with a very tight entrance to the car park, through an archway. Managed to get through it with my Transit Connect - anything bigger wouldn't.

This is a nice traditional pub/coaching inn. My room was clean and comfortable, with some character added by the antique furniture. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was no dinner service when I stayed, but the staff were able to direct me to a neighbouring pub that was serving food. Breakfast was substantial and reasonably priced too.

The property is located in a beautiful area within easy walk of many nice pubs and restaurants. The furnishing of the rooms is perhaps a little basic, but everything was very clean and the nightly rate is competitive. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Character property in quaint village within easy walking distance of local dining options. Very clean room and bathroom and very comfortable bed. We had an outside room which was private and we were able to come and go as we pleased. The breakfast was very good served by friendly staff. We stayed for 2 nights whilst visiting friends and would stay again when in the area.

We stayed in the family room that sleeps 4. This had a double bed and two single beds. The room was spacious, warm and tidy. The ensuite bathroom was also very clean with basic amenities included. We only stayed one nice but would like to visit again in the future.

Checking in I was advised no food as chef was off.hole in bathroom floor through to the bar below, noise was awful with heavy traffic from early morning. Not the best overnight stay I’ve had. Manager was pleasant.

Noisy main road just outside. On arrival we were told the chef had gone sick and was in hospital (sorry for the chef) so there would be no breakfast in the morning and no food available in the evening. No alternative arrangements had been made. When we checked out at 9 am 2 days later everything downstairs was locked and shuttered, nobody was on duty and there was just a box on the wall to drop your key in - doesn't make you feel valued as a guest.

I had stayed here previously but was in a room away from main bar restaurant, this time I stayed in a room right above the bar, I could hear music playing and every talking and shouting in the bar so couldn’t unwind, while I appreciate it’s an old building, it should have stated that certain rooms can hear everything in til 11:15, I was there for 3 days and my towels were not changed once, shower was not powerful and also room was tiny with tiny TV, wouldn’t stay again

Top service from a really friendly bunch. I was late for check in but called and they arrived promptly to check me in. I also left something behind and they called me to arrange it's safe keeping until I can collect. Breakfast excellent with good quality ingredients. Stayed here a few times now and would welcome staying again.

Character property in quaint village within easy walking distance of local dining options. Very clean room and bathroom and very comfortable bed. We had an outside room which was private and we were able to come and go as we pleased. The breakfast was very good served by friendly staff. We stayed for 2 nights whilst visiting friends and would stay again when in the area.

Not great, but all I needed was a bed for the night. Staff seemed to come and go as they pleased. Don't think there was anyone there overnight, so the guests (?) were left to their own. No chef either so had to eat elsewhere. Very dark interior and metal cages up at the bar most of the night. Remote didn't work on the TV. Had to keep the bathroom door shut when showering to stop the steam setting off the smoke alarms. Right in the centre of Woburn, with a very tight entrance to the car park, through an archway. Managed to get through it with my Transit Connect - anything bigger wouldn't.

Top service from a really friendly bunch. I was late for check in but called and they arrived promptly to check me in. I also left something behind and they called me to arrange it's safe keeping until I can collect. Breakfast excellent with good quality ingredients. Stayed here a few times now and would welcome staying again.

Noisy main road just outside. On arrival we were told the chef had gone sick and was in hospital (sorry for the chef) so there would be no breakfast in the morning and no food available in the evening. No alternative arrangements had been made. When we checked out at 9 am 2 days later everything downstairs was locked and shuttered, nobody was on duty and there was just a box on the wall to drop your key in - doesn't make you feel valued as a guest.

Poor for the Long Inns, staff did not know about the area, advert said breakfast and dinner available but pay for but no chef or kitchen staff, so had to find other eating places. The bar was only open one day out of two evenings when I stayed. When I lefted in the morning not one person was around the building, just lefted keys in a box. I was disgusted.

Shame there was no food available at the pub. The kitchen was closed. Friendly landlord who pointed us to some food eateries in the area. Rooms were basic, but clean.

Lovely room..single bed very comfortable but Double not so much.. Annoyed that we were not advised until we arrived that no breakfast would be available for to not having a chef.

This is a nice traditional pub/coaching inn. My room was clean and comfortable, with some character added by the antique furniture. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was no dinner service when I stayed, but the staff were able to direct me to a neighbouring pub that was serving food. Breakfast was substantial and reasonably priced too.

Extremely disappointed with this hotel. We stayed for 2 nights and the only time we saw hotel staff was when they gave us the keys. We had booked a hotel with cozy lounge and lovely food, what we got was a room in an abandoned pub, didn’t even tell us they didn’t do food, just left us to find out and then the local cafe was booked up. Daily housekeeping 😂😂😂😂non existent
