Pool and playground facilities were great! Restaurant /cafe was lovely, with 7am breakfast and coffee, which was appreciated - with the kids being awake so early. We loved our stay in a 2 bed self contained cabin and all the school holiday entertainment options, which was very well thought out and planned. Park was 1 block away from a supermarket, fast food options and Harbourside Outlet Mall. Very convenient fot travel to Amusement Parks. We would recommend staying here. Kids loved spending time swimming at the pools, playing mini golf, playing in the splash area...so was easy to just spend time enjoying the parks' facilities.

Our boys (age 5 and 2) loved this place! The pool with the slide was a big hit (quite cold but it is April), splash park, mini golf and so many activities for them to enjoy. The cabin we stayed in (superior garden villa) was comfortable and clean. I would probably opt for one of the fancier villas next time as the kitchens looked larger. Would definitely recommend and would go back!

We loved this holiday Park for the kids but the splash Park was out of order the whole time we were there. We were told it'd probably be fixed by Tuesday, yet when we left on Friday it was still not working. The floors in the room were dirty when we arrived, floors could do with a thorough clean, same with the bathroom. The kids loved the pool and jumping pillow.

Just disappointed in cleanliness as kitchen window dirty and kitchen light full of dead cockroaches.Spider webs in bedroom too but everything else clean and bed so comfy.Shower was beautiful and close to harbour town to shop away.Staff are lovely too as maintenance man fixed our sliding screen door straight away and was greeted lovely too..

Upon arrival our room was FULL of mosquitos, all over the ceiling. We were biten for 2 days and nights and have returned home covered in welts. There was black mold covering the entire black out blinds in the room. Dirt all over the window frames and floor surrounding like it hasn't been wiped down in months. And other peoples rubbish under the bed.

We recently stayed at this location and overall had a pleasant experience. We stayed in one of the studio apartments that are along the main road. Whilst the unit itself was great, the road noise was a little loud at times but nothing unbearable. Overall, a really nice little unit for us and would be happy to return.

The Resort areas like pool was great. Plenty of activities to do on the property. Harbour Town shopping and dining is only minutes away. We had a superior garden cabin. It’s was too small for our family needs. It was quite old and very hot. Only air con was in the main living area. The fans in the bedrooms only had one very slow speed. The bathroom could do with another shelf in the shower as there was only tiny shelf. We would stay there again but upgrade to better cabins.

Bed was comfortable, although sofa bed mattress not so comfortable. The light outside the studio room shines through the bathroom window into the main bed area which makes it hard to sleep if you like complete darkness. A bit noisy as on the main road. Close to Harbourtown and theme parks which was convenient.

Always a favourite for the kids. Great place for the whole family, kids have ample of activities and are never bored. Spacious accommodation and cabins are supplied with all the amenities needed for a home away from home experience. Plenty of parking for visitors and staff are very hospitable and customer serviced focus. Hubby loved the lamb shank dish off the dinner menu. Keep up the great service.

Check in was great and we had an issue with our first cabin so they very kindly upgraded us to a better available cabin which made our stay much more enjoyable. The park is in a great location close to Harbour Town and other shops, seemed fairly safe and always a bit of noise being in a camp site space with families but was manageable. Lots of organized activities too for families so plenty of entertainment and great facilities available.

This establishment is perfect for families with pre-teen kids. Free activities in the craft room, swimming pool, mini golf, play centre and tennis court. Situated half way between Sea World and Movie World with the bus that stops out front taking you to the door step of both (need to just swap bus at Helensvale for the shuttle to Wet n Wild and Movie World). Complex was busy but still comfortable and supermarket is placed close. If the kids are older, there may be better options, but this is a place that knows the market it is aiming at and does it well. Very enjoyable stay.

NRMA Treasure was an amazing place for families, it was easy to navigate, it’s close to transportation and shops we really enjoyed staying there and everyone was nice and the staff as well! I would definitely recommend visiting there again.
