Clean and nice stay, staff is friendly and helpful

I use a walker and wasn't prepared for the distance I'd have to go to get to the casino. Otherwise the hotel was beautiful, the staff was friendly and we had a really nice time.

The whole experience was poor. From checking in and the front desk clerk not saying hi. I got to my room and it smelled of smoke, the toilet didn't work and the AC wasn't cooling. I called maintenance to fix the toilet and AC. I left the room to go start gambling when I got a phone call saying that I needed to be "removed" from the room. I headed back to the check in desk and they moved me to another room where the AC didn't work again. I couldn't sleep because of how hot the room was. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Once arriving to our room, the AC units to the room was not working nor did the thermostat, we thought if we left the window open and raised the cool temperature it would be cold enough once we get back gambling. Sadly to our surprise, room was still hot and no AC running so demanded to speak to manager to get a room exchange. Conclusion to story, got transferred to horseshoe hotel.

We stayed here a couple other times but this stay our room had no a/c which they mention to us when we checked in(after reading past reviews this has been a problem before on numerous occasions). They offered us a box fan which helped a little but was still uncomfortable all night. Next morning shower was Luke warm at best.
