Decent option for an inexpensive overnight stay. All of the travel sites categorize this hotel as pet friendly, however on arrival, there is signage everywhere stating no pets. After initially being denied, the front desk agent finally came up with one room that would accept our puppy. It was clean and spacious, but definitely showed some wear and tear. Particularly, the mattresses. But it was ok. The only real discomfort was that the room was on the second floor, with no elevator, at the far corner of the building, right above the taquerias, blasting their boom boxes 'til 3 am. I'm sure the place would be fine for someone without a dog, staying in a centrally located room.

No hot water, pillows smelled, tv remote not working well, very run down. Can't see this hotel lasting much longer, unfortunate. Bet it was a nice hotel 10 years ago.

The area is safe and within walking distance to many restaurants. There is someone in the lobby 24/7 and were still cheery when we checked out at 4am.
