Cervo Hotel,Costa Smeralda Resort

Property is in an expensive location but the actual hotel is very average with a below average pool area and not great views. Great if you want to shop at luxury stores. Very expensive for this hotel in my opinion.

This hotel was incredible! Everything from the location to the ameneties to the staff was superb. Everyone there was super welcoming and helpful. The views are gorgeous, the hotel and rooms and beautiful and spacious. A nice little perk was that the hotel has a private beach and they take you by boat there. It was a wonderful stay.

Everything was excellnet, the location awesome. Steps to the most luxurious shippi g town! The private besch 12’ away in a private boat from the hotel was amazing! One of the best calas in the Archipielago. Super calm best water! The hotel will prepare a cooler for you with food to take to the Cala! Amazing!

Lack of service. Just because they did not have enough guests, they did not take us to the beach. But they charged us their usual rate.

Poderia ter mais serviço de piscina, a academia é precária e sem ar condicionado. O quarto tem em falhou o ar condicionado. E a praia depende do vento para ter transporte. 2 dias não teve condições.

The property is inside the shopping village. The beach of the property is accessible by a boat offered by the hotel, you are offered water and towels there. You could also use the free shuttle to go to the other marina if you wish.

Excelente hotel e localização, quanto a praia está localizada a 15 minutos de barco que o hotel oferece de hora em hora.

The hotel is very expensive in all areas for rooms that are dated, towels that are worn and shabby as are the robes. For €400 a night I did not expect a room above the taxi rank with noise and taxi phone ringing constantly. We were moved to a room with more privacy and when we opened the curtains on the morning a gardener was on our balcony - not private at all!! The private beach is dirty and unkempt! Some of the staff are excellent and do a wonderful job - some are just going through the motions. This is not what I would class as 5* although the prices are!! Would not recommend or return.

We had a wonderful time in the hotel. The hotel is super big and has it’s on private beach. The beach is 10 min by boat but it’s good if you want to enjoy not crowded places. However, there are limited choices of beverages and for food you need to order in advance. The restaurants of the hotel were great and the breakfast was amazing with a great view. The bed was really good but the only thing to be improved is that the room had a wired smell of old things.

Absolutely Horrific – Stay Away at All Costs This was one of the most vile and unacceptable hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Our room was infested with mold, and to make matters worse, there was urine on the toilet seat when we first entered the room — a clear indication that it had not been properly cleaned or inspected. The hotel staff were shockingly unhelpful and completely unaccommodating. When we brought the issues to their attention, they offered no apology, no compensation, and no meaningful solution — just a switch to another room that was just as filthy and disgusting. There was zero concern for guest health or safety. The conditions were unsanitary, the service was non-existent, and the management clearly doesn’t care. Do yourself a favor and do not stay here under any circumstances. This place should be inspected by health authorities — it’s that bad.

The hotel is idyllically located, all of the best shops and hotels are right outside your hotel. The complimentary water boat to the island is absolutely stunning. It was the most peaceful & clean experience. The hotel was very clean , the staff at the pool & beach were so friendly. The service and location are 5 stars, the accommodationis slightly more

This hotel was so cute and so conveniently located! We didn’t have a car and didn’t need one. If you plan to drive around to see some of the beautiful beaches then yes I would recommend one but there are also tons of taxi’s up front and we booked a boat to take us to see the beaches instead. The hotel is located centrally in Porto Cervo so if you’re just looking to drive to dinners, shopping, etc then there is no need. Anytime we needed something for our room they brought it very quickly. Antoinetta (I think this was her name sorry I just glanced at her name tag quickly) was the biggest help at breakfast as my friend has a severe nut allergy and she understood how serious it was and made my friend feel so comfortable eating there as she was constantly communicating with the chef and the other wait staff. She also understood the difference between things that contain nuts and things that may contain (meaning they don’t contain nuts but are made in the same facility as some nut products) and she communicated all this to us to ensure my friend felt completely safe and comfortable. The hotel itself could use a few aesthetic updates like the runner in the hallways, etc but overall it’s so unique looking and clean. The hotel restaurants were steep pricing even for Porto Cervo coming from two foodies who eat at incredible restaurants all over the world. The sushi restaurant is cute but we got more food for cheaper at Zuma which seemed crazy? Overall the hotel was great!

This hotel is exceptional! My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Cervo hotel. This hotel has it all! amazing views, great restaurants, secluded beach, and breakfast. Their staff is genuinely nice and accommodating. I want to thank Luigi from the concierge desk for the tour recommendations and arranging our car rental. Antonella from the breakfast restaurant prepared for me a homemade tea when I told her I was not feeling well. All these details make this hotel a unique one. If you want to have an unforgettable experience in Porto Cervo, you should stay at the Cervo hotel!

Having 4 years old kid, tired of driving 3.5 hours from cagliari airport , they helped us quickly to set up an extra bed and upgraded our room.

it was very nice location in Cervo porto, but I wouldn't have 7 nights as we did 4 night will be enough, to see other city you need to have taxi which is very expensive as there no public transport to do that you need to fly or hire car, the staff are very nice,helpful,breakfast is very good.

Muy buena opción en Porto Cervo, al lado de un Centro Comercial, le Playa enfrente no se puede bañar y tiene una playa privada a la que te llevan en lancha (a 10 minutos), muy bonita la playa pero llevar aqua shoes pues es de piedras, El desayuno es extraordinario con opciones a pedido (dentro del buffet) de huevos en diferentes formas así como panqueques, wafflers o tostadas francesas.Las habitaciones y baños son cómodos.

Lugar espetacular, atendimento primoroso, confortável, café da manhã ótimo, inserido num centro de lazer, restaurantes e lojas famosas, bons restaurantes. Mas o hotel precisa de urgente modernização de mobiliário. Recomendo.
