This place was amazing! It’s located in a shopping area. The food was delicious(coming from an American). It was very clean and as robes and slippers in the room. There was plenty of seating if you want to have guests and the spa amenities were reasonable. Breakfast was included and it was a comfort to have French toast for breakfast 😋.

The room was gorgeous and very large, excellent value. Although not directly on the beach, it’s a very short walk and the trade off was worth it based on the other hotels that were on the beach and didn’t appear as nice. Rooftop pool is the perfect place to avoid the sunset beach crowd.

Great and accommodating staff. We are able to leave our luggage before check in and hours after check out - which was very convenient. The only issues during our stays was that the room phone is not working due to technical difficulties, and the main elevator was down the first 2 days of our 3 day stay. One of the bulbs in our washroom also is flickering. However aside from those issues, the staff was awesome and made us feel welcomed.

Jag är besviken på boendet då jag förväntar mig bättre från ett 4-stjärnigt hotell. Många små saker som drar ner helhetsintrycket.. Fanns vattenkokare men inga kaffekoppar eller kaffe/te som är brukligt. Hotellets rooftop pool stängde två dagar innan vi anlände för ombyggnad. Var mycket besviken när jag fick veta det vid incheckning. Dålig bemanning i reception under tidig kväll, och fick vänta länge för att mitt låskort inte fungerade för andra gången på samma dag. Små saker som är irriterande i längden.. Rummet var annars stort och fint, men saknade Balkong. Frukosten var väl ok men inte mer. Helt inriktad på filipinska rätter. Kommer jag att bo här igen. Nej, det finns inte på kartan.. Bor nu på en resort längre upp på stranden där det finns många andra bättre hotell att välja..

Excellent hotel within walking distance to everything. Staff are always smiling and polite and accommodating. Breakfast options are different everyday for the Asian cuisine. Only downside is the rooftop pool is too small to do laps, but then the white sand beach is just a few mins away and you can do your swimming in the pristine ocean.

Best stay in beautiful Boracay in best location close to restaurants and tourist pick up/drop off spot. Feliz has nightly fire dance shows in its plaza which we did not get to watch till the night before we left (too tired from all the water aports activities each day). Spectacular show! Thanks to GM and front desk for their courtesy and upgrades!

I had a peaceful stay at the hotel, where the staff were exceptionally nice and friendly. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was immediately attended to by the concierge, who took my bags and escorted me to my room after I checked in at the front desk. The room was clean and tidy, thanks to the housekeeping team for making it up daily. The breakfast was okay, though it could use a little more variety. I particularly enjoyed the fitness center and swimming pool. Additionally, the hotel's location is fantastic—just a minute walk to the white beach and very close to restaurants and shopping areas. This place was everything! They are eco-friendly too, minimizing wasteful practices like only giving you towels you need, never in excess, which I appreciate. The staff are so accommodating and the free popcorn and kids area, shallow pools, were a huge bonus for us. Being in the heart of Dmall Boracay gave us a lot of shopping options and restaurants. But at the same time, the hotel provided quiet sanctuary!

Our family had a great and memorable stay at the Feliz Hotel Boracay. The transfer from airport to hotel and back was seamless. We were welcomed with refreshing drinks, which was a wonderful surprise. The location is convenient to everything. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and spacious. The breakfast was delicious. It is located in downtown Dmall and just one minute walk from the White Beach. The facilities were all clean and luxurious, and the breakfast was different every day, so I was satisfied. I highly recommend it.

Even though it’s right in the middle of the busy, chaotic food hub inside D’Mall, the place didn’t disappoint! The hotel is super well-kept and has such a nice aesthetic. The room and bathroom were both spotless and had that upscale vibe. Staff were really courteous and friendly too — can’t complain about the service at all. Definitely a solid stay!

Charming but facilities are not well maintained. The only window that the room had was facing a dirty wall. The property was right next to an abandoned, unclean lot used as disposal for surplus materials. The bathroom was not properly designed with moldy sinks and towel holders that kept on falling. I was so relieved to leave and move to another hotel around the area. It did not even smell clean. I mentioned my complaints including perhaps getting another room, but to no avail. Was looking forward to my stay bc of its high rating, but it was quite a dissappointment.

Good location. Clean. Friendly staff. Food is so-so. Problem is too many MOSQUITOES. Hallways are full of it. We killed 9 mosquitoes in our room in 24 hours. NINE!!! Asked the staff to spray bug spray but no one came to do it.

Feliz is a very nice hotel and is located in the perfect spot in Boracay. The staff are amazing and very service minded. Unfortunately the beds are short and the hotel rooms are not sound proof at all, combined with the central location there is a LOT of noise in the hotel rooms, until very late. Especially when there is live music in the restaurant. The breakfast buffet is good, but with local food and not European/westen, just an FYI. We had a great stay in the hotel, but these are things to keep in mind.

This is our second time staying here and we’re glad we did! We had plenty of options as far as accommodations but we based our decision from our past experience and this won’t be the last. You can’t beat the exceptional service from the staff who goes above and beyond for you. A few hours before our departure from Caticlan, we were informed the ship canceled the scheduled sailing. We had a very important family event to attend and Chris from guest services made sure we’re able to get a ride/speed boat to take us to our destination. You can’t beat that kind of service and dedication. We will definitely be back!

Kudos to Brian & Missy at the front desk for their world class hospitality. Jom's who welcomed us and took care of us on our transport to the airport. Juniel at the bar gave us excellent service. Staying at Hotel Feliz was the best decision for our family. We had 2 beautiful, very clean rooms. The housekeeping service was top notch! The location is the heart of Boracay. Everyone at the hotel go above and beyond to make you want to keep coming back! And that, we will. We appreciate all of you more than you'll ever imagine. Hotel Feliz and the entire islands of Boracay rocks! Our tour guide Patrick (outside vendor) took care of us and we felt so safe.

Location is perfect for a foodie and shopper because aside from its proximity to shops and restaurants it’s also just a few meters from the beach. The room is spacious and clean. The Feliz was a wonderful experience! The staff and facilities were top notch. The rooms were beautiful, clean, well-stocked, had comfortable beds, and were quiet! Our family of five adults stayed in two rooms, and we were all very pleased. The location is super convenient as well. The ONLY negative is their onsite restaurant, which we don't recommend at all, due to the subpar food and uneven service. However, there are numerous restaurants within a short distance of the hotel, so I would still HIGHLY recommend staying here and just eating elsewhere.
