Room was very clean. Three beds were already set up for our family as requested. Bathtub was very nice and the shower was amazing. We bought the hotel breakfast and it was delicious and varied (even served pizza.) The only glitch was that our car was too tall for the hotel garage and we were redirected to a garage across the street.

The attached parking lot was conveniently located for high roof vehicles. The rooms were very clean and the facilities were up-to-date. One thing I would like the hotel to improve on is the note that when you raise the shower handle, the ceiling shower comes out at eye level. I didn't notice it at first and ended up taking a cold shower. It’s just 5 minutes easy walk to the station. We have stayed in several property similar to this and the bathroom was exceptional. I wish the room was slightly bigger so that bed wasn’t against the wall but, good value all the way around with high end hotel decor, furnishing and amenities.

Very pleasant and modern hotel that firmly deserves its 4 star rating. Staff was very welcoming at all times. Self-serve toiletries works surprisingly well. Breakfast service is excellent and is a must-do at least once on your visit. Only two minor areas of improvement: 1) the self-check in was a little bit frustrating, as we first checked in with the reception staff who ran our passports, confirmed charges, etc., only to then direct us to the Self-serve machines where we then had to do it all over again with a slower software. 2) while the rooms are of average size for Japan standards, we are not a fan of the bed being situated right against the wall, which means one of the occupants has a claustrophobic sleep!

When the words “great hotel” are used, they suggest this place. Our experience was pleasant from beginning to end, starting with a comfortable space to put ourselves in until it was check-in time to the surprise of a room that had more space than we expected, with all the amenities that one could want—to say nothing of the special treats of a bed that was actually comfortable and a breakfast the following morning as a good start to the day (the choices here are more Japanese than Western, so if you are hankering for a bowl of cereal, you’ll be out of luck, but there are plenty of other choices!). If anything cropped up that required special attention on the part of staff, they responded with interest, equanimity, and efficiency. One of the staff went the extra mile to walk us through the check-in process—which was via machine (apparently the thing here in Japan, since we have encountered it virtually everywhere we have stayed)—his going-the-extra-mile effort was much appreciated!! On a scale from 1 to 10, this place is a definite 10. If you can get an accommodation here, grab if!

Wonderful staff who made sure there was someone who spoke english to help us over the phone and to check in. Made sure we were hapoy with the room as well. We got on the wrong bus and weren't able to get to our original accomdations, so we booked with Daiwa last minute. They had a smoking room available and switched us to a non-smoking after asking us, so we are very happy! Thank you!

旅行で4人で宿泊しました子供用のアメニティーは連絡しないと追加で頂けず、何回かフロントに電話して届けて頂きましたチェックイン前やアウト後に手荷物を預けられた事はありがたかったのですが、受付が混んでおり、手続きに時間がかかりました自動チェックイン、アウトの機械はあったのですが、予約システムの関係からか、我が家は機械では行えず、結局フロントに並ぶ事に… フロント対応は丁寧ではありましたが、気配りが今ひとつでした受付階にフリードリンクがあったり、 1階にはコンビニがあったのは良かったです部屋も綺麗でしたし、普通に宿泊する分には十分かと思います

Had a good 2 night stay at the hotel in Dec 2023. The hotel gives a very warm & welcoming feeling when we arrived. We were greeted by their friendly front desk & pleasantly surprised when she brought out our luggage during check in that we sent to them using the luggage delivery service in Tokyo. Hotel provides self-serve coffee/tea/ juices all day long and also self-serve amenities. Payment were made using the self-help machine that is very easy to use. Hotel & the room is clean. 5mins Walkable distance from West Exit of Kanazawa train station. It was raining the day we arrived so it was nice that the hotel provided umbrella for us to use. The 7-11 store was just on ground floor of hotel which is great. We book the twin room for family of 4 (2 adults 2 kids; 9yo & 10yo) slightly tight on the bed (super single) it was still manageable for our family but if kids were older or you prefer larger beds like king or queen, then it will be better to book bigger rooms. Overall stay is very good.

Daiwa Roynet Hotel was conveniently located next to the main train station, where my husband and I could easily walk to meet our day trip guide. The hotel is conveniently located just 4 mins walk from the jr station. It’s important to note that the hotel is located on the less busy exit of the station. I prefer this as it is quieter. The room is spacious in Japan standard. I have stayed with this group many times. As usual, I am happy with their standards. They offered a “no cleaning” service, with only towels and trash bags exchanged. I much prefer this as I don’t really like cleaners coming into my room. I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

とても綺麗でスタイリッシュなホテルでスタッフの方の感じも良く、また泊まりたいと思いました。ただ、浴室のお掃除がもう少し行き渡っているとより良いと思いました。それと朝食の際、満員で順番待ちをしていたのですが、登録したケータイに連絡が来るシステムのはずが、30分ほど待っても来なかったため朝食会場に行ってみると席がガラガラ。とっくに席が空いていたのに無駄に待たされていたようです。旅行中の貴重な時間を無駄にされて残念な気持ちになりました。

Hotel is 4 mins walk from kanazawa station. Located near railway and we was allocated to beside railway, spund proof not good so can hear the little noise. Room is spacious and clean. Water pressure very good. Coffee, juice and amenities are provided at lobby. Everything is good except the breakfast is limited selection, we was having the same foods for 5 days. Hotel may consider change the menus alternate days.
