Very friendly staff, good breakfast, very clean and a nice big room. The swimming pool was closed, even they told us, before booking, it will be open. They use a pesticide control spray that really is very penetrant. Hard luck if you get one of the rooms who only have a window to the corridor.

This hotel was lovely. The staff were lovely and friendly. It is away from the madness of the strip. The rooms were clean. The pools could have done with a few more loungers. It was a bit noisy in the mornings, but we was up. I will most definitely go back:)

Really enjoyed our 2 night stay here at the weekend. * Location is excellent, 3 minute walk from the train station, 5 minute walk to the beach * Reception staff were very polite, friendly and helpful * Room was spacious, nicely decorated and clean. Shower was powerful and towels were a good size. * Pool was small and only had around 10 loungers which were taken 10 minutes after it opened so we weren’t able to use it during our stay but went to the beach instead. * Breakfast was nice and had a good range of hot and cold food Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again

Good place to stay, close to the beach and restaurants. The thing I disliked was the deceitful parking service. Despite allegedly tge rate was 12 euros per day, I had to pay 16 because the hotel has nothing to do with the parking and they only have limited places. Tricky business…

We have been to las rampas a few times and staff are always polite and helpful. They have limited parking but we have always been lucky enough to get a spot. There are many shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk.

L'hôtel est bien situé, l'architecture est originale, cependant l'odeur de camphre dans les chambres du 3e étage était insupportable, l'air était irrespirable. De retour chez nous nous avons eu des problèmes respiratoires. Ajouté à cela, les moustiques. Nous étions devant un dilemme : ouvrir la fenêtre pour aérer la chambre de l'odeur du camphre ou la fermer pour se protéger des moustiques. C'est vraiment dommage car le personnel était accueillant et la cuisine avec peu de variétés mais bonne.

Absolutely fab hotel. We had a fridge and hairdryer in room. Safety deposit box for 2.50 a day.. Well worth it for your passports and valuables. We paid 3 euro at front desk for the use of a kettle and cups and tea and coffee for the 5 days we were there. We asked for more pillows which were provided without any problem. There's a coffee machine in reception if you want a coffee for 1 euro. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotlessly clean and so quiet even though it was located close to Fish Alley and the beach and the bus and train station . We have stayed here before and will definitely stay again.

Nous avons séjourné une quinzaine de jours dans cet hôtel. L'ascenseur sent les égouts, ça donne envie de vomir! La piscine est trop petite pour tant de personnes,et pas assez profonde 1m35. Les chambres sont correctes, sauf que nous avons eu des cafards dedans à plusieurs reprises, nous nous sommes plaint à l’accueil de l’hôtel, on nous a répondu que c’était normal qu’il y en avait pleins les rues. On en a pas vu pour autant dans les rues. Il n’y a aucun supports pour sécher les serviettes et maillots de bain. Le personnel de l’hôtel reste assez correct. Les cuisinières sont pas du tout souriante, je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

Allow a good 40mins to check in. Hotels feels very unsafe if there was a fire due to the maze of corridors with no obvious exact. Rooms were fine but with bars in the windows even one floor up.

Malgré un hotel accueillant, nous avons eu la malchance pendant 3 jours !!! De tomber en même temps que des jeunes de 12 13 ans qui faisaient beaucoup de bruit, sonnaient aux portes et également des coups pieds dans les portes Malgré nos plaintes à l'accueil tous les jours rien ne s'est calmé !!! Cela nous a totalement gâché notre séjour. Très déçu. Ceci n'était pas un Hotel mais un centre aéré, et encore !!!!

On arrival its was early morning 3.30am,check in was quick and easy night porter very good. Hotel showing a little age but very clean,loads off old style features around place really lovely. Its is in the old part off town close to everything,we jumped on train went exploring station 5 minutes away. We did half board, food was nice and plenty-full, restaurant staff really good. Reception allways smile on there faces and willing to help with any request.

As I already checked in online, it took them a while to find my reservation. They even couldn’t find our reservation. After a while she finally gave us a room key but when When we went inside the room somebody was already occupying the room. Have to go back again to the reception counter and they have to find another room for us. There is not much choices of the food as well, it’s not worth the money. It is also very hard to find a parking space

Lovely authentic Spanish style hotel that was spotlessly clean and is centrally located - within 5 minutes walking distance from the train and bus station. Rooms have been renovated and have decent air-con, and ours had a mini fridge too. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and when we had a small issue it was dealt with quickly. Food was great - not a massive choice but always found something nice to eat and food was varied - only negative point was that food was often quite cold (there is a microwave to reheat if needed). Area directly underneath hotel is a little scruffy but generally the location felt safe, wasn’t noisy and is close to plenty of shops, bars and restaurants and only 5 minutes walk to the beach. Would definitely stay in the hotel again if in the area as hotel offers great value for money and gave us a really enjoyable experience.

The room we revered wasn’t available, there was a mix up with the beds, however the guy in reception was very helpful and the room he put us in ended up being the best room so quiet, so we were very happy. Cleaner was a bit aggressive if we were not out the room when she knocked at 9:30am and sometimes resulted in her not cleaning the room

I loved my stay at Las Rampas. It was a very beautiful and pleasant time, the hotel has so much character and feels premium in other ways. The best part honestly was the location. The close proximity to the beach, shops, cafes, restaurants, bus & train stations, was well alone worth the stay. Was greeted by friendly staff (especially La Uruguaya, gracias Silvia ❤️) and were so helpful with everything. Would highly recommend staying there, and will hopefully be back again.

Love the white Andalusian pueblo feel to the hotel. We found it quiet, although right in the middle of town, which was very handy for shopping. It was also very close to the beach and the prom too. Close to the train and bus stations. There were many places to eat in the town and along the beach front.

The venue was very nice with accommodating staff and we stayed for B and B which was quality food which was buffet style though the food stayed warm and fresh with a host of various options and tea and coffee which was from a machine was also hot . Stayed one night as was on way to airport and would certainly stay again .. Very satisfying stay in a unique hotel

The staff are lovely, especially in reception who were so helpful! The rooms were spacious and the new walk in shower was lovely. The food was cold at breakfast though, as the heat lamps did not seem to work which was a shame. We were going to eat in the evening but there was no vegetarian option available so we ate elsewhere.
