Die Suite-Zimmer sind absolut klasse! Mit exklusivem Zugang zum Rooftop-Pool. Nettes Personal. Essen ist okay, der Speisesaal aber recht voll und sehr laut.

Very limited double beds, although one was booked had to push to single beds together. Bedroom facilities very limited, had to pay extra for a fridge. Indoor pool was present, but an extra charge to use the sauna and steam room.

Lovely hotel. Staff very pleasant, rooms cleaned every day. 3 pools, one indoor which is very relaxing. We had a wonderful stay, but one thing to complain about is the food. Do not book any food, it really is awful, a couple of restaurant staff were very rude and signs everywhere about being careful about food portion sizes. The hotel is situated next door to restaurants, and are very good at low cost. Dont eat meals at the hotel, would rate the food as 1 star and im being generous.

This is the 3/4th time I have stopped at this hotel & previous visits have made me return, however this time I noted changes - some for the worst: Happy Hour was 7-9 its now 8-9 meaning your queuing for about 30 minutes to get served. Also adding to this problem is guests from other hotels are coming in just for the Happy Hour meaning finding a seat is very difficult. The Evening meal charge (If you have not booked half board) went up last week from 19 to 30 Euros! I also hear the choices of meals has been reduced. The "Towels on the sunbeds" issue is totally out of hand with all beds having been taken within 10 minutes of the area opening. The New Roof top area is only partly nice - yes there are 4 lovely double sun loungers with a super thick mattress's & the seating area is very nice however the single sunlounges are out of 1960s Dads Army type - Very uncomfortable & being charged 15 euros to gain entrance is terrible.

Lovely hotel with modern decor and wonderful views. Loved the swimming pool and roof top bar, but was disappointed with the sun-beds all being taken up with towels and no-one using them until later on the day.

The hotel is an older building and can do with some remodeling. Our first room had bugs so they moved us, the phone never worked on our 4 day stay even after several attempts at fixing it, the WiFi was not reliable. I booked this hotel not knowing that it caterers to an older much older demographic then ourselves, the live music and hotel bar shuts down at 11:00pm.

Jeg boede i suite på 6., sal og havde ikke én god nats søvn, da værelset er utroligt lydt. Man hører alle lyde udefra. Samlet set et elendighed, overpriser hotel med dårligt personale. Vil fraråde andre at overveje dette hotel!

Lovely clean hotel with a great location. Our room was. Serviced everyday to a great standard. Local food served in near by restaurants were great value.

really bad, bad water in the tap and I drinking water costs for a bottle, I bought fried chicken wings but it was not good and blood in it, and the room is full of small insects.

Large balcony space with fab views. Check you have booked the sunny side of the hotel - it's not very clear on the website.

This was our 3rd stay at the hotel. We like the location and that it caters to adults rather than families. The room are a little dated but they’re comfortable with good amenities

Beautiful room, good views but not much sun in the balcony. Lots of old people, could hear the music in the bar from my room. Otherwise excellent and would definitely stay again.

Photo give impression rooms are larger than they are. Very little storage space for clothes, toiletries etc.

Rummet var fantastiskt med 2 härliga balkonger och en strålande utsikt över havet. Rummet var rent och personalen trevlig.

The hotel was actually very good, but the wifi didn´t sort work at all, except for the last two days. They handeled there issue in a real bad way. Except from that it is one of the top five hotels i Fuengirola.

They forgot to clean our room two days in a row, we had no clean towels and no toilet paper, which we asked for. We didn’t get upgraded nor the bottle on the house as agreed, then forgot it, even after asking. No gym only access though another one and it looks like an 80 old gym (not working) But sweet staff and hotel all nice.

The hotel is far from being a 4 star. The staff at the front desk it depends who “assist you” some are very kind but need to ask someone else for answers, and we even had a person who despite being 3 employees at the front desk and absolutely no one else but us, told us to check the app for the information…not really pro hospitality. The spa…omg the lockers, I was shocked at their condition. Some reviews talk about sustainability but the rooms at an ibis are much better when it comes to sustainability, the WiFi is very bad and the rooms are average. The area around the hotel is nice and some reviews talk about the elderly people but it’s just the area but if you go more towards the center there’s a mix of ages.

1st time in Angela, ok hotel (bit lower standard than Yaramar down the street where I go several times a year,), but major difference was in front desk staff lthat was much less solutis invljded, asked if we could buy the slippers to go to the pool, still ”no, you can buy it in the shops” - turns out the pool had free slippers…). Asked for later check out (can obviously pay extra) for 1 of 4 rooms, was tolf ”we are fully booked obviously not true as I could book rooms for the day at eg hotels website, clearly just didnt want to reassign next booking to other roon). Just a few example of very poor customer service unfortunately. Will not come back but rather go back to Yaramar next time which has much more customer friendöy front desk staff.

Loved my stay but had to ignore at least 3 staff members who were annoying. Had to make 4 trips to reception each time i needed something as would be fobbed off and the phone did not work as they kept giving me the wrong code to dial. 2 staff members had a habbit of giving a lecture rather than providing a service. Kind of people you dont want to interact with if you want to have a good day. Shame as the majority were lovely. The hotel and location is perfect

The hotel did not offer hotels.com gold VIP benefits for late check-out (Even tho it was available, asked for 30 euros for it) or upgrade. Did get the announced free bottle of wine, but had to ask for it. Room was noisy both day and night with work being done at the hotel, and on street at night with cleaning, and was in the shadow most of the day (Street view). Breakfast was ok but expensive compared to local alternatives outside of hotel.

Servicen i resepsjonen var veldig dårlig. De burde lære seg å svare skikkelig og ikke minst smile WiFi på rommet var veldig dårlig, ikke noe på balkongen. Frokost salen rommet flere hundre mennesker, så lyden var der etter 🙉 Det manglet ingen ting av mat, men lite spennende tilrettelagt. Rommene var greie nok, men dette er IKKE noe 4 stjernes hotell. Masseturisme!!!

Very central location, right on the beach and walkable to town. Plenty of on street parking free from 8pm to 9am. Lots of local restaurants for coffee and food. Staff very attentive..and thorough with explanations and help. Great daily breakfast, a huge range of options. Rooms clean tidy, comfortable rooms, balconies air con, fridge and kettle. Shower fabulous. The client group appears to be the more mature client and they cater for disabilities with ramps, electric wheelchairs for hire and wide open spaces..plus the nightly knees up seems to offer good entertainment. There is a heated indoor pool from 10 til 6pm and outdoor cool pool to appeal to all. Good value for money

This one I wasn’t sure how to write. I will start with my ending thoughts- overall I would go back to this hotel and recommend it with some tips for travellers beforehand. If you go premium don’t expect to be treated premium in all the bars or reception. For example the hotel gave our room to another guest who came in when we were in the room, they apologised and gifted us some wine but then refused to provide a corkscrew and wanted us to go and buy our own. It’s a conflicting hotel and I’m not sure the extra price for premium is entirely worth it.

Bell hotel molto accogliente e comodo per il mare. Purtroppo nella zona ci sono molti bar e la sera sono frequentati da molte persone fino a tarda notte.

Helt OK hotell med fin plassering i nærheten av det meste på Fuengirola. Men hotellet har nok vært 4 stjerners. Men kunne nok trengt en oppussing. Flott balkonger for litt kveldssol om du får rom på den siden. Frokost OK, men ikke noe mer enn det.

Only 2 nights but adequate. Breakfast could be a bit better though .

As a vegetarian I normally struggle in Spanish hotels (and prefer Greece and Turkey for that reason) but this hotel was fabulous. Lots for everyone meat eaters and veggies alike. Breakfast costs 8 euro and dinner 14.The breakfast is fantastic with lots of fresh fruit, strong coffee, juices, infused water and a mix of Spanish, continental and cooked breakfast. Bread lovely and fresh too. The dinner buffet is fabulous, the salad bar stays the same and I love the gazpacho, desserts are plentiful, the hot meals have a slight theme as well ie one night had Arabic style, one was Asian with spring rolls, English roast etc. Pool is nice but pics are a bit deceptive as it looks huge on some pics when it isn't. Nice area and kept clean with great views. The reason why I am giving it 4 instead of 5 stars is that it claims to be refurbished when the only things refurbed about it are the shower (which is great- nice water pressure and roomy too) and a lick of paint/ headboard. The rest of the bathroom was 1980s looking and was obvious it was just a bathtub pulled out and replaced by a shower. As another review said there were hairline cracks on stuff. My other complaint is that there was a power cut for around an hour between 1945-2045 ie dinner time which isn't the staff's fault but it meant half the buffet could not be served due to how warm it got/ hygiene reasons and not only was the power off but so was the water so could not wash hands or use loo. No compensation was offered

Everything was very good, the staff were friendly, the hotel was clean and luxurious. What could be improved is the breakfast: it wasn’t bad, but not quite up to the same standard as the rest. The worst part was the tapas, the lettuce used to decorate or fill the plate was rotten. A negative point for the food, but otherwise an excellent hotel overall.

Upgraded to a Junior suite, with large balcony and sea views. Spacious room with comfortable bed and great air conditioning. Coffee machine was a bonus. Room serviced every day and kept very clean. We stayed half board breakfast was good and generally cold buffet in the evening had a good selection . The hot selection generally good but on one occasion was quite bland. The hotel seems to attract an older clientele however it is in a very good location with great staff and is kept very clean.If returning we would probably go B&B as there are plenty of restaurants in close proximity. The hotel also does a poolside happy hour from 12 to 1. We had a very nice stay and would return.

Breakfast it’s very poor, not enough fresh fruit, no olives how that possible, olives grow in Spain very disappointed.breakfast area should be more brighter, not sunlight coming 👎👎
