This is a quaint and clean hotel but I do believe it was very overpriced for what it was. We got a ground floor room which was much smaller than what was pictured and did not resemble a “superior double room” at all which is what I booked. This felt more like a bed and breakfast than a hotel. Despite this, the location was decent. The hotel is perched at the top of a very tall hill so if you’re walking, be prepared to hike a bit no matter which way you go. If you do plan on driving, the parking is very tight and small. The hotel is close to many restaurants and isn’t a far walk from the main strip.

Lovely small hotel in great location within easy walking distance from Cannes centre. Enjoyed the pool area and staff were really friendly & helpful. The room condition was fine & cleaned well each day. The bathroom was not quite as well kept as it should be. - some flaking paint at bottoms of door frame probably due to moisture. Tile grout could have been cleaner. My son had a second room for our stay & the bathroom was much better & more modern so maybe dependant on room allocation. In our room the safe was not working but it was in my son’s room. Overall we al enjoyed our stay immensely and would stay again

We had the most amazing time at Hotel Le Suquet. The rooms were comfortable and updated. The staff at the hotel were TOP NOTCH. We got reservations, restaurant recommendations, and amazing service by the pool and lovely patios. The location is superb, out of the fray but still close to the loveliest beach.

Ein sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel mit hauseigenen (begrenzten) Parkplätzen, einer schönen kleinen Anlage mit Pool und Garten und wirklich sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Das Frühstück ist ok, aber überschaubar und die Zimmer (unser zumindest) teilweise einfach viel zu klein und eng, so das man sich kaum bis gar nicht bewegen kann. Grundsätzlich für einen Kurzurlaub geeignet und empfehlenswert. Die Lage ist einfach top, da man in 2 Minuten zu Fuß in der Altstadt ist.

Beautiful boutique hotel in perfect Cannes location. Ivan was our concierge on arrival and helped us navigate very difficult parking, seamlessly dealt with a very difficult and demanding client, gave us recommendations to view the fireworks show, and helped us get our bags to our room. He was an angel. Would definitely stay again!

Chambre petite mais disposant d'un grand balcon, tres peu de place de rangement dans la salle de bain. On regrette l'absence de nécessaire à café/thé et le non replacement des bouteilles d'eau minérale pour un séjour de 3 nuits. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas vraiment à la hauteur d'un hôtel de cette catégorie. Le personnel est charmant, très attentif et accueillant. Parking privé possible mais à un prix élevé. Nombreuses options de restauration accessibles à pied dans le quartier.

We had a great 1 night stay at Hotel Le Suquet. We walked to and from the train station. The rooms were very clean and spacious - they upgraded our room as well when we arrived! We enjoyed playing games in the lounge space and would have loved the pool if the weather had cooperated! Would stay again.

The stay was great, the staff is amazing helpful and nice, and we loved the pool that, even though it was ground floor and there is a big road next to it, felt enclosed and peaceful! The hotel is really close to the old town and the beach, which is the perfect place to be :)

Overall great staff and cute small property. It is quite the hike to get to and from. I believe the property does its best to be sustainable, but new towels seem like something that should be included. Bedding could use some updating as there were some tears and small stains. A quick vacuum would be great after a long day of trucking in sand and such. Great price, great toiletries, balconies are cute but you might have to ask for a top floor or you’ll get subjected to the first floor. Le cafe is an extension of the hotel, just about a minute or so away and it is fantastic. Every guest should make a stop here.

Personnel tres accueillant , souriant et prompt à aider. Situation excellente pres du Suquet et du centre ville. Etat impecable des chambres et de tout l'hôtel. Bonne literie. Chambre 304 vue mer et vieille ville. Petit dejeuner correct. Seul regret : ne pas être resté plus longtemps.

Vi har bott på samme hotell tidligere men hette da Olivier. Nå er det ny eier og hotellet er renovert. Vi var litt skuffet over hvordan hotellet hadde tapt sin sjarme til tross for at det er lekkert innredet, litt Philip Stark-stil. Vi var imidlertid også skuffet over hvor lite rom «Classic» var, lever ikke opp til et fire stjernes hotell. Ingen ordentlig garderobe (kun stativ med hengere) eller skuffer for kleder. Ingen kaffemaskin og renholdet var kun akseptabelt. Anbefaler i å få rom på 2. eller 3. etage som ligger ut mot poolen/hagen. De er større. Frokosten var dyr for hva som ble servert. Hotellets restaurant ligger ikke i selve hotellet men på torget øverst i Le Suquet/gamlebyen. Vi spiste der en gang og det var god mat til hyggelige priser.

Koselig hotel, med veldig god service. Noe enkel frokost, og kunne vært noe koseligere innredet på rom. Stuedel på rommet hadde kun to stoler, men plass til 5 gjester på rommet. Ellers gode senger. Terrassen på rommet kunne fått nye møbler, og vært litt koseligere. Ellers et veldig bra opphold med perfekt beliggenhet!

The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel was ok but not like in the pictures. It’s more 3 stars than 4. No elevator, and felt more like a house than a hotel. Rooms were quite plainly furnished, no fridge or mini bar. Location was nice, a quick walk to the center.

Udemærket hotel, dog meget(!!) småt. Det var heller ikke muligt at få hvert tørt eller vådt i restauranten i løbet af dagen - ej heller ved poolen. Dette ville have givet en ekstra stjerne! Super søde og hundevenligt hotel! stort plus!

Vi har bott på samme hotell tidligere men hette da Olivier. Nå er det ny eier og hotellet er renovert. Vi var litt skuffet over hvordan hotellet hadde tapt sin sjarme til tross for at det er lekkert innredet, litt Philip Stark-stil. Vi var imidlertid også skuffet over hvor lite rom «Classic» var, lever ikke opp til et fire stjernes hotell. Ingen ordentlig garderobe (kun stativ med hengere) eller skuffer for kleder. Ingen kaffemaskin og renholdet var kun akseptabelt. Anbefaler i å få rom på 2. eller 3. etage som ligger ut mot poolen/hagen. De er større. Frokosten var dyr for hva som ble servert. Hotellets restaurant ligger ikke i selve hotellet men på torget øverst i Le Suquet/gamlebyen. Vi spiste der en gang og det var god mat til hyggelige priser.

Beautiful boutique hotel in perfect Cannes location. Ivan was our concierge on arrival and helped us navigate very difficult parking, seamlessly dealt with a very difficult and demanding client, gave us recommendations to view the fireworks show, and helped us get our bags to our room. He was an angel. Would definitely stay again!

Such a lovely little hotel - in the best part of Cannes. You can walk anywhere from here. 10 mins to train station. 15 min to the beach. Amazing staff Highly recommended Thank you for making our stay so wonderful.

Enjoyed our stay in Cannes and it was made even better by the staff at the hotel the customer service is excellent and nothing was too much trouble, 5 star service . La verdad es que un desastre, nos entraron a robar a la habilitación, estamos seguros que fue una persona interna del hotel. Robaron joyas y cartera Prada. Cero ganas de colaborar o ayudar, cero compensación, según ellos NO contaban con seguros que se pudieran hacer cargo de los robos. Pedimos hablar con el dueño, que se comprometió a ir a conversar con nosotros u nunca apareció. No existió ni la mas mínima autocritica, ganas de colaborar, prestar ayuda, ir a la policía para hacer la denuncia, nada!

The whole experience was unfortunate and I would not recommend this hotel based on my stay. Absolutely no value for money and while the service team tried their best, it was management who were absent and unwilling to provide any service or possible solution when I asked politely for help

The stay was great, the staff is amazing helpful and nice, and we loved the pool that, even though it was ground floor and there is a big road next to it, felt enclosed and peaceful! The hotel is really close to the old town and the beach, which is the perfect place to be :)

This is a quaint and clean hotel but I do believe it was very overpriced for what it was. We got a ground floor room which was much smaller than what was pictured and did not resemble a “superior double room” at all which is what I booked. This felt more like a bed and breakfast than a hotel. Despite this, the location was decent. The hotel is perched at the top of a very tall hill so if you’re walking, be prepared to hike a bit no matter which way you go. If you do plan on driving, the parking is very tight and small. The hotel is close to many restaurants and isn’t a far walk from the main strip.

Lovely small hotel in great location within easy walking distance from Cannes centre. Enjoyed the pool area and staff were really friendly & helpful. The room condition was fine & cleaned well each day. The bathroom was not quite as well kept as it should be. - some flaking paint at bottoms of door frame probably due to moisture. Tile grout could have been cleaner. My son had a second room for our stay & the bathroom was much better & more modern so maybe dependant on room allocation. In our room the safe was not working but it was in my son’s room. Overall we al enjoyed our stay immensely and would stay again

We had a great 1 night stay at Hotel Le Suquet. We walked to and from the train station. The rooms were very clean and spacious - they upgraded our room as well when we arrived! We enjoyed playing games in the lounge space and would have loved the pool if the weather had cooperated! Would stay again.

Over the course of month we stayed in about 7 hotels/airbnbs and Le Suquette ties for top spot. The location was wonderful - walkable to the beach, the port, and many lovely restaurants and shops. The room was very clean and smelled great. The beds were quite comfortable. We loved the garden area and spent time there every day. Most importantly The staff (Alexi, Paul, and John especially) were so very kind, polite, and attentive - we felt as if we were the only people staying there (this wasn’t the case)! They were flexible and accommodating and made the stay even more pleasurable. It was a fabulous experience that made for a wonderful time in Cannes. Cannot recommend it enough!

Overall great staff and cute small property. It is quite the hike to get to and from. I believe the property does its best to be sustainable, but new towels seem like something that should be included. Bedding could use some updating as there were some tears and small stains. A quick vacuum would be great after a long day of trucking in sand and such. Great price, great toiletries, balconies are cute but you might have to ask for a top floor or you’ll get subjected to the first floor. Le cafe is an extension of the hotel, just about a minute or so away and it is fantastic. Every guest should make a stop here.

Koselig hotel, med veldig god service. Noe enkel frokost, og kunne vært noe koseligere innredet på rom. Stuedel på rommet hadde kun to stoler, men plass til 5 gjester på rommet. Ellers gode senger. Terrassen på rommet kunne fått nye møbler, og vært litt koseligere. Ellers et veldig bra opphold med perfekt beliggenhet!

Ein sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel mit hauseigenen (begrenzten) Parkplätzen, einer schönen kleinen Anlage mit Pool und Garten und wirklich sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Das Frühstück ist ok, aber überschaubar und die Zimmer (unser zumindest) teilweise einfach viel zu klein und eng, so das man sich kaum bis gar nicht bewegen kann. Grundsätzlich für einen Kurzurlaub geeignet und empfehlenswert. Die Lage ist einfach top, da man in 2 Minuten zu Fuß in der Altstadt ist.
