This resort is absolutely gorgeous! We loved the included breakfast with tons of options. The views of the jungle and rice terraces were stunning! There is a free shuttle to take guests to Ubud sites. Also, the staff is wonderful and room service is quick. Every staff member knows your name and are beyond helpful. We booked an 8 hour excursion through the hotel and our driver was an English speaker and shared everything about the area, local living and traditions. In addition, the pool is gorgeous and inner tubes are provided. This is our favorite hotel in Bali!

Wow - staying at the Bisma Komaneka exceeded our expectations. The staff are so incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Its location is perfect; within easy walking distance of Ubud’s centre but backing onto jungle so there’s zero noise. Our room was very spacious, comfortable and had a large balcony with jungle views. We also highly recommend the free early morning yoga class before a delicious breakfast.

It was a wonderful stay. In fact, we liked it so much we extended our 4 days stay here to 6 days. We had a room on the 4th floor overlooking the rice fields. Beautiful and serene. Huge balcony with a table and two chairs, a swing and a sofa. The room was huge with two twin beds next to the other (though the size if the twin beds seemed small - perhaps two double or one double and one twin would be better). There is a huge desk, chair, sofa, lounging chair, lots of space and furniture to feel comfortable and homey. Closet and room fir the luggage, separate shower and bathtub (the shower could have an extra handle for easier cleaning and not just a rain shower). Floor was a bit slippery in the shower so i showered in my rubber slippers. Water, cookies given daily, and ice as well. Their body lotion, i loved too. Delicious tea time and breakfast daily can be served in the room both complimentary. Perhaps, muesli and oats should be added to the breakfast menu (i did request oats one day and they made it but it’s not in their current menu). Dinner was okay..had pizza, salads, and an Indonesian dish. Rooms cleaned well. Pool and grounds beautiful but lots if stairs. I have a knee problem so stairs are not recommended fir me but just to get to the bottom pool and spa you must take stairs. It was also hard to get in snd out if the pool cuz no proper entrance just one or two big steps. Nevertheless, I enjoyed swimming in the pool 5 days in a row. I would stay here again.

Très bel hôtel situé à mi-chemin entre le centre d’Ubud (musée, palace, marché d’art traditionnel…) et la forêt des singes (prévoir environ 20 minutes à pied). Séjour dans une villa avec piscine privée à débordement avec vue sur la forêt ! Très calme. Personnel souriant, attentif et très professionnel. Excellent petit-déjeuner qui peut être servi dans la chambre. Un endroit idéal pour se reposer tout en étant à proximité des activités d’Ubud.

키즈 라운지가 없는 부분은 아쉬웠지만 위치가 좋아요. 우붓시내를 돌아보기에 좋았고 수영장은 차가웠지만 12-2시까지는 햇살이 있어 이용하는데 문제가없었네요 제일맘에드는건 하우스키핑. 침구가 보송하고 하루에 두번도 청소해줘서 집으로 돌아올때 항상 좋았어요. 자연친화적이고 일회용품을 안쓰는 에코프랜들리한 호텔이에요

Property needs a major facelift… very old and needs to be painted n renovated. The walls in our room were dirty, the ceilings as well looked molded in certain areas. Holes in curtains. I wasn’t pleased coming from the resort previously. The staff and their kindness is unmatched. Very precious people!!! Food was good for breakfast as well. The property itself wasn’t worth the money in my opinion

This property has my heart. Beautiful, clean, space for walks, beautiful pools, it’s own rice field, chapel, exceptional staff. Such a great place to relax and enjoy Ubud. Close to the center but also in a more quiet area. The staff makes it even better experience, kind, friendly, helpful and serving. Breakfast in the pool is a must. We missed one breakfast, just slept in and staff noticed our absence, and asked if everything is alright. Definitely would love to come back.

I have been a fan of Komaneka hotels since my previous stay at Komaneka at monkey forest. This was our first stay at Komaneka at Bisma and it was just as wonderful as we had hoped. The room (Bisma Suite) is spacious and convenient, with a balcony overlooking the valley. It is clean and private. Breakfast served in the open-air restaurant was delicious with seasonal fruits, and we enjoyed a leisurely meal with a good cup of coffee. And the most notable thing about the Comaneca Hotel is the wonderful staff. They always look out for their guests and their greetings and smiles made our stay very pleasant. We will return to komeneka again.

Komaneka at Bisma was the perfect hotel for our stay in Ubud. Tucked away off the main road for seclusion but very close to all the restaurants and shops. Our room was just amazing and we had the best view that we have ever had from any hotel room in the world. The hotel views and surroundings were just mind blowing. Breakfast was superb. The staff were so attentive and super nice. We just had the best time. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Loved the gorgeous jungle setting. We had a 2br Villa which was great for our small group of 3. You feel immersed in the jungle yet there are many restaurants and spas on Bisma street as well as an easy downhill walk to Monkey Forest street and Yoga Barn. I preferred this location over the more remote Komaneka Tangayuda location where I stayed in 2016.

The staff were so polite and helpful wanting your stay to be the best. The hotel is set back from the busy-ness of Ubud but close enough to still get around. Only challenge is the traffic but think that’ll apply to any hotel in Ubud. There are lots of nice restaurants right near the hotel also. Luxurious hotel, beautiful scenery. Lots of veggie options, lovely daily yoga.

I had a beautiful stay at Komaneka at Bisma. The place was beautiful and most comfortable. The service was also excellent. Special mention to Kadek, who was very welcoming and attentive. The staff was always checking in on our needs and wants. It was also a very nice gesture to offer complimentary tea break to guests. My only suggestion is to expand the breakfast menu a little, or offer a change in menu every few days. The food is delicious, but guests who stay longer may like to try different stuff. Komaneka at Bisma is a wonderful property in the midst of the hustle and bustle of Ubud. Yet, you would not know Ubud was so busy when tucked away in this hotel. It sits in the back drop off the rain forest providing a pleasingly tranquil setting. The staff and service are exceptional, attentive to your every need. The restaurant also has delicious food. On my last day at the hotel, the staff personalized my cappuccino - a testament to their wonderful service; and a sweet gesture which made my stay extra special.
