Adiwana Bisma exceeded our expectations. The room was large, luxurious, and honestly nicer than some resorts charging nearly twice as much. We had one issue when we first checked in, and the staff corrected it immediately. Everyone went above and beyond to accommodate us throughout our stay. The jetted tub was also a huge plus for me after spending full days exploring, especially with my back and leg discomfort. I would gladly stay at Adiwana Bisma again anytime I’m in Ubud.

We had an absolutely perfect stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations. The rooftop infinity pool was stunning, offering beautiful views and the perfect place to relax after exploring Ubud. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great selection and excellent quality at every meal. What truly made this hotel special, however, was the incredible staff. Every single person was warm, friendly, and genuinely cared about making our stay as enjoyable as possible. They always greeted us with a smile and went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel so welcome and truly at home. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and the attention to detail throughout the hotel was outstanding. This has been one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ubud. Thank you for making our holiday so memorable!

This felt like a 5 star resort. The staff is second to none, and truly have the most beautiful attitudes. Every single one of them remembered small things about me and catered to every need. I highly recommend staying here if you are traveling to Ubud / Bali.

The spa and the restaurant were particularly wonderful. Front desk was helpful (sometimes a little overly helpful). Pool was wonderful but you needed to go early to avoid a crowd. I was a single traveler but a lot of families were there as well as young couples.

I stayed at Adiwana Bisma with my mum this trip and it was truly incredible! From the moment we arrived we were welcomed and treated like absolute royalty. The room was amazing, clean, quiet and spacious. It was serviced every day morning and in the evening for turn down. The rooftop infinity pool had a gorgeous view of the jungle and the rice fields next door were beautiful to wake up to and look out on. Breakfast at the resort restaurant was included too, with a wide variety of cuisines - we especially enjoyed the local options. We also enjoyed the complimentary afternoon tea provided - it was wonderful to try some new little balinese canapes and a tea or coffee every afternoon. The hotel is well located on a nice, relatively quiet street. Walking distance to all the key attractions close by like the Monkey Forest, Ubud Palace, Markets, Campuhan Ridge, heaps of incredible restaurants etc. All the hotel staff were friendly and kind and thoughtful. From housekeeping, to bar to restuarant to guest services, we just felt so well looked after the whole time!
