A comfortable and well equipt cottage in a beautiful location, an ideal base for a holiday exploring Exmoor and the west Somerset coast. There were excellent walks from the door.

It was so quiet and peaceful, and the beds comfortable, we slept really well. We enjoyed being able to walk out from the door to wonderful countryside or just down into the delightful village.

This is a wonderful cottage, a perfect spot to escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Leave the car and go walking everyday. The walks are beautiful, wildlife on the doorstep too. Porlock village is a just a few minutes walk away for provisions and the local pubs. The cottage is spotless and beautifully decorated. We didn’t want to leave.

Magnolia cottage is a perfect cottage set in a perfect location. So peaceful and picturesque. A few minutes walk into Porlock village. Lots of beautiful walks on your doorstep. Wildlife in abundance. Breathtaking scenery. Will return.

A great cottage, with relatively spacious kitchen and bathroom, in a stunning location. There are nice walks directly from the cottage, both along the track and up the hill. The centre of Porlock is a 10 min walk and has a good range of shops, cafes and pubs, and easy access to the coast road.
