Leider mehr Schein, als Sein. Sehr laute Musik am Pool und sehr eintönig. Einen Platz am Pool zu ergattern ist schier unmöglich. Schon vor Öffnung des Pools bildet sich eine Schlange vor der Absperrung. Viel zu wenig Liegemöglichkeiten für die Größe des Pools. Ansonsten gute Lage zum Strand und Megapark.

Hotel sehr stylisch, gutes Frühstück, jedoch täglich die gleiche Auswahl. Pool mit Bar sind sehr schön auch wenn meist alle liegen ab Mittag belegt sind. Hotelzimmer war geräumig mit großer Dachterasse, leider in der Nähe des Eingangsbereiches, deswegen teilweise relativ laut in der Nacht. Lage perfekt, eine Querstraße vom Strand entfernt und Bushaltestellen auch in 1-2 Min erreichbar Würde trotzdem jederzeit wieder buchen.

Super hôtel, le personnel est très agréable, souriant, aux petits soins. L’hotel est esthétiquement très beau, tout est pensé dans le moindre détail. Die Mitarbeiter waren nicht sehr freundlich. Wir mussten eine Kaution von 100€ für die Minibar hinterlegen und hätten diese fast nicht wieder zurück bekommen, da wir eine Quittung erst nicht gefunden haben. Der Pool war für die Jahreszeit viel zu kalt. Das Hotel war ansich sehr schön und gepflegt und das Essen top.

Obwohl das Hotel sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Mega Park befindet, hat man nichts gehört. Alles sehr ruhig und trotzdem zentral. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Séjour parfait. Le plus de l'hôtel est le personnel très souriant, très à l'écoute et très serviable. L'hôtel est très propre, calme et bien situé (3 minutes de la plage et des transports pour Palma) Le Spa est un vrai plus (hammam, sauna, piscine intérieure et possibilité d'effectuer des soins) Le restaurant est très bon, le petit déjeuner est très varié et les horaires d'ouverture sont très larges. My 11 year old son and I loved this hotel. Modern, very clean, spacious, great amenities. Having breakfast go until 1 pm is amazing. The dinner for half boarders is a La carte and a as sometimes confusing but always delicious. Had a *terrific* massage at the spa by Cati. The hotel twice arranged rental cars for us, in which the agency delivers you a car. Notable is you rent for “one day” but the car is due back at the hotel by 8-10 pm. Location was it extremely walkable to the beach, restaurants etc. As others mentioned, the shower is weird but whatever. The biggest plus of this place is the staff. They go above and beyond repeatedly to make your stay wonderful. I cannot say enough about the front desk, bar and restaurant staff. The whole hotel smells amazing as well. Everyone speaks English and German quite well.

Prachtig hotel, wij hadden een swim up kamer. Mooie ruime kamer, heerlijk bed, iedere dag werd de kamer keurig schoongemaakt, mooie badkamer, lekker zitje bij het zwembad. Ontbijt erg lekker en uitgebreid. Tophotel!!

Leider keine richtigen Bettdecken nur ein Bettlaken als Decke. Frühstückspaket vor 8 Uhr, da früher Check out nur eine Scheibe Toast mit Schinken Salami und Käse und einem Glas Milch mit Müsli und Kaffe. Kein Obst etc. obwohl das Buffet schon stand. Dusche und Toilette ähneln einem offenen Bad, da die Tür nicht ganz zu geht und nur als sichtschutz dient. Bis auf diese Kleinigkeiten war das Hotel extrem gut, extrem sauber und tolles Essen am Abend und das Frühstück war auch qualitativ hochwertig. Man kann gut nach Palma aber auch an den Ballermann. Würde es wieder jemanden empfehlen, eventuell eher geeignet für Paare :)

Beautiful property, we particularly appreciated the cleanliness as well as the late check out by mid-day. Entry doors to each room are very noisy and they close with a large bang that borderline makes the walls tremble. The rooms have zero noise isolation, so do consider that before booking you vacation with this hotel. The whole complex is really nice, but once you get outside of the hotel complex you encounter drunken and noisy people everywhere. So from my personal perspective, although I like the hotel, the surroundings are horrible and therefor I will never return here.

Unser Aufenthalt war super. Wir konnten direkt nach Ankunft am Vormittag in unser Zimmer, da dies schon fertig war. Die Zimmer sind modern aber minimalistisch eingerichtet - man hat alles was man braucht, außer man möchte seine Klamotten auspacken. Wir hatten ein Swim-Up Zimmer, dies war ebenfalls perfekt für uns - einzig allein eine Möglichkeit für den Sonnenschutz hätte einem von uns gefehlt, für Fans von der Sonne war es perfekt! Man konnte in Ruhe entspannen. Die Lage war ebenfalls super, man konnte zu Fuß den Ballermann erreichen, allerdings war man weit davon entfernt das man im Hotel nichts davon mitbekam. Wir würden wieder kommen!

Man konnte in Ruhe entspannen. Die Lage war ebenfalls super, man konnte zu Fuß den Ballermann erreichen, allerdings war man weit davon entfernt das man im Hotel nichts davon mitbekam. Wir würden wieder kommen!

Tolle Lage zum Strand. Poolbereich auch sehr schön. Einzige Nachteil, die Türen zudem Zimmern sind anscheinend nicht Schallisoliert und man hört alles was im Flur passiert. Ansonsten waren die Zimmer super sauber und modern. Haben uns sicher gefühlt und Strand/Partymeile war innerhalb von 5 min erreichbar, wenn man Lust hatte auf etwas Trubel. Die Insel ist toll und definitiv eine Reise wert.

Wir hatten ein Swim up Zimmer und waren rundum zufrieden. Frühstück bis 13 Uhr war sehr praktisch. Riesen Auswahl. Das Personal ist super freundlich. Obwohl das Hotel sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Mega Park befindet, hat man nichts gehört. Alles sehr ruhig und trotzdem zentral. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Anlage top gepflegt. Personal super freundlich und behilflich. Frühstück überragend und Zimmer sauber. Manchmal muss man am Pool auf die kostenlosen Handtücher warten, da sehr viele diese wohl mit zum Strand nehmen. Einzig negative war, dass es in unserem Zimmer keinen Schrank, bzw. größere Ablageflächen für Klamotten gibt! Da frage ich, was machen Familien mit Kindern und den ganzen Klamotten?

Prachtig hotel, wij hadden een swim up kamer. Mooie ruime kamer, heerlijk bed, iedere dag werd de kamer keurig schoongemaakt, mooie badkamer, lekker zitje bij het zwembad. Ontbijt erg lekker en uitgebreid. Tophotel!!

It was an ok stay. Nice view from the room. Easy access to transportation although we used mostly Ubers during our stay. There is a lovely strip about 4 minutes walk from the hotel that we didn’t discover till the night before we left so we spent the afternoon after checking out just walking along the beach. Was disappointed because we were assured we would be able to pay for late check out but they changed their tune the morning of which disrupted my plans so wasn’t a very happy girl on check out. Food was mid. Massage session was mid also. Could have spent my money on something better. Facilities are ok for off season with not as many guests. Overall ok hotel. Would I stay there again? Doubt it.

Late Check-out wird per Mail vom Hotel abgefragt. Wenn man das möchte, steht man jedoch dann am Abreisetag trotzdem an der Rezeption und muss Glück haben. Lasst es direkt und fragt erst gar nicht… Security macht eher Fotos von einem Betrunkenen, anstatt zu helfen. Selbes Spiel mit dem Herrn an der Rezeption. Ich und andere Gäste hatten angemerkt, dass ein Mann auf dem Boden liegt. Anstatt 2 Min. in die andere Straße zu laufen und zu sehen, ob alles okay ist, hat man das Fenster aufgemacht und gesagt, ich sehe kein Blut, wird schon passen. Zusätzlich kam noch die Aussage, er ist eh nicht auf unserem Grundstück. Ich verstehe, dass die vielen betrunkenen Touristen ein Problem sind, jedoch sollte man auch als Hotelbetreiber etwas Empathie haben. Ich habe mich übrigens dann um den Betrunkenen gekümmert. Die Security hat in der Zeit Fotos von uns beiden gemacht. War mein zweiter Aufenthalt hier, wird aber jedoch nicht mehr gebucht! So ein Verhalten geht für mich nicht!

Really nice modern hotel . Staff were really helpful and friendly . Mainly German area -( in the German version of Magaluf apparently ) We were 40 somethings and it was no problem at all. No drunks , no shouting fighting ect. Holiday was silent at night.

Ich war schon des Öfteren in diesem Hotel und buche es immer wieder! Das Personal ist super freundlich und wenn es mal Probleme gibt, dann wird alles gemacht um diese aus dem Weg zu schaffen !:)

The food was disgusting. A majority of the staff were very rude and not accommodating. Had to battle with them just to get the basics! They charge €3 for a bucket of ice… yes ice. The property itself was clean and in a good location but the poor customer service and food was a let down.

My 11 year old son and I loved this hotel. Modern, very clean, spacious, great amenities. Having breakfast go until 1 pm is amazing. The dinner for half boarders is a La carte and a as sometimes confusing but always delicious. Had a *terrific* massage at the spa by Cati. The hotel twice arranged rental cars for us, in which the agency delivers you a car. Notable is you rent for “one day” but the car is due back at the hotel by 8-10 pm. Location was it extremely walkable to the beach, restaurants etc. As others mentioned, the shower is weird but whatever. The biggest plus of this place is the staff. They go above and beyond repeatedly to make your stay wonderful. I cannot say enough about the front desk, bar and restaurant staff. The whole hotel smells amazing as well. Everyone speaks English and German quite well.

Beautiful property, we particularly appreciated the cleanliness as well as the late check out by mid-day. Entry doors to each room are very noisy and they close with a large bang that borderline makes the walls tremble. The rooms have zero noise isolation, so do consider that before booking you vacation with this hotel. The whole complex is really nice, but once you get outside of the hotel complex you encounter drunken and noisy people everywhere. So from my personal perspective, although I like the hotel, the surroundings are horrible and therefor I will never return here.

Ich war schon mehrfach Gast hier und werde immer wieder gerne zurück kommen. Das Hotel ist total zentral an der Playa, demnach für Partygäste super zentral und zeitgleich ist es wahnsinnig idyllisch, sauber und einfach super ruhig! Ich kann es nur von Herzen jedem empfehlen!

Would stay here again but would not recommend a long stay as the area where it’s located is very crowded and made for German tourists mainly. Stayed for 5 nights on half board regime , lovely breakfast w/ good variety everyday just would improve the range for brunch such as more salads and pasta options as breakfast is from 8am-13 ;also would not recommend to have dinner included as same is a la cart and can be very restricted at times . It Would definitely be nicer if the hotel was not so “German tourist “oriented and more all nationalities instead. Lovely spa and outside pool , comfortable beds and nice rooms w / pool and see view in our case . Bar menu could also be improved, more choice needed .

Für uns kein Paradiso! Die sehr guten Bewertungen können wir nicht nachvollziehen. Abendessen mit 3 Gängen für uns ein Witz und auch das Frühstück sehr überschaubar. Sind zum 65 mal auf der Insel und haben schon viele Hotels ausprobiert, für uns kein Wiederhohlungspotenzial.

Séjour parfait. Le plus de l'hôtel est le personnel très souriant, très à l'écoute et très serviable. L'hôtel est très propre, calme et bien situé (3 minutes de la plage et des transports pour Palma) Le Spa est un vrai plus (hammam, sauna, piscine intérieure et possibilité d'effectuer des soins) Le restaurant est très bon, le petit déjeuner est très varié et les horaires d'ouverture sont très larges. Je recommande n'hésitez pas!
