We stayed one night in Suite 9 (upper floor - must climb stairs, there was no elevator). We received easy instructions via email - promptly the day before we were expected to arrive. The room was immaculately clean. Full service kitchen with electric stove, microwave, fridge with freezer, sink with dish washing supplies. All the dishes, pots/pans, cutlery, etc. Laundry washer and dryer. Well lit washroom with shower/bathtub. No room safe - this would have been nice to have! Nice large tv with remote. Good air conditioning you control with a remote - and so quiet. The bed was clean and firm. Only one chair in the bedroom area - would have been nice to have two. In summary we enjoyed staying in this immaculately neat, clean and well designed suite. Thanks Morel Suites.

A convenient overnight stay, in a very clean and modern setting. I was in suite 5 so I found the stairs a bit of a slog with carrying bags. I would stay here again.

I would recommend this property. We stayed in Suite 6. It’s very clean and upgraded all over! The kitchen is adorable. Tile backsplash, stove, sink, integrated dishwasher, dishes for 6, pot, pan, knives, cutting boards, you name it. Nice size fridge with freezer. The bathroom is spotless and has laundry facilities as well, Kitchen table for 4. Bed was comfortable. Text message with all the details needed arrive in advance and were spot on! We had no questions or concerns. It was just as described. The only thing I would say, is when you’re booking, make sure you tell them if you have trouble with stairs as we had to climb a couple sets (not an issue for us, but may be for some) as they have lower and upper suites and can likely accommodate those needs. We would stay again.

Stairs only but not a problem for us. Complete kitchen with full size appliances and evwrything you need to make meals. No couch or sitting area so watch TV in bed only but not a big deal for a short stay. Self check-in with coded door lock.

We staying in unit 11 and it was convenient to have our car out front. The room was clean and quiet and had a great kitchen space. The location was good as we walked to the restaurant. It was a perfect stay.

We loved staying the night at Morel Executive Suites. The communication from Denis was excellent and we loved the fact that he changed our suite to a quieter side ahead of our arrival. The suite including the bathroom was super clean, the kitchen was well equipped. The property is located conveniently close to town centre and restaurants and parking is ample. Our only recommendation would be to provide body lotion as part of the toiletries. Definitely recommend this property to others reviewing it to book. We will surely book it again when we visit Edmundston, NB.

We stayed at Morel as a halfway point to PEI, and a halfway for our way back. We had a really good stay. Our suite was very clean upon arrival both times. The air conditioning was nice and high, the bed sheets so nicely made. Everything so neat and in order. There’s even laundry machines in your unit if you need them! As well as black out curtains which was huge for us having a one year old that had to go to bed before the sun was down. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven and microwave so you can cook at home if you don’t want takeout! For the price, we were very happy with our stay! Thanks so much, Denis and crew!!

Stayed here on my road trip to PEI and it's very nice! Very clean and incredibly easy check in. The beds are comfy and I really like the full kitchen in every room to prep some food for the road. It's very affordable compared to other hotels around and a better experience. Will deffinetly come back again!

The property was immaculate. There is no front desk staff, but communication with Morel was fast, and I got an instantaneous response, and the unit was self-contained, including a kitchenette and even flatware for a simple meal. The only thing we did not like was that the property was quite close to the road, and when we opened the windows, the surrounding traffic was quite loud. But it was no big deal. We would definitely recommend Morel and would come back.

Top notch facility and very well equipped suite, full kitchen, in suite laundry etc. TV and internet was a bit problematic, kept hanging. Couldn’t figure out how to get live TV. Mattress was too hard. But these were minor issues and I’d highly recommend this facility.

My only complaint was that there was no-one at the property when i arrived. And it took some time to reach the owner/ manager to get in to the room, possibly a mix-up. Once inside, everything was very nice!

We needed to change our room to a ground level and Denis and James were very accommodating. It is very easy to contact them and they replied immediately. I was very impressed! We loved the room and were only disappointed when we couldn’t stay longer than 1 night. We will definitely stay there again!! Thank you

Endroit très propre, tranquille et moderne. Complètement équipé avec une frigo, un poêle, laeuse/sécheuse. Un spectacle de musique était offert gratuitement le soir, qui a eu lieu malgré le froid et la pluie! Propriétaire sympathique. Parc tout près pour la promenade.

Beautiful spacious place to stay. Great restaurant Ocean Breeze Grill a block away with amazing food! A microbrewery is attached to the restaurant. The immediate area is quiet and safe. Would definitely come again!
