What a magnificent place to stay! The room was very nice and comfortable! The staff went above and beyond and made me feel welcome. The hotel also provided me a bus pass to assist in my journey of exploring the local area. They had a free breakfast which was incredible! I can't say enough about how wonderful this hotel was and I would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful lake views, great breakfast. Clean well appointed rooms, very comfortable. Outstanding hotel at this price point. Walk across the street and hop on a ferry to explore Lago Maggiore. Right by old town Locarno for great food, shopping and sightseeing. We’ll be back.

Das Hotel war klein, sauber und gemütlich. Das Zimmer war zwar klein, aber trotzdem bequem. Obwohl wir in der Nähe des Eingangs waren, war es nicht laut. Die Dame an der Rezeption und der Herr, der uns beim Frühstück geholfen hat, waren sehr nett und freundlich. Wir hatten keinerlei Probleme und haben es sehr genossen. Außerdem liegt das Hotel sehr nah am Zentrum. Das Frühstück war auch lecker. Sie sprechen außerdem Deutsch. Bis zum nächsten Mal!

This hotel is in a beautiful area on the lake... the people were sweet and breakfast was great... but dont reserve the room by the desk...it was the smallest hotel room we have ever seen...so if it would have been cheaper than $167 for 1 night...then we would have no complaints...but we felt it was too pricey for the size of the room...

Great little hotel right across from the lake. Beautiful view, comfortable room with everything we needed and a great cross breeze. The breakfast was great for us…typical European fare and they boiled me an egg to have with their wonderful bread. There is a fridge and a safe and it’s right on the strip so we could walk either walk to see the lake and the parks. Terrific in every way with great customer service. Could not have asked for more.

Booked and confirmed room was sold to someone else. We were given an attic, 26 degrees, impossible to sleep. After forwarding our complaint, we were offered total refund , except tax. We accepted. Later we noticed this promise was not fulfilled. We sa someone who stayed at the same hotel were tricked on their promised refund for four days. Guests having breakfast in lobby! The only positive with this hotel is locatiin. Wouldn’t stay there again!

I had the best view of the lake and super convenient to train station (5 min walk to funiculare and train station) and the rest of the waterfront. The marina amd waterfront are right across the street and you can catch a boat ride easily there. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was well done too. The location was perfect and very centrally located so close to everything. The restaurant and cafe closest to hotel were excellent!
