Supernettes Personal. Sauberes Hotel. Premium Lounge in der Lobby mit kostenlosen Getränken und Snacks den ganzen Tag und Abend über. Toller Onsenbereich mit Sauna und Kaltbecken. Standard Doppelzimmer etwas klein, aber das ist ja so üblich in Japan. Klare Empfehlung.

Rooms are standard Japanese size. The free onsen was clean and it was nice to have the congestion update on the tv so you know when to go or not. They also have a free guest lounge with free drinks and snacks offered 3 times a day including alcoholic drinks for happy hr and evening. It isn’t very close to any subway station, about 15mins walk away so just be aware if you have lots of luggage.

部屋にゴミが落ちていて2日目もそのまま落ちていた。あと、部屋がやはり少し狭く荷物が置きにくかった。部屋のカーテンを開けたらお墓もありなんとなく嫌でした。寒くて毛布を頼みましたが白髪の長い髪の毛が付いていました。スタッフの方の対応は良かったです。

This hotel is located very close to Umeda, which is great for shopping and eating. Check in and out were both easy enough, we also asked them to help send our luggage to our next hotel in Hiroshima and they were largely helpful and took care of it all. They had a generous amenities bar which was great as we didn’t have to buy a few things like razors and cotton pads. Giving 1 less star as there was a weird thing left in the sheets from the previous guests, I didn’t investigate further as it was gross. Can’t comment on the facilities; they have public baths available for guest use but they are not tattoo friendly even if you buy cover up stickers. Overall a good hotel to stay in when in Osaka!

スタッフさんはとても感じもよく気持ちよく過ごせました。大浴場も気持ちよかったです。疲れが取れました。ただお部屋に前の方のペットボトルと、薬のからが落ちていました。他がとてもよかっただけに残念でした。

The property is clean and the room comfortable. The structure has an onsen and a nice lobby area. However, it is on a very trafficked noisy street and the room had zero noise isolation. Luckily I had earplugs but I could still hear the cars. The area is safe and not too far from shops, but the nearest underground station is at 15-20 mins walking, which is not the best if you have heavy luggage.

Great hotel to stay in. Staff was above and beyond helpful and kind. Easy and convenient luggage transport. Close to subways stations so you never have to walk or carry belongings far. Convinies right around the corner for snacks. Overall amazing stay and would return again. Bonus points for having a scale to weigh your luggage!!

Good staff, friendly service, it’s located 12 mins walk from the station so if you are arriving with large bags like I was best to get shuttle service or send your luggage over to your hotel through Yamato or other baggage delivery. The area around the hotel is busy with lots of eating places. I personally liked it as it wasn’t as touristy as nanba. The hotel itself was clean, room was a bit small but good enough for a night for to chill at. Overall my experience was good, I stayed one night and the. The following day had my luggage delivered to my next hotel. Shout out again to the super helpful staff they helped me fill out my baggage delivery forms and were very nice.

Excellent! the staff were lovely, even with language barrier, they went out of their way to help when I had an issue transferring baggage to another hotel in another city. The welcome drinks on arrival and nibbles were a lovely touch for my tired son, made our eyes widen and smile - our holiday officially started. The onsen spa was delightful, the lotions and potions smelled amazing and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Brilliant all round.

駅から遠い？泊まった部屋にほこりが、多かった。ホテルマン(女性)が部屋まで物を届けてくれず、フロントまで自分で取りに行った。ホテルマン(女性)が質問するとめんどくさそうな態度が多々あった。ホテル自体が古かった。アパホテルの方がもっと安くて綺麗で駅から近くてホテルマンの対応も良かった。

ホテルは、とても綺麗で過ごしやすかったです。大浴場があるので疲れが癒せます。入りませんでしたがサウナもありました。朝食バイキングも美味しく食べ過ぎてしまうくらいでした。ホテル自体には、とても満足してます。残念な点は、駅から少しだけ離れているのと、その間に、歓楽街があるので治安等が少し微妙なのかなと。まあ、梅田まで普通に歩いていけるので立地的には悪くないと思います。
