Lovely terrace for drinks on a sunny day. A real mix in quality and record of the rooms. 2 of us had pretty tun down rooms with bathrooms in serious need of an overhaul and the others had decent enough rooms. New management in place who will take their time to bring the whole thing up a notch. The staff were fantastic

If you book through hotels.com then you must pay a large amount on top to use the pool etc that they advertise as Included. Hotel couldn’t care less about that. Housekeeping didn’t change the bed once during our 3 day stay. Heating stuck on during hot weather and offered a small cheap fan as a fix. Room key failed every evening so had to keep getting a new one. Nice location to visit local attractions

Lovely friendly helpful staff! Very welcoming on arrival. Room clean and well maintained, a little too warm but there was a fan provided. Would stay again if in area.

Th guy at reception, Bryan, clearly hates his job and doesn’t want to be there , he was so rude and every thing was a problem to him. I asked him a few questions including getting a travel cot and each time it seemed to be annoying him that I had the audacity to ask a question- despite this being his job. He then said he should try to run away before I come back with any more questions. The food for dinner was nice but small portions and expensive. The breakfast was a complete disgrace the staff even worse- one guy on the restaurant who clearly hated his job too- didn’t offer me a seat , offer hot drinks just asked coldly for payment first. I later asked him for coffee and he brought out a pot of stone cold coffee with no cup and no milk or sugar. It was the same when my wife asked for tea and his customer service skills were atrocious- £36 we paid for two extremely average breakfasts , cheap supermarket bread, barely anything left on the hot food, tiny glasses to pour water in from a container that was practically empty . Not once did we get asked how our stay was going or receive any spoken interaction from this poorly trained demotivated individual. This left a very negative impression and ruined our morning which we’d been looking forward to- trying to have a nice trip away but we’re made to feel like we’re a major inconvenience for asking for things we should have been offered and brought over . There was also no lift which made it incredibly difficult with a 1 year old
