Very nice stay at a very nice hotel. Room was great, breakfast great and employees were great - including the cleaning staff. Hotel is placed a little ways from city center but that is no issue. Would stay here agaim if we ever visit again.

Cute hotel in a quieter part of town. The common areas are fun and beautifully decorated, and it would have been nice if some of that style had carried through to the rooms as well. The staff are incredibly friendly, always smiling, and create a great atmosphere. The pools are small but lovely for cooling off on hot days. A few sun loungers by the ground floor pool would have been a nice addition, as it doesn't really seem appropriate to sit on regular outdoor chairs in wet swimwear. We also missed having a few parasols on the rooftop sun deck, especially during the hotter hours of the day. The breakfast is very good, with plenty of fresh fruit, nuts, and some vegetables, making it easy to put together a healthy meal. We stayed for a week, however, and the breakfast selection was exactly the same every day. As we're fully plant based, it became a bit repetitive. We would also have appreciated a few more standard vegan alternatives, such as vegan butter or margarine and plant based yoghurt, which are easy to find in most places around the world.

Stunning aesthetics - a really beautiful boutique hotel that feels homely and friendly. Rooms were spotlessly clean, facilities were well maintained and relaxed and staff were very friendly and helpful. A truly lovely hotel which I will recommend and return to next time I’m in Palma

I cannot recommend this hotel after our recent stay—it was one of the most uncomfortable and frustrating experiences we’ve had, especially given the high cost. The room was extremely small and poorly designed. The bathroom flooded every time we showered, and there were ants throughout. Everything felt cheap, from the furniture to the fixtures, and the walls were so thin that we could hear every noise from neighboring rooms. The only positive was the good water pressure. The air conditioning was very loud, making sleep difficult, yet essential as the room was unbearably hot (we stayed during 33°C weather). Basic amenities were lacking—no iron, no tea or coffee facilities—and the furniture layout made no sense. A set of drawers didn’t even fit properly inside the wardrobe. The TV was poorly mounted, stuck at an awkward angle, and positioned dangerously so you could easily hit your head getting into bed. The bed itself was rock hard with worn-out pillows, leaving us both with poor sleep and discomfort.The location made things worse. It’s on a busy road far outside the city, with constant traffic noise and what felt like racing cars at night. Bins were emptied around 3:40am, and street noise continued throughout the night. The “sea view” was misleading. The pools were disappointing. Both were small, and the rooftop pool was particularly unpleasant, with cloudy water, hair, and dead insects. We ended up changing Hotels and a refund was refused for the nights we did not stay.
