We love staying at Hotel V! The restaurant is amazing although I recommend reserving a seating!! We were sad that the spa was closed for repairs but look forward to visiting again to use it when it's fresh! Friendly staff. Great accomodations!

We were there for a night, our son was competing at the aquatic centre down the street. The place is nice, the staff is very nice and helpful. I had to clean the bathroom before using it. The shower was hot and good pressure. We didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub but heard that it was good.

Walls are paper thin, no soundproofing. If t was a party weekend in the hotel. Noise was out of control, and went on all night. Couldn’t get any sleep. Front desk employee called Police, they didn’t do anything. Hotel has no security or management around to do anything about it. Ridiculous!

Small intimate hotel with big property amenities including an excellent dining room and fabulous bar. The outdoor patio looks great too. The staff are accomodating professional and personable. I will return and recommend my staff to stay here. It's about a 15 minute ride to Parliament Hill. Rush hour traffic is horrid.

Room was very clean and comfortable. However the noise level for both nights was unbearable. I specifically asked for a quiet room as we had a running event. We had room 117 next to the side entrance. Until 3-4am the door was slamming non-stop (probably hundreds of times) with people in the hallway screaming and laughing making it absolutely impossible to sleep. People were also smoking right outside our window until the middle of the night and talking/laughing very loud. I advised front desk but was told that unfortunately the hotel is full. It wrecked our entire weekend.

I booked this hotel based on the excellent reviews and photos, expecting a comfortable place to stay after a full day at the Nordik Spa. Unfortunately, our experience didn’t match what was advertised. We arrived around 10 p.m. and there was no staff at the front desk. The phone was ringing with no answer, and we waited about ten minutes before anyone appeared. The sign directing guests to press a button for assistance wasn’t helpful, as the button was hidden behind decorations and didn’t summon anyone when pressed. Our room for three people with two double beds was extremely disappointing. The décor felt dark and unwelcoming, the furniture was worn, and the room was cramped. The mattresses were the worst part: both beds were heavily caved in, unstable on the sides, and uncomfortable enough that all three of us woke up with sore backs. The pillows were flat, the sheets felt synthetic, and the bed frames were larger than the mattresses, leaving noticeable gaps. We also found pubic hair on the bathroom floor on arrival. The space didn’t resemble the photos or the positive ratings, and it didn’t match the look of the lobby. We set alarms and left early in the morning because we couldn’t rest properly. No one asked about our stay when we checked out. This room did not justify the high reviews, and I would not stay here again.

Jai oublié 2 chandailles blanc jeudi le 9 octobre. Au téléphone j’ai été confirmé qu’ils ont été trouvé, et qu’ils seraient à la réception. Je leur ai confirmer que je serai là le 26 octobre car javais déjà réserver et toujours la même chambre 129. À mon arrivée le 26 j'ai demandé pour mes gilets et jai eu comme réponse (quelqu’un la retourné en bas car souvent les gens ne reviennent pas le récupérer). Je suis tres déçue, je l'avait dupuis 2 mois seulement. Je me demande si un employee la récupérer en pensant que je viendrait pas le chercher. The outdoor spa and sauna are the best. Room was comfortable and clean. We were supposed to receive two free drinks as silver hotels.com vip status but it wasn’t offered. I brought it up upon departure and we were offered something in lieu. We got cheese. lol Otherwise a good stay.
