The parking is quite a distance away , and seems like an unsafe place and very dusty. The room is big, with well equipped kitchen and clean inside. Windows cannot be opened , maybe because it’s really dusty outside . Reply from reception via email is fast when we were unable to cool the room. There is a supermarket behind the block and places for food nearby.

Parking is a hassle, except that everything is Great

The apartment is amazing and as advertised. The only area needing improvement is the check in process because there is no reception so you get a code sent to your email which was not advertised on Expedia and since mine went to junk mail, we were very confused when we arrived to a locked building door and had to confirm details by email with customer service before getting access to the building. Just a heads up on Expedia would have meant that we would have known what to expect and wouldn’t have wasted 30 minutes at the front door.

Very clean and with all the amenities of an apparement.

The apartment is very roomy. Good location to attractions. There is no reception desk for check-in at the property, which led to some issue with my check-in process because I did not have a credit card on file for the refundable deposit.

Lots of restaurants nearby. Plenty of equipment to cook with. Very spacious loft. We would stay there again.

Property is safe, clean and in neighbourhood that has great accessibility to the areas we wanted to see and good restos. Was surprised that bedrooms have curtains rather than doors. Parking is QC is expensive and none onsite.

Huge apartment if a little souless. No washing machine and a little difficult without a reception. Great location.

No washing or drier machine in the flat (there were in common areas but coins were needed). No wardrobe for clothes. Excellent location, easy access and cleanliness.

Very cosy and clean building. The only problem was that there was lots of trash under the coach cushions. I guess the cleaning staff ignore under the visions. Otherwise, other things were good

Very clean, a perfect stay

Très bon emplacement. Beau condo très bien équipé. Seul bémol: le plancher de la cuisine était sale à notre arrivée. Par contre le reste de l’appartement était propre.

Allowed me to access the room 3 hours in advance since it wasn't occupied. Been to over 500 hotels, this one is easily one of the top 5 for cleanliness. Whoever cleans deserves praises. Plus all of the bedding is probably cleaned after each stay and the mattress has a mattress cover which seems to be cleaned pretty often (compared to yuky yuk usual hotel mattress the thin bottom layer sheet usually sits directly on). Bed is comfy. What was expected for the price. I would take a bit softer personally but it's probably semi-firm. Unit itself is really nice. I had the third floor corner unit facing Beenox. Pretty quiet given where the building is. The only things that could be improved would be the heat pump which was struggling a little bit given the heatwave and the lack of opaque blinds in the common areas (bedroom has some). I would at least add some in front of the washroom since people from the street can see inside at night. Overall though, the HP is probably sized properly for 95% of the summer in QC...this heatwave is pretty brutal. It was still comfortable. A big plus, since it's active ventilation in the bathroom and you have control over the HRV the moisture is very easy to control (which is sometimes a big problem in hotels). I love the fact it's minimalistic. Oh and yes, the fridge IS quiet !!! Overall loved my stay, will 100% be back. Location is perfect. Great experience on every aspect. Kuddos to the whole team.

We arrived late, and while looking around the area for parking, the surrounding streets looked fairly unsafe. Once we got in the unit, around 10pm, the building is nice, but the apartment had not been cleaned, there were empty bottles and cans all over the place. We called the property manager, and they came right away and provided us with a similar unit on a different floor that was ready. The unit was OK, but I would not recommend the area and arriving to a dirty apartment was not a good experience.

The entire place was outstanding in everyway. We will most definitely be back! I would strongly recommend the Lofts without question. Clean, quiet, spacious. Perfect in everyway!

Nice place but really too noisy

Great loft with exception of no closets or wardrobe or anywhere to hang or out your clothes. Also be aware bedrooms don’t have solid walls between them but curtains - strange design as no sound privacy. Also living room only has sheer curtains on windows so street light comes through and less privacy at night. Upstairs guests had a kid or someone constantly running and you can hear walking and sounds overhead. Kitchen is great to have and well equipped. Neighborhood has lots of restaurants, bakeries and a grocery store, but area is a little sketchy - more homeless people and people out of it on drugs or alcohol than in other parts of Quebec. Management is responsive.

We really liked staying here. Super convenient for several bus lines, and restaurants and a grocery nearby. Comfortable layout, very clean. We only wished for a closet in the bed area alcove, instead of 4 pegs. As we stayed for a week, there was no place to hang clothes and we had to live out of the suitcase. But we would stay again.

Nous avions réservé un loft pour 4. L'une des chambres était en fait une alcôve aveugle séparée du couloir par un simple rideau. La literie est bonne. Autre déconvenue : certes, le logement est pourvu d'une cuisine, mais aucun condiment n'était présent, pas même du sel ! Il est très appréciable qu'un minimum de condiments soient fournis, tels que poivre, sel, huiles, vinaigre... Le prix payé le vaut bien. L'appartement était spacieux et conforme à la réservation. Des parkings payants se trouvent à proximité immédiate. La vue de l'appartement n'était pas terrible. .

Super beau et propre les lofts mais le Boul.Charest le bruit est épouvantable

Great location and space. Only complaint is that the bedrooms do not have doors, but rather have curtains and are not private. Also there are no closets or drawers to store your clothing. Otherwise the apartment was well appointed, spacious and clean.

So much better than a hotel room. Great kitchen and comfortable sitting area. Big windows though the view was inner city street scape, Neat clean design, but don't expect a bureau or chest of drawers (or hangers). I was worried it would be noisey because neighbours had small kids, but didn't hear them at all in my unit.

Did not like the online check in

My overall impression: Great place to stay- clean, safe, close to necessities (bus stops, grocery store, pharmacy, etc). Detailed impressions: 1) Safe area, 25-30 mins walk away from Old QC, very close to bus stops, 2) property and unit were generally clean (found a few hair here and there in the unit), 3) grocery store, pharmacy, and several dining options within 5-10 mins walk away, 4) the unit (top most floor) had several ceiling to floor windows with sheer curtains- great for lighting, not great to keep the unit cool or privacy later in the day, 5) small bar soaps provided were flimsy and broke after 1 use (several back ups were provided though), 6) note that there is no place to store luggage or clothes in the unit, however, there are hooks in the living room and bedroom, 7) would have preferred to have a manual safety latch on the main door or an alarm system (for peace of mind, felt safe in the area), 8) while I appreciated ease of communication with hosts- call or email (very prompt responses by email), the responses to queries were succinct but not comprehensive, ie, the hosts didn't provide relevant information in response to queries that may have answered the query, eg, I asked if I could have an extra blanket, the response was 'no' as service was closed for the day. It would have been helpful for them to mention when service was open the next day and how I could obtain a blanket then, if there were any costs associated with it, etc.

Check in was a problem - instruction was in French. Have to meet the front desk at the near hotel property owned by the same company. Other than this stay was excellent.

Hotel was recently modernized and well maintained. Rental office across street secured our bags until room was ready.

I truly did not utilize this space for all that it offered, I picked it more for the walking conveinence to cultural/historical locations, restaurants, and night life. I loved the security of having only a passcode for the entrance and room, as this meant I didn't have to worry about misplacing an access card or forgetting it when I went out. The shower was impressively hot and pressurized, the natural lighting was delightful, and I slept soundly.

Management would not respond to the need to fix the air conditioning unit despite daily requests.. Temp remained at 80°F or above, and windows do not open—no air circulation in the unit. Unacceptable condition, Unacceptable customer service! Use caution in booking in this property!!!

Amazing stay, we had a situation and asked if we could have a late checkout. The lady at the desk was more than helpful and was able to give a complementary late checkout.

Hôtel is very nice but their check in service sucks. There is no one working there and you need codes to get in. The only problem there we were supposed to get an email with that which never came. We were luck to have found a phone number for them. We called and was told we needed to register first but no one told us that and we never received any email giving us these instructions. We were no the only ones there were other people there with same problem.

Very clean and closer to old Quebec.

It was great for family. We enjoyed the generous space and fully equipped in kitchen. It was walkable to the most attractions in old Quebec.

Well located for accessing points of interest. However, keep in mind that Boulevard Charest is a major thoroughfare in QC, so the noise level is typical if an urban environment (and not a meadow in the countryside 😉)

It is an amazing hotel with modern interior design, quality furniture and appliances, and attention to detail. Remote communication and service are reliable and fast. Very close to lots of restaurants and bars and just a 3 min drive from the Old City. We enjoyed our stay so much so we would come here again!

We loved this spacious, clean, modern loft space with 2 beautiful bathrooms and bedrooms. The staff working at the property were highly response and easy to contact with some small questions. I would be happy to return again. Our only concern were the number of drug addicted, homeless folks wandering around the hotel, day and night. Imagine they are harmless, but they are a part of the neighborhood.
