Newly renovated and all new appliances. Very spacious and quiet. 1.5 km to upper town. There’s a parking lot next to it and it charges $20 for 24 hours. You’d better pack your own body wash and shampoo though.

Great unit. Was in the basement but not a problem. Comfy beds and pillows. Great ktchen, washer and dryer. 20 min walk into old quebec with nice scenery on way. Pleanty of places to eat nearby. A few homeless a few streets away but they were harmless. We parked in street behind for free on the weekend and overnight.

Our basement suite (LC104) was spacious, comfortable, well appointed and modern. It was a great place to return each night after a cold day out, and included all the cooking equipment we needed to prepare breakfast or dinner. The streets surrounding the accommodation were quieter than we expected, but there are nice restaurants and markets available, and it’s well located for public transport. Some things were missing that we had hoped to see for this kind of accommodation without daily housekeeping, such as dish clothes, paper towels, shower gel and hair conditioner, and a dustpan and broom, though we were able to get by with what was available. We pre-paid our accommodation via Expedia, and were contacted the day before our visit asking for credit card details by phone or email before we would be given any access codes. This kind of communication on such short notice was uncomfortable - more notice and more secure payment methods would be welcome.

The apartment was very clean and nice. We loved the individual a/c unit in the bedroom. The bunk beds were not really in a separate room, really just an alcove with a curtain. The kitchen, living room and bathroom were all spacious. Parking was a pain, but it was a nice space and we would absolutely stay again.

These lofts are an excellent alternative to a hotel room. They are reasonably priced and have kitchen facilities and even a laundry! The one we stayed in was in walking distance of all the main sights of beautiful old Quebec and walkable to the railway and bus stations. The bus 800 that goes to the falls stops 50 meters always. Thank you.

Nous avons trouvé dans le lit superposé du bas plein de trucs comme vieille casquette, bouteilles de savons, bouchons pour les oreille et meme sur le meuble tele un restant de kleenex souillés. Les lits superposé sont selon mes enfants pas tres confortable par contre le lit principale lui est confortable. Il y avait beaucoup de Serviettes disponible dans notre chambre pour le sejour cest tres agreable. Endroit silencieux malgre mes appréhensions

L'endroit avait été nettoyer que sommairement, il y avait même des petites fourmis qui passaient sous une plinthe. Heureusement il n'y avait pas beaucoup de gens au début mais comme on était au sous-sol, on entendait les gens du loft du haut.

Love the area and the actual loft. Unfortunately, it was very smelly in the lobby and we found bed bugs in our room. We got bitten 20 times at night. It made the whole experience uncomfortable.

Considera que esta relativamente cerca de las principales atracciones, entre 15 y 20 min caminando (a considerar en tiempos de frio). Esta sobra una avenida principal, lo que facilita todo, tienes todo lo que necesitas a la mano. Tiene un estacionamiento con cobro a una cuadra, muy seguro. Altamente recomendable.

Certains petits manque dans l’esthétisme et la finition. Par exemple, l’accès facile à la boîte électrique, la moisissure sur les plinthes autour de la laveuse(sûrement un dégât d’eau qu’on a pas réparé) et le manque de garde-robe. Il y a bien quelques tablettes mais pas de support, aucun crochet, ni même de support à serviettes! Sinon, l’espace est très agréable et confortable!

Our suite was comfortable and spacious and let us have a home-away-from-home while on vacation as a family. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds comfortable, and the instructions clear. We were about a 20 minute walk from the walled city, but found other neighbourhoods of interest nearby. Staying here was like exploring a new side of a city we already loved.

The apartment was very nice and clean. Had a very nice kitchen which I didn’t use. It would’ve been nice to have some paper towels, coffee, coffee filters and some other hotel amenities. Didn’t like that there was no concierge, the area felt very unsafe with all the homeless people around and garbage. Also, the hotel was very dark in the hallways. It was easy to walk up the hill to get to everything. The bed was very uncomfortable. The sheets and pillows felt of poor quality and I would have liked to have a closet, and luggage rack.

Nice loft. However, never received the instructions and for 2h it was radio silent, no one did pick up the phone. Checkin 3hours later than advertise and had to improvise an activity while waiting for an answer. Nice place but service that day was terrible.

Positive: Nice, large apartment, equipped with everything you need. Good location, old town within walking distance, supermarket and restaurants around the corner. Negatives: Accommodation requires a deposit for incidents. Understandable and fair enough. But requiring customers to send credit card details via text message or email is unsafe and absolutely not okay. If this procedure is changed, we will gladly come back.

Full kitchen was nice, apartment was clean and functional. Public transport (bus) was convenient and easy to use with Google maps. Late in getting access codes emailed out but everything was extremely smooth after that. Would certainly recommend it as a place to stay while in Quebec.

The property and staff were welcoming and accommodating for a unit of that type. The loft was spacious and the beds comfortable. The location was OK but required a long walk to the main points of interest of Québec.
