We enjoyed this hostel. What we didn't know beforehand was the single rooms were on the fourth floor with no elevator/ lift. We are in our mid-60s and that was a challenge getting our suitcases up the stairs. The room was big enough for a bed but nothing else. There were some issues with the showers. The shower heads were broken. We were still able to shower. The breakfast consisted of packaged Foods such as cheeses, yogurt, fruit and grain bars and boxed juices. It's what I would have expected at a hostel. It was nice to have any breakfast at all. This hostel is located in a very Charming place surrounded by a variety of places to eat and very near to old Quebec. The staff running it so friendly and helpful. I probably would not stay there again only because I am moderately disabled and really need an elevator.

Melhor hostel que já me hospedei e me arrependi de não ter ficado mais tempo. Quartos espaçosos e com cortina em cada beliche. A área compartilhada é muito boa. A cozinha é espaçosa com muitas cadeiras disponíveis. Há uma área para jogos de mesa, rede, academia e lavanderia.

Grande chambre pour 6 personnes au quatrième étage sans ascenseurs. Pas d’ouverture de fenêtre possible. C’est le gros défaut. Manque d’un lavabo dans les douches. Ils sont dans les toilettes communes. Très bien situé. L’espace commun est très grand et bien aménagé. Très sympa.

Clean affordable rooms at a very good location close to old town. Washrooms, shower rooms and other amenities such as the kitchen, forest area, bar and lobby were beautiful and neat and tidy. The people living in the hostel were kind and took care of the hostel too. Very good experience. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

Super leuk hostel! Ik ga binnen een week terug naar Quebec en ik heb hier terug een verblijf geboekt. De kamers zijn proper, je hebt je eigen kleine ruimte doormiddel van de afzondering met een gordijntje. De bedden zijn comfortabel, de trapjes naar het bovenste bed net iets minder haha. Genoeg wc's en douches dus je moet nooit wachten. Een grote keuken met 2 kookplaten en ovens dus je moet ook nooit lang wachten als je eten wil maken. Grote frigo waar iedereen zijn spullen inpassen en super vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel en de wasserij is er goedkoop.

Auberge de jeunesse super. Excellent emplacement, à proximité de tous les lieux touristiques à pied. Rue animée avec de nombreux restaurants, mais cela ne s'entend une fois à l'intérieur. L'auberge est vraiment un concept super avec une déco originale et atypique, des espaces partagés très agréables. Nous avions une chambre familiale avec sanitaires car c'était une première pour nous en auberge de jeunesse mais nous aurions aussi pu utiliser les sanitaires communs car tout était très propre. La chambre était confortable. Nous recommandons à 100% cet hébergement.

The beds were in good condition and the property was relatively clean. Clean sheets were given out at arrival. The main issue was that the temperature was poorly regulated in the living quarters; it remained very hot in the upper floors until about 3am. Also, it was bingo night at the bar, and so there was loud music playing until about 3:30, that even earplugs had a hard time drowning out.

It's a good option for solo traveler on a budget, I just wish the beds were a little bigger and longer. I'm about 6'1" and the bed was on the small side. Besides the bed, basic amenities were nice. Had access to a shower, and even some computers in the shared spaced. The library and pub on the main floor was nice, felt very much like being in college. This place would be great if it weren't a hostel and offered some greater privacy for guests.

I had stayed here for 5 days and met many receptionist. Surprisingly, all of them is kind and hospital. They always tried to help me and I'm much appreciated about that. If you're looking for hostel, QBEDS would be best choice.

That’s my second stay in a hostel since Geneva. Qbeds is far way the best one. I loved everything there. The library, the cinema room, gym, the receptionists. It’s fantastic and I will come back. I defintely recommend it.
