The staff were great, the room was clean, roomy, and GORGEOUS. We got a balcony room, which was absolutely worth it! The view, even from a lower floor, was incredible. The only drawbacks to the room itself were that the bathroom didn’t have an exhaust fan, and our toilet ran frequently. We told the front desk about the toilet, and she made a call immediately, but it was not fixed during our stay (perhaps it’s too complicated to do in the middle of a visit). Because it is adapted from an old theater building, the entrance is a little strange, but that’s what you get with historic places. The hotel’s bar has great atmosphere and cocktails. The restaurant breakfasts were amazing (I loved the Mediterranean yogurt bowl, and i generally don’t go for “bowl” meals). The location is perfect. It’s literally next to the old city walls and entrance, so it’s convenient to walk both into the old city and up into the newer parts of Quebec. This was our second stay at the hotel, and we’ll probably come back (and for a balcony room again!) if we ever return to Quebec.

Nice hotel. Great location and view, got the room with the patio. Gym worked well and clubby bar bartender Oliver is a true mixologist. Hope to be back!

A very nice stay at this hotel. The location is terrific. The staff are friendly and the valet service is great. The pool is quite small (more of a hot tub) and you can't connect
