For 1-2 nights it is ok. Parking was full, you need to park wherever you can, hoping don’t have a ticket next morning. Internet was out of service all my stay, and not being a local person, wifi is a must. This was very dissapointing. Breakfast is good, although only 1 coffee machine, I had to make a line for 10 min in order to get a coffee. Food is good quality though. Overall a good experience, although for the price it could have been a little bit better.

Very nice property in a wonderful location. Easy access from car at entrance and from garage, sorry sometimes this is important if you travel with a lot of luggage. Valentino, front desk at night was super helpful and accommodating. Housekeeping staff very friendly. Room clean and comfortable. Would say they delivered exactly what I would expect at this price point.

As advertised, we stayed in the “Residenza”. Although I had asked for two single beds in the room, once arrived I realised we were assigned to a double-bed bedroom. In addition, The room was quite small: too small for two people. Other than that, our stay was fine. Good breakfast, with a good variety of food. The hotel is very clean and we have been offered free on-site parking. The hotel is very conveniently located just outside the town center: in less than 10 minutes walk, you are in the city centre.

Vi blev taget imod af en super sød receptionist, som var rigtig smilende. Værelset var der ikke en finger at sætte på, virkelig rent og super lækkert badeværelse med rainshower. Morgenmaden haltede lidt efter, og passede ikke til standarden af resten af hotellet. God afstand til midtbyen, vi gik 5-6 minutter og stod i starten af gågaden. Men hvis mine veje går forbi Cortina d’Ampezzo vil jeg klart booke her igen!

Ottimo posto per alloggiare in Cortina, a pochi passi dal centro, così da nn usare la macchina, e d’è ottimo visto che parcheggi sono chiusi per lavori (Olimpiadi) Personale giovane e cordiale.. Vista sulle montagne (con le Tofane e la pista olimpia), pulizia ottima, unico neo (ma importante) è che se si alloggia nella dependance non c’è a ascensore! Ci ritornerei? Sì, è ci sono già stato 3/4 volte

I chose a room with my own bathroom and the bathroom was so nice, rained shower, beautiful little balcony with a lovely view of mountains. Very walkable to the rest of what I needed in town. The staff were so helpful at check in. Would absolutely stay here again.

Het jonge management team is permanent in de weer voor zijn gasten. Taalproblemen voor wie wat Duits, Spaans, Frans, Engels kent worden snel opgevangen. Een aanpassing aan het menu wordt open bekeken. De inrichting is volledig vernieuwd en er worden nog verbeteringen bekeken op basis van de feedback van klanten en van personeel. De persoonlijke aanpak heeft ons veel plezier gedaan.

Venligt personale og et fint værelse. Det ødelægges dog af ejer og managers opførsel og ageren. Vi har aldrig følt os så lidt velkomne på et hotel før. Hotellet har en uskreven regel om at man ikke må have sin racercykel med op på værelset, hvilket er fair nok. Da vi blev gjort opmærksom på det pakkede vi høfligt cyklerne tilbage i bilen. Cyklerne nåede aldrig ind på værelset, da ejeren stoppede os på gangen. Vi blev herefter overvåget og chikaneret. Manageren ringede os op og slukkede for strømmen på værelset - så vi kunne vise at vores cykler lå i bilen, da de ikke stolede på os. Vi måtte heller ikke sidde foran hotellet efter cykeltur dagen derpå, da cyklerne heller ikke måtte stå ved parkeringspladsen (de stod op ad verandaen og blokerede ikke noget). Morgenmaden var ikke noget særligt - og kaffekøen evigt lang, da der kun er en kaffemaskine til det store hotel.

O hotel estava em reforma, mesmo assim deixou um excelente impressão. Excelente quarto, banheiro reformado a pouco tempo, cama boa, vista incrível, tamanho excelente. Enfim, hotel bem bacana ! O restaurante do hotel é bom. Foi uma escolha bo ter feito o jantar lá. Já o café da manhã não é lá essas coisas ( apesar de não ser chato com isso) no entanto estava incluso. Em resumo o café destoa do jantar, mas atende de forma ok !

Convenient location, just off the main access to the city. Great view and very nice staff (I was upgraded for free). I also had my dinner at the restaurant, and I was pleased (and surprised) by the quality/variety of the food and... by the bill. Hope to get there again soon.
