Staff was friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff went the extra mile every day. Our bathroom was showing its age with slow drains and a running toilet. We left a laptop there and were glad they notified us quickly. They use a service to ship items and I was a bit shocked to have to spend approx $200 USD. My mistake, but that seems excessive.
