Lovely hotel, great for the family with the pool and helpful indoor play area for any rain. Staff were helpful, 10 minute walk to the beach or into town. Only downsides were rooms were a little bit noisy (but nothing major) and pool was shaded relatively early due to the surrounding buildings. Would recommend

The staff was incredible. From the front desk to the pool bar, everyone smiled and was eager to help. Our room was small, but well appointed and clean. The pool and the pool area were clean and well cared for. Loved the view of the ocean from the pool deck.

The Punte Nord Est is a lovely hotel. The pool is great & the poolside bar offers good options for lunch. The rooms were very clean with a good view over the sea. The breakfast was excellent. Lovely warm welcome by reception staff, room was ready and we quickly made use of the lovely pool and private daybeds. Pool bar staff were lovely and lunch was delicious and drinks were chilled. Great location a pleasant 10 minute walk into town, to a busy street of restaurants and late night shopping. Bed was very comfortable, room spotlessly clean and a great shower. Breakfast had a great variety, something for everyone. Would highly recommend, wish we had longer to explore beach with the courtesy golf cart.

Hotel var ok, men ikke noget fancy. Rent og pænt, gode senge. Men ekstremt lydt, kan høre naboer, underboer, overboer og folk på gange, så den lydisolering der nævnes her på hotels, den er der ikke. Lille balkon. Lidt larmende vej foran hotellet, hvis du bor med havudsigt. Kedelig morgenmad, samme tørre brød hver dag og intet groft udover toast. Kolde æg. Pool område fint. Rart med en golfvogn der kører til stranden, som egentlig ikke er langt væk, men kuperet på hjemvejen. Billedet af den store terrasse, her på siden, må være en taglejlighed. Kort gåtur til en rigtig hyggelig by, med alt fra vinbarer, masser af restauranter med og uden udsigt, samt et hyggeligt gågade område. Det var desværre ret dyrt at komme tur/retur til Palermo 230 euro, så det kom vi ikke. Der kører også bus dertil, men sidste bus retur var allerede kl. 19.00. Næste gang vil vi helt sikkert leje bil, det var billigt om man kan komme rundt og se øen.

Zimmer wurden neu renoviert, sehr schöner Blick auf das Meer vom Balkon. Frühstück sehr gut, alles was der Mensch braucht. Hervorzuheben, Personal in Person von Isabelle, sehr freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit. Die richtige Person am richtigen Platz. Kleiner Wermutstropfen, Leute, die keine Berechtigung haben, stellen ihr Auto auf dem Behindertenparkplatz ab, dies muss unterbunden werden!!! Ansonsten tolles Hotel, nur zum empfehlen.

We had a Sea View Room with a stunning view, large room and large balcony. The staff was wonderful here- very friendly and hospitable. Leo at the Front Desk and Bartender as needed brought us so many laughs and great conversation. The hotel is within a short walking distance to some delicious restaurants in the area. The pool is huge and we loved having our time to relax there. The breakfast is plentiful and beautifully presented. I highly recommend.

Hotel and staff were excellent except for three things: bed pillows were very hard and uncomfortable, air con in room barely functioned, it never got cool. Finally the lovely and generous breakfast buffet is slated to run from 7:30 to 10 am. Upon arriving for breakfast just after 9 am, the crew was busily cleaning up the buffet! Some items were missing and others were doubled up in the remaining service platters. The crew was noisily and hurriedly clearing off table pre-settings, making it hard for folks arriving after 9 am to find a table that was set up for breakfast. What a shame to make customers arriving On Time only to experience excessive clanging and shuffling of table settings and to feel rushed in getting breakfast and unable to find certain usual items. This was a shame for such a nice hotel. Management needs to keep the buffet open and Well-stocked until 10 am as advertised to customers. Let clean up start after 10 am, so customers are not inconvenienced by lack of selection and excessive noise. We felt rushed as were several other customers

Most hotels are not as beautiful as the pictures, but this room exceeds every picture we saw! Amazing view, amazing balcony, 2 rooms, free breakfast and 2 free glasses of wine and affordable shuttle to airport. Most beautiful room I’ve ever seen!

We spent a few days here for our honeymoon and loved every second of it. We had a stunning sea view from our room, walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants. Every staff member we came across were extremely friendly and were very helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the food in the restaurant was fantastic. Want a give huge shout out to Leo who worked at the bar, really took care of us and made us feel extremely welcome. Would 100% come back again and will recommend it to anyone who is thinking of going to Sicily. Alex & Sean

A fantastic hotel! Great location on the sea front and a 5 minute walk into town. The hotel was lovely and clean, breakfast varied and comfortable beds, air con etc. Fab pool with jacuzzi and a great bar/cafe. The staff were outstanding - very friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Special mention to Isabelle and Daniella - they arranged some special trips for us and went over and above to make our stay so enjoyable. You can’t go wrong booking this hotel … & worth trying to get a room with a terrace!! Brilliant holiday

Fabulous location, 10 minutes walk to the town and port, and all the restaurants and 10 minutes innthe other direction to a lovely beach. If you can i woyld recomend the sea view rooms...a little balcony for 2 view greats views. The staff was faultless...friendly and helpful with recommendations, always happy to help.

Great hotel located on the seafront between the beach and town. Stunning views from the hotel (get a sea view room) Great staff, super efficient and polite. They have one of the most amazing breakfasts ever...and I travel a lot. I will be back as the area is really nice and very well located for Palermo and to discover the eastern part of Sicily.

Lovely, easy to walk into the old town. Breakfast was good, the road can be noisy on an evening but it never really bothered us that much, the sea view make up for the traffic. Pool music was too loud and lots of heavy rock music, not very relaxing!

This hotel has beautiful balconies with views of the beach. The staff was very accommodating and held our bags and provided a shuttle to the beach as well. The breakfast was spectacular, lots of options, and fully stocked. The pool is nice, clean, well kept. We only stayed one night but wish it had been longer. We loved it here and highly recommend it.
