Overall, for a 4 star hotel, I expected a lot more. First the positives: the buffet breakfast was delicious; the location being next to Trieste Airport was ideal for us having landed late at night; the hotel was very quiet. Now the negatives: the rooms felt dated…in need of a renovation; the air conditioning was a joke…we were sweating trying to go to bed at night; the beds were uncomfortable…really really firm; they charged us for taking an extra water bottle at breakfast even though it was an all-you-can-eat buffet.

The air conditioner in the entire property was out & they failed to let me know. I had 2 rooms. This was the end of our 3 week long vacation before flying home. My son ended with heat stroke. Sick for several hours during flight back home. Still waiting to hear from the management. It was over 90 degrees with no air conditioner. Unacceptable

The property appeared clean. Restaurant is closed from 10:00 am to 7:30 pm. Beds are very uncomfortable as well as the pillows. Air conditioning is very poor, you have to put your hand near the duct in the ceiling to feel it even with fan on the highest setting. You don’t receive a bill for your meals so you have to track your purchases. Would not stay here again.

Mi fermo molto spesso una notte in questo hotel per fare una sosta a metà di un lungo viaggio. E' vicinissimo all'autostrada, ampio parcheggio, cena disponibile (non pranzo) camere silenziose e breakfast aperto già dalle 5 di mattina.. perfetto quindi per chi ha esigenze simili alle mie.

The air conditioning did work in the middle of the Summer. The breakfast is good, but at 10:00 they throw you out. There is no transfer to or from the Trieste airport although is really close. There should be one. Taxis are the only way in or it. For a 5 minute trip: 25€

L'hotel nel complesso non è male sia per posizione che è davvero ottima che come struttura in generale. Ci siamo trovati bene anche al ristorante in cui abbiamo cenato bene e pagando il giusto. Il mio giudizio complessivo però non può essere positivo a causa delle condizioni della camera. La moquette era tutta molto macchiata dando una sensazione di sporco e inoltre nella camera c'era un persistente cattivo odore, come se di chiuso, che non è andato via nemmeno facendo arieggiare.

Our room had a strange odor. There was no hot water in our shower. We stayed there because it was so close (5 minutes) to the airport Nd had a very early morning flight. Hotel has no service to airport and best they could do was arrange a 25 euro cab ride. 25 euros for 5 minutes! Ridiculous.

Loved the convenience to the airport. Since I was alone, staff was pleasant & I enjoyed the bar & the fact they provided dinner (no actual restaurant) at a reasonable price. Negative was the bed … very hard & no mattress pad! Sheet was directly on mattress! I asked & was told no rooms had mattress pads!

The hotel room was quite clean even though we found a spider at the back of a pillow... The service of waitresses at the hotel was great. The only bad thing was the receptionist. When we entered the hotel, he didn't look at us at all and didn't say anything. We greeted to him at first. He was working on something on the PC then finally said" wait for the moment"without looking at us. The same thing happened when we did check out.

Inside the hotel was clean and welcoming. Outside the hotel landscape was tired and Less tidy (tripped over broken concrete in front of the hotel). Dysfunctional a/c. Room never cooled down Night manger friendly and accommodating. Hustling restaurant staff. Day manager perpetually annoyed.

Am Flughafen Triest gab es keine Taxis und das Hotel bot auch keine Hilfe. Wäre ich nicht im Dunkeln eine Hauptstraße ohne Gehweg entlang gelaufen, stünde ich jetzt immer noch am Flughafen. Ich würde dieses Hotel aufgrund des völligen Mangels an Transportmöglichkeiten meiden. Das Hotel selbst war recht angenehm und komfortabel.
