Fantastisk fint litet boutique hotell. Lite utanför stadskärnan med cirka 15 minuters promenad dit. Trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Bekvämliga stora rum med AC. Sköna sängar och kuddar. Stort plus att de hade parkering till en bra peng per dygn 20 euro.

Die Parkplätze für 20 EUR je Nacht sind ca. 300m entfernt. Das Frühstück ist eher unterdurchschnittlich. Ich musste 3x nach Kaffeetassen fragen da keine mehr am Kaffeeautomat vorhanden waren. In unserem Zimmer war nur eine Badewanne mit Dusche. Nach dem Duschen stand das halbe Bad unter Wasser. Es war kein Griff an der wand um sicher aus der Wanne heraus zu kommen mit nassen Füßen. Wir waren 3 Nächte dort von denen 2 Nächte lang die Klimaanlage defekt war bei einem Zimmer unterm Dach. Die Haltestelle der Tram ist nur wenige hundert Meter entfernt. Die Karlsbrücke erreicht man zu Fuß in ca. 20 Minuten. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier einfach nicht. Beim der nächsten Prag Reise suchen wir ein anderes Hotel.

Située légèrement en dehors de la cohue, mais à peine à 10 minutes de marche du pont Charles. Le stationnement est un atout et nous libère de la voiture dans cette ville magnifique à marcher et à voguer.

Waren das dritte mal dort , denke das spricht für sich.. dieses Mal mittags spontan gebucht und Abend angereist inklusive Parkplatzreservierung was für uns ausschlaggebend war aber auch ohne Anreise mit dem Auto würden wir dieses Hotel immer wieder wählen

Place is very clean, room was as described and quite close to the city centre with tram and buses down the road. Uber is very cheap. Small let down was the lack of enthusiasm by the staff, as one of the male staff members was a bit dull, sluggish and not willing. Kinda experienced this on both days of my one night stay and rather talked to the female staff who were much more helpful. I had to pay a 100Kč fee (£3.50) for not being a local to Prague (I am Czech but from a different city). This may have been small printed but I was advised. Room was clean and fresh smelling and good quality all around. Bar is small but good and practical lounge area in one. For the price it is worth it.

Mold in the bathroom, dirty carpeting, hole in the bedsheets. Very noisy plumbing, so you hear other rooms flushing etc. Location is great if you know this town. But it’s far from 4 star. 3 star at the best.

The hotel is in a convenient location, the rooms are comfortable and breakfast is good. However, the room had not been cleaned properly; there were thick layers of dust on surfaces across the room. The bathroom in particular was dusty and the bathtub had stains in. Disappointing and not what I would expect for the price charged.

Das Zimmer war nicht sauber. Abgesehen von den vielen Flecken am Teppich waren die Ablagen zum Teil staubig, Chipskrümel neben dem Bett, Fingerabdrücke an den Türen usw. Nachdem wir dies an der Rezeption beanstandeten, kam nochmals eine Reinigungskraft, die die gröbsten Mägel beseitigte, von Sauberkeit war aber noch immer nicht zu sprechen. Auch die Auswahl und Qualität des Frühstücks war für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel sehr enttäuschend. Die Größe und Ausstattung des Zimmers war in Ordnung, die Klimaanlage funktioniert.

First of all, when we first went to the bathroom there were silverfish which is super disgusting and we got worried about our luggage being infected. Second of all the pillows were impossible to sleep on because of their big size and hardness. When I asked the receptionist for other pillows he said that they don't have any other options. He was kind to propose the lobby pillows... and then he asked me if I was the one who called about the blood on the pillows. Which I wasn't but that confirmed that the hotel had low standards of hygiene and cleanliness. Definitely not coming back here.

Very comfortable hotel in a quiet Street just across the river from the famous Old Town. Start the day with a wonderful breakfast (to suit every possible taste. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Bedroom spotlessly clean and very well appointed. Good wi fi reception in all areas. Strongly recommended

Superb hotel, in my opinion it is the best hotel in Prague. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. Check-in was fast despite it approaching midnight at the time. The lobby and bar area is kept super clean and warm, exactly what you need coming in from the cold. The room i was in was on the top floor with a sky light which i loved and lots of space, with a work/desk area and a good sized bathroom. Decorated to a very high standard - making a super relaxed environment. The bed was super comfy, fell asleep in minutes. As a huge added bonus they held my bags on the last day Will absolutely be staying again in the future.

Very uncomfortable pillows. We had 2 very terrible nights sleep. Clean. Hotel is a 20 minute walk from the old town. We had the bottom floor - bar was very noisy! We booked the airport transfer - clarified 3 times that the taxi would accept card twice from the reception & once from the driver before getting in the taxi to arrive at the airport and the driver would not accept card - she became very rude. The price mentioned was also 15euro MORE than the advertised cost at the hotel!!!! Personally I’d stay elsewhere again for the price of this hotel.

During our stay the property had some issues. When we arrived we had no running water and then that evening we didn’t have any AC. We were told that the ac wouldn’t be fixed until Monday- so we had to move location. I agree they found a solution, but while on vacation it’s not enjoyable to experience these events. The first room was significantly larger than the room they placed us in. The second room I call the basement ( they call garden) was NOT what I wanted. We had a shared patio with no furniture and the room was much smaller. They told us it was one of the best rooms. Red flag- that means the worst.

Beds were comfortable. Our room faced away from the street, which was fortunate, since they started construction on the street the day after we arrived. Very walkable to sights. Breakfast buffet was good. Our fridge was broken and while we reported it, no effort was made to fix it.

Great 4* hotel, perfect for a break in Prague. 5 min walk to the tram into the old town, or a 20 minute walk. We had a lovely room and a great experience. The reception team organised both of our airport transfers, and both went smoothly. Highly recommend this hotel.

Tolle Lage und doch etwas außerhalb vom Touristengebiet. Somit sind auch die Restaurants im Umkreis wesentlich günstiger. Das Hotel ist sehr schön und sauber. Jedoch etwas hellhörig. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, aber nichts besonderes. Für einen Kurztrip ist dieses Hotel aber super.

Easy to find, room was great, only several blocks from a tram stop, very convenient for accessing public transportation to experience and explore the city. Very close to the Petřín Tower, and easily within walking distance of Prague Castle.

Excelente relación calidad precio. Bien situado, a diez o quince minutos caminando de los sitios más importantes. Junto al tranvía. Buen desayuno aunque la única pega es que no hubiera opciones sin gluten.
