Good location and sized room. However the room is absolutely boiling, especially the bathroom. Certain staff members were fairly rude and unwelcoming. The hotel is very stingy, I had to pay for a glass of hot water for my lemsip from the bar that is only open a few days a week, if you want a kettle and tea in your room they will charge you €5 a day. Please note that this hotel does not have laundry like it states.

A great property. Staff were friendly and helpful. WiFi was good and rooms clean and quiet. Lifts available or stairs. Breakfast was always refreshed even close to the end time and a good variety provided. Within a 5 minute walk you can be on trams or the metro. Lots of bars and restaurants within just a few minutes walk. Everywhere feels safe to walk even at night. Would definitely return.

Really great hotel with a very friendly and accommodating staff! It is also walkable to the tram stations as well as the train station. There are also nearby restaurants and shopping boutiques by the hotel. The garden in the back is so beautiful and the breakfast was so delicious. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague.

Aus- und Einladen nur möglich, wenn zufällig ein öffentlicher Parkplatz frei ist - es gibt keinen einzigen Hotelparkplatz. Nach vorne die Zimmer sind bis Mitternacht fürchterlich laut. Die Stadt ist zu Fuß in ca 10min zu erreichen. Ein kleiner dreckiger Park ist in 3min zu errechen - dort ist ebenfalls eine Parkgarage die pro Tag ca 30eur kostet - Autoschlüssel muß abgegeben werden.

Breakfast was good. The bathroom was spacious with a nice sized shower as was the room. The wardrobe was pathetic. I had to get on my knees to hang my clothes as the rail was so low down. The window in the room was ridiculously small and the noise from the patio area was annoying as people were shouting and talking most of the time. We had to shut the window for some peace and quiet and put some rattling old fan on to keep cool. I visit Prague a lot and definitely won’t be coming back to this hotel. What is the point of having VIP privileges if you never get offered them? We couldn’t even check in early or keep the room a little longer as our return flight was later than our check out time. What annoys me also is Expedia read these reviews but never do anything about it 😡

Value for money. Just stayed for 3 nights as a family. The room was spacious. The hotel and the room was very clean. Breakfast was superb with many variety of foods. We would definitely recommend this hotel. All attractions were within walking distance.

Property is conveniently located a short walk from the metro station Narodni Trida. It's also a short walk from the center of Prague which includes Wenceslas Square. My hotel room was warm, comfortable and absolutely spotless. In particular, the cleanliness of the bathroom and shower was outstanding. Staff on front desk are also friendly and helpful. I've stayed at the hotel before and was very pleased to return. Top marks to all.

Rooms are not too clean. You don't feel comfortable in the bed and it makes you feel that you can catch some dirt from anywhere. Sink at the toilet was not clean as well. There was no minibar no water as well. Only location and reception were good enough.

The Hotel was centrally located, our room generous in size but beds very uncomfortable for me, breakfast was very good but the bathroom shower was not acceptable for the price we paid for the room. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful but the hotel entrance always smelled very smokey.

Super location, surrounded by great restaurants and close proximity to walk everywhere. A/c was excellent and shower pressure and temp was unreal. Definitely would stay here again. Downside no small fridge in the room.

This is a well located hotel for central attractions. But the street is busy is cars and people in a bar nearby. We also had a lot of children running up and down the corridors, knocking on doors. We stayed in another hotel around the corner during our week in Prague that was a lot quieter than this.

First room was terrible, small, hot, noisy and dark. They honoured my upgrade the next morning and moved us to a much bigger, brighter room with air con. Good location, mostly friendly staff. Only negative was the very, very rude reception man who works the night shifts.

Hotel is ideally located for walking to many of Prague’s sights. Extremely clean, extremely helpful, friendly and courteous staff, especially reception. Breakfast was excellent, lots of variety and good quality. I liked the free use of the safe, iron and umbrella. Perfect hotel for our stay.

Overall the whole stay, the staff service, clean room and breakfast, were excellent. My wife broke her foot and had to go to the hospital, and the staff guided us to the near by emergency room for the treatment. We would like to than all of the staffs for kind hospitality.

An absolutely perfect first visit to Prague. Hotel Pav exceeded our expectations and the staff were all wonderful. Reception staff were knowledgeable and so friendly/helpful, the breakfast staff efficient and keen to please plus the domestic staff who replaced our towels every day and with whom we shared laughs trying to learn a few Czech words! The room was spotless, the bed extremely comfortable and the shower fabulous. We will definitely be returning to Prague but most importantly, Hotel Pav. Thank you to everyone 💖

This hotel is excellent value for money, clean, comfortable and in a good location. However the hotel lets itself down when it comes to recognition for returning guests. I stayed in this hotel twice in 2024 and many times over the years but the hotel displays no interest or awareness in this. In other hotels my repeated custom is acknowledged by at the least a very warm welcome and sometimes a bottle of wine or an upgrade. Not here. Disappointing as it would be easy to flag returning guests. When I mentioned to reception that I had visited recently it was met by a shoulder shrug and some BS about a new computer system. This is the same disingenuous response I got 6 months ago. Hotel Pav, please do better and make your guests feel valued.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in der Neustaft, alles ist zu Fuß oder mit den Öffis zu erreichen, Restaurants, Cafés, Bars etc. in unmittelbater Nähe. Die Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten und ziemlich neu und modern. Trotz zentraler Lage war es dank Doppelfenstern sehr ruhig. Frühstück ok, alles da, was man braucht. Der Frühstückraum eher funktional als schön. Das Personal am Empfang war echt nett und hilfsbereit, die übrige Belegschaft (Raumpflege, Frühstücksservice), wirkte eher mürrisch und nicht so motiviert. Ein Lächeln würde helfen. Insgesamt aber durchaus empfehlenswert.

Gut gelegenes Hotel und an sich recht modern eingerichtet jnd sauber. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vom Frühstück war ich eher enttäuscht, da ich schon Monate vorher angekündigt hatte, mich vegan zu ernähren und mir versichert wurde, es gäbe eine gute Auswahl. Doch mehr als Marmelade und Obst/Gemüse konnte ich nicht essen. Wenigstens eine Milch- und Joghurtalternative wäre schön gewesen, wo Prag doch generell eine sehr vegan-freundliche Stadt ist. Auch das Frühstückspersonal wirkte eher unmotiviert.

Hotel is ideally located for walking to many of Prague’s sights. Extremely clean, extremely helpful, friendly and courteous staff, especially reception. Breakfast was excellent, lots of variety and good quality. I liked the free use of the safe, iron and umbrella. Perfect hotel for our stay.

Good location, within walking distance of everything. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good although continental was a bit random, veg and salad and soups!!! Maybe europeans eat that for breakfast. Room was clean and functional good value for money. Only thing missing was a kettle to make tea. I had to pay 5 euros per night and it didn’t even come with milk pods !! Overall worth the money.

The staff were very friendly and quick to help with an issue we had with our room. We were provided a new room and were happy with that. The breakfast buffet was good and staff were friendly. The location was also good for getting around.

Hotell i sig har ett bra läge, och är fint, men ... Tre saker som vi störde oss på: 1. Rummet saknade Air Condition, och enligt personalen får de inte sätta upp det pga att huset är historieskyddat (men om man valde Superior Room) så hade man AC. Alternativet var öppna fönster dygnet runt, med ganska störande nattljud då U Flecku ligger precis bredvid hotellet. 2. Rummet saknade kylskåp, även detta fanns bara i Superior Room. 3. Frukosten var under all kritik, Kaffet var odrickbart, ingen äggröra, dåligt brödutbud, och ganska lite variation på pålägg, samt "kemiskt producerad juice",
