The room we initially booked through Expedia was really small for a family of three and not up to the standard of a four-star hotel. We had to pay extra to upgrade our room. Parking spaces are limited and there are still construction work in area around. The swimming pool is relatively small.

Good bits: Nice hotel with very good food and they are pet friendly Very nice wellness centre with lots of saunas and big-ish swimming pool. English language of staff was quite good Hotel has indoor golf, indoor tenis and squash, bowling alleys and more sports facilities. Bad bits: There was no shower gel and no hand soap in the room and no shower curtain over the bath Guidance from staff was sketchy for the wellness and for directions to city centre. Nobody explained how the sauna world etiquette was. One needs towels and sheets otherwise you are not allowed into the saunas and one must expect to see buck naked people inside the sauna 😀 poliester swim suits are jot allowed in the sauna world

Great hotel for family that loves sports activities. You will find always something to do in the hotel ( for extra cost). The room was very noisy as the hotel is near train track. A bit of outskirts of Prague but great for family .

Das Hotel ist sehr schön eingerichtet, viele Möglichkeiten Freizeitaktivitäten auszuüben. Bowlingbahn, Massagenangebot, Lobbybar, Restaurants Restaurant... Es fehlt an nichts! Parkplätze sind meist voll, sofern diese kostenlos sind. Das Parkhaus bietet genügend Platz, kostet aber auch 20 Euro pro Tag!!! Besonders empfehlenswert und positiv hervorzuheben ist, daß der angrenzende Sportpark viel zu bieten hat. Tennishalle, Badmintonhalle, Tischtennis, Minigolf etc., die Wellness- und Saunalandschaft sind sehr sehr schön. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

First, this hotel is in the suburbs of Prague. That means it is a very modern building and not subjected to old, historic restrictions in the city itself. It is a genuine 21st century hotel. Attached to it is an ample parking garage at 12 Euro a day as well as an incredible wellness area (for separate prices) that include a heated swimming pool, and a couple jacuzzis. Additionally, there is an upstairs sauna with around 10 different types. There are huge tennis courts, squash, badmintion, golf driving range (and simulators) and bowling areas. In short, the only issue is it is open to the public and fills up quickly, especially on the weekends. The one downside is that it is well outside the city center. There is a tram about 10 minutes walk away. So, if you have seen enough of the old, historic city, this is a great place to stay. For first or second time visitors, you may want something closer to the center. As I have been to Prague a few times and am used to the tram system here, this place is quite good for me. This is a modern hotel and at standard prices.

Sie müssen eine sehr hohe Treppe hinaufsteigen, um zum Hotel zu gelangen, wenn Sie nicht mit dem Auto anreisen, aber das wird auf der Seite nicht erwähnt. Ich mochte auch nicht, wie unflexibel das Buchungssystem ist, so im Gegensatz zu amerikanischen Hotels. Schöne Auswahl an Speisen zum Frühstück. Das Essen, das ich im Restaurant aß, war auch gut. Das Personal war allgemein sehr hilfsbereit. Aber ihr Wellness-Center war geschlossen. Ich empfehle den Ort nicht für Leute, die mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln anreisen.

Everything was excellent, with the exception of the blanket, which appeared soiled (yellow discoloration from perspiration). While the bed sheets were clean, the blanket itself was dirty. Breakfast was fabulous with many choices, probably the best we have ever had in Prague. Wellness was great, but a bit busy after 5 PM. The sauna world was excellent. We will stay again.

Nice hotel! I was in the adjacent building which was undergoing external refurbishment, but that was not a problem. The room was immaculate. It would have been nice if the pool/spa was included, but it wasn't overly expensive. The free welcome drink was a very nice touch. The hotel is located a bit far from the main centre, but is accessible via public transport or Uber/Bolt.

I have been to this same hotel for three years in a row and this time has been my worst experience at any hotel ever. I have arrived early by car and called the morning to check if the room would be available a bit earlier. During the call they advised the room would be ready latest 14:00. At arriving at the hotel (leaving the city for checking in) the room was not ready. The male behind the desk was extremely arrogant and new he needs training as his colleague was more professional. In the room the bed is extremely hard feels like a plastic box and the room is very noisy and outdated. If you are placed at the side of the hotel with trains you will not sleep (like me). The walls are paper thin and you hear everything from the adjacent room (yes everything including the sex and snoring). The plumbing of upper floors went most likely through the walls of the room I was in as these kept running. Till around 23:00 you hear the central heating system in the works and this is loud. The shower is typical old style shower. It is so small that if you turn around th slightest (unless you're super thin) you turn the heat to cold or scorching. In the corners of the ceiling you see the moisture is getting in this needs some paint or service. I could not handle to stay my last night and checked out shortly after midnight. Instead of asking if something was wrong or how my stay was.. nothing just a bye. A very sleepless, trip ruiming experience overall.

Wir waren sehr kurz dort, aber sehr zufrieden. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und das Essen hervorragend. Alles sauber, alles gut. Das Personal könnte ein wenig freundlicher sein, aber das ist nur eine persönliche Empfindung . Da wir mit dem Auto angereist sind, war es in die Stadtmitte auch nicht weit.

Algemein war es gut. Service , Frühstück alles gut. Wir hatten Block B das ist neben den Hauptgebäude Dort fahren die Züge direkt neben Fenster, es war laut Mann konnte nachts kein Fenster aufmachen. Die Lage ist also nicht so toll. Bis zur Stadtmitte kann man mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln fahren.

Vi boede på værelse 212. Lige ud til togbanen. Der kommer tog, døgnet rundt, især godstog, gør det umuligt at lukke et øje. Da vi den første morgen, går ned i reception, for at finde en anden løsning/værelse. Bliver vi tilbudt en fribillet til deres svømme afd. hotellet får fine anmeldelser, men tænker andre værelser ligger bedre. Syntes bestemt ikke prisen og det vi fik hang sammen.

Lækkert hotel. Dog blev mini baren ikke fyldt op. Aircondition var slukket grundet årstiden, hvilket gjorde at værelset var ufatteligt varmt. Åbnede vinduet for at få luft ind, men hotellet ligger ud til en jernbane med almindelige tog, samt gods tog døgnet rundt. Dette gav utroligt meget støj, også om natten. Der var ikke 100 % lydisolering.

The hotel is very good but not the best value for your money. For example the A/C needs servicing as it was super noisy, rendering it useless. Could not open the windows because of the noise of the other A/C units. Other than that no problems, good service, perfect breakfast, very tasty dinner with excellent service.

Unfriendly reception not helpfull breakfast milk warm should be on ice coffee machine very slow resulting in que toaster needs upgrading and fruit cocktail instead of sliced fruit restaurant food not good with limited choice, poor resulting in eati g away most nights , room kept very clean and the massage we had was first class , booked boweling but they never turned up to let us in so went back and cancelled disappointing and some areas need addressing

La chambre était bonne sauf qu'il y avait une fenêtre qui se ferme pas du coup on a eu très froid. Pour le personnel était un peu ridicule et pas trop gentil. Le premier jour on nous a dit que le petit déjeuner est inclus puis les 4 derniers jours on nous a pas permis d'y accéder avec un comportement très malveillant.

It was the best money saving option for me with a spa and it was way above expectations. They had a big pool, hot tub then an area with around 6 saunas. Steam rooms and even a plunge pool. 10min walk ro underground then 10mins on the train to the centre of Prague. Restaurant food/ breakfast was also great. Only slight critisism i can think of is its next to the main train line so gets quite noisy when your trying to sleep

Basic business standard hotel, with very helpful and pleasant staff, great breakfast. Easy parking. This is a good no fuss hotel which is Perfect for O2 Arena events. Easy walk to tram and bus. Not a great location for quick visits to Old Town though.

Zimmer hellhörig, vom Flur und auch den Nachbarzimmern. Ebenfalls ist die Umgebung (Bahnstrecke und vierspurige Straße) nicht sehr leise. Service, Zimmergröße und Einrichtungen des Hotels waren gut. Frühstücksbuffet bot von verschiedenen Broten und Brötchen, Beläge süß und herzhaft, bis zu frischen Obst, Joghurt, Cerialien eine große Auswahl. Kaffeespezialitäten und Tee gibt es aus dem Vollautomaten. Parkplätze sind um das Hotel und im Hauseigenen Parkhaus vorhanden. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln kommt man in ca. 30 Minuten in die Innenstadt, die Verkehrsmittel sind ca. 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. In der nahen Umgebung gibt es nur das Wohn- und Gewerbegebiet. Sporteinrichtungen sollten rechtzeitig reserviert werden, Badminton und Squash, sowie Bowling war möglich und hat unseren Erwartungen entsprochen, Schwimmerbahn ist häufig mit Schwimmkursen belegt und wenn dann mehrere die zwei weiteren Bahnen benutzen wird es auch mal eng. Preise für die Sporteinrichtungen eher günstig im Vergleich zu den Verhältnissen bei uns.

Unfriendly reception not helpfull breakfast milk warm should be on ice coffee machine very slow resulting in que toaster needs upgrading and fruit cocktail instead of sliced fruit restaurant food not good with limited choice, poor resulting in eati g away most nights , room kept very clean and the massage we had was first class , booked boweling but they never turned up to let us in so went back and cancelled disappointing and some areas need addressing

Great hotel on the outskirts of Prague (v. close to the gig I went to). Good sized clean room & amazing breakfast! 90 min spa session was included in the room price which was a real bonus!

The hotel is very good but not the best value for your money. For example the A/C needs servicing as it was super noisy, rendering it useless. Could not open the windows because of the noise of the other A/C units. Other than that no problems, good service, perfect breakfast, very tasty dinner with excellent service.
