Un superbe hotel dans lequel nous retournons chaque annee. Situe a 2 pas de la plage les chambres sont spacieuses et le parking zans l'établissement est un reel plus Une equipe geniale qui nous fait vraiment sentir en famille tant au restaurant qua la piscine. Les activites enfant sont tres appreciees surtout cette annee que l'animatrice claudia etait de retour.

Très bon hôtel vraiment rien à redire chambre spacieuse et propre,le buffet pdj et repas du soir très bien bcp de choix et vraiment très bon, accueil très bien avec le sourire, tout le personnel de l hôtel très agréable et souriant,l hôtel est à peine 100m de la plage.Parking payant au sous-sol,Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel.

Mon séjour a été confortable à tous points de vue. La qualité et le prix sont raisonnables dans son ensemble. Mme MARTA est une excellente personne à l'accueil. Par contre, le prix du parking journalier de 18 € me semble assez élevé. Rien à dire d'autre.

La chambre était correcte ainsi que le ménage. Piscine correcte sauf le manque le transats libres du fait que les gens déposes les serviettes pour réserver les places alors qu'il ne sont pas là tout le temps.(un panneau à l'entrée de la piscine indique que ce n'est pas autorisé et que les serviettes seront enlevés par le personnel au bout d'un certain temps mais jamais fait !!!). Cette pratique est de toute façon commune à tous les hôtels avec piscine. Les petits déjeuner étaient bien. Les repas du soir par contre étaient décevants pour les raisons suivants: -Salle de restauration très bruyante comme dans une cantine (familles avec enfants de bas ages) -Plat répétitifs et manque de choix (ex:pas de paella en une semaine de présence !!! -Fruits non murs Parking assez cher , 18 euros la journée mais pas trop le choix..... Nous sommes partis un jour avant et nous ne retourneront ni dans cet hôtel ni dans un autre hôtel de la ville de Salou.

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, auch wenn einige kein Englisch können, konnten wir uns immer verständigen. Das Essen ist durchweg lecker und sehr gut essbar. Auch die Preise für die Getränke zum Abendessen sind fair. Das WLAN ist eine Katastrophe, langsame Verbindung, schlechte Abdeckung. Für das Parken braucht man ein wenig Geduld, da um das Hotel herum häufig alles zugeparkt ist. In der Hoteleigenen Garage fallen 12€ pro Tag an. Grundsätzlich sind die Zimmer sauber, aber die Einrichtung hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Handtücher werden täglich getauscht. Abends gibt es Livemusik. Leider ist das Hotel recht hellhörig, also Schlafen vor Ende der Veranstaltung (23:15 Uhr) ist eher schwierig. Alles in allem ist es okay, aber die vier Sterne verstehe ich nicht.

Hotel familiar, buffet completo y buen servicio. Piscina pequeña y por la tarde sombría. La habitación de 1ª planta que no dan piscina deberían poner algún adhesivo en ventanas para dejar pasar la luz pero respetar la intimidad. Es un poco oscura, tiene terraza amplia pero el aire acondicionado está en ella. Es amplia y cocina bien para salir del paso. No hay máquina de café. Olía un poco a cañerias la habitación. La limpieza muy buena, baño completo y amplio y muy confortables las camas y bien el sofá cama ( Para poco tiempo). Lo peor el wifi. No se entiende que un hotel de 4 estrellas tenga problemas de cobertura y no se pueda pagar con tarjeta, por ejemplo consumiciones piscina. El personal agradable aunque en determinados momentos muy apurados por tanta gente haciendo check-in. Parking 18 euros por día, no hay más remedio. Muy mal aparcamiento. Ubicación excelente. Volveremos seguros, estuvimos muy bien. Gracias y a mejorar ciertas cositas.

Estancia muy agradable. Hotel limpio, bien situado y cerca de todo. Estuve alojada en la hab 625 y bastante bien, la chica que limpiaba era trabajadora y muy amable La atención por lo general muy buena, destacando especialmente a los camareros del bar, sobre todo a Leonor. Las chicas de animación, Claudia y Melanie no pueden ser más agradables y siempre intentan que todo el mundo se divierta con juegos de todo tipo, para pequeños y también mayores. La única pega que el buffet es variado pero tiene demasiada carne y poco pescado y las verduras también llevan siempre carne. La piscina un poco pequeña pero bien cuidada y muy limpia. Lo recomiendo porque por el precio que tiene es buen hotel, bien comunicado y con un trato amable y cercano

Mala organización en recepción, 1 hora nos tuvieron en recepción, cuando ya teníamos todo pagado con antelación. En vez de organizar otra cola para el fin comentado. Mala contestación por una empleada de recepción Isabel, ya que decía que su hora había terminado y hablando con malos modales. No es culpa de los clientes que trabaje de más para hablarnos de malas maneras. Es usted el que deberia hablar con su empresa si esta molesta con ella.Llegamos a las 14h al estar 1 hora esperando que nos atiendan, siguiente sorpresa el comedor cerrado ya que cierran a las 15h . No pudimos comer gracias a la gran demora de recepción. Pasaron de todo.Lo único bueno ubicación del hotel .Es zona azul para aparcar, precio de Garaje 18€. Un robo. Para colmo me dice la encargada que tenía que haber echo la reserva con el propio hotel en vez de las aplicaciones que hay. La gestionaré donde a mi me sea más cómodo, si NO NO TRABAJEN CON CIERTAS COMPAÑÍAS. SE HAYA GESTIONADO DONDE SEA NO LES DA DERECHO A TRATAR A LOS CLIENTES MAL. Tout était parfait, situation de l'hôtel à proximité de la plage et des commerces, personnel discret et attentionné, Marta au restaurant est un rayon de soleil, formule pension complète satisfaisante, repas de qualité et diversifiés, Chaque soir un repas à thème est proposé mais pas assez étoffé en choix. Nous avions la chambre 641 (top), aperçu mer et balcon d'angle, dommage qu'il n'y ai pas de transats car la superficie le permettrait, ce serait un plus dans la prestation. Service en chambre impeccable. Hôtel à vocation familiale pas idéal cependant pour les jeunes. Félicitations pour la tenu de l'hôtel et ses prestations.

Overall the best thing about this hotel was location 5 mins walk to the beach , bus stops to two 5 and 7 mins away.Hotel and rooms were very Clean and modern look .Food was ok a good vararity every day but lacked a favavour , more catered for north European not for international taste.Was 4star rated.

La calefacción funciona solo cuando ellos la quieren poner, pase un poco de frío, el dispensador de gel estaba vacío y roto me tuve que duchar con champú de pelo, gente en los pasillos a las tantas de la madrugada armando jaleo, si llamas a recepción desde la habitación nadie te contesta.

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, auch wenn einige kein Englisch können, konnten wir uns immer verständigen. Das Essen ist durchweg lecker und sehr gut essbar. Auch die Preise für die Getränke zum Abendessen sind fair. Das WLAN ist eine Katastrophe, langsame Verbindung, schlechte Abdeckung. Für das Parken braucht man ein wenig Geduld, da um das Hotel herum häufig alles zugeparkt ist. In der Hoteleigenen Garage fallen 12€ pro Tag an. Grundsätzlich sind die Zimmer sauber, aber die Einrichtung hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Handtücher werden täglich getauscht. Abends gibt es Livemusik. Leider ist das Hotel recht hellhörig, also Schlafen vor Ende der Veranstaltung (23:15 Uhr) ist eher schwierig. Alles in allem ist es okay, aber die vier Sterne verstehe ich nicht.

La calefacción funciona solo cuando ellos la quieren poner, pase un poco de frío, el dispensador de gel estaba vacío y roto me tuve que duchar con champú de pelo, gente en los pasillos a las tantas de la madrugada armando jaleo, si llamas a recepción desde la habitación nadie te contesta.

Hotel familiar, buffet completo y buen servicio. Piscina pequeña y por la tarde sombría. La habitación de 1ª planta que no dan piscina deberían poner algún adhesivo en ventanas para dejar pasar la luz pero respetar la intimidad. Es un poco oscura, tiene terraza amplia pero el aire acondicionado está en ella. Es amplia y cocina bien para salir del paso. No hay máquina de café. Olía un poco a cañerias la habitación. La limpieza muy buena, baño completo y amplio y muy confortables las camas y bien el sofá cama ( Para poco tiempo). Lo peor el wifi. No se entiende que un hotel de 4 estrellas tenga problemas de cobertura y no se pueda pagar con tarjeta, por ejemplo consumiciones piscina. El personal agradable aunque en determinados momentos muy apurados por tanta gente haciendo check-in. Parking 18 euros por día, no hay más remedio. Muy mal aparcamiento. Ubicación excelente. Volveremos seguros, estuvimos muy bien. Gracias y a mejorar ciertas cositas.

Chambre 251 bruyante. On ne comprenait pas d'où venait les boom constant mais cela provenait des cables des ascenseurs face à la chambre. Le bruit raisonnait dans d'autres chambres car lrs gens tapaient dans les murs pour faire cesser le bruit. Dommage. Le bruit s'arretait vers 23h30 et repranait tôt le matin.

Lovely hotel. Room was very spacious. The food was lovely too. The restaurant was flooded due to torrential rain but the staff were amazing and worked hard together to get the place cleaned up and ready for the evening meals. A huge pat on the back to the staff.

Mala organización en recepción, 1 hora nos tuvieron en recepción, cuando ya teníamos todo pagado con antelación. En vez de organizar otra cola para el fin comentado. Mala contestación por una empleada de recepción Isabel, ya que decía que su hora había terminado y hablando con malos modales. No es culpa de los clientes que trabaje de más para hablarnos de malas maneras. Es usted el que deberia hablar con su empresa si esta molesta con ella.Llegamos a las 14h al estar 1 hora esperando que nos atiendan, siguiente sorpresa el comedor cerrado ya que cierran a las 15h . No pudimos comer gracias a la gran demora de recepción. Pasaron de todo.Lo único bueno ubicación del hotel .Es zona azul para aparcar, precio de Garaje 18€. Un robo. Para colmo me dice la encargada que tenía que haber echo la reserva con el propio hotel en vez de las aplicaciones que hay. La gestionaré donde a mi me sea más cómodo, si NO NO TRABAJEN CON CIERTAS COMPAÑÍAS. SE HAYA GESTIONADO DONDE SEA NO LES DA DERECHO A TRATAR A LOS CLIENTES MAL. Très bon hôtel vraiment rien à redire chambre spacieuse et propre,le buffet pdj et repas du soir très bien bcp de choix et vraiment très bon, accueil très bien avec le sourire, tout le personnel de l hôtel très agréable et souriant,l hôtel est à peine 100m de la plage.Parking payant au sous-sol,Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet établissement en famille. Hôtel très bien situé à 2 minutes de la plage, de la station principale de bus (nous avons utilisé le bus pour se rendre à Port aventura Park pour info 9,75e les 10 trajets avec la carte puis 6,75 la recharge!!! Pas besoin de prendre la voiture pour s’y rendre passage à 10h00 max moins de 10 min pour y accéder en sachant que les attractions ouvrent à 10h30😉) L’hôtel, personnel agréable, les repas, nous avions pris demi pension, cuisine variee et bonne il faut le souligner pas toujours le cas dans les buffets a volonté. La période était propice l’hôtel n’était pas surchargé en tout cas pour nous super séjour. Merci vacances réussies ☺️

This a nice hotel to stay at. Close to everything in Salou. We would stay here again in the future. Staff are all nice and friendly unlike what some other people say.One thing that lets the property down is the food. Terrible. Stayed half board basis and ate out 8 days of the 10 days we were there.Recommend room only

Tout était parfait, situation de l'hôtel à proximité de la plage et des commerces, personnel discret et attentionné, Marta au restaurant est un rayon de soleil, formule pension complète satisfaisante, repas de qualité et diversifiés, Chaque soir un repas à thème est proposé mais pas assez étoffé en choix. Nous avions la chambre 641 (top), aperçu mer et balcon d'angle, dommage qu'il n'y ai pas de transats car la superficie le permettrait, ce serait un plus dans la prestation. Service en chambre impeccable. Hôtel à vocation familiale pas idéal cependant pour les jeunes. Félicitations pour la tenu de l'hôtel et ses prestations.

Hotel correcto, buen precio, personal muy amable, habitación amplia y funcional, con cocina. Buen colchón. A 3 minutos andando de la playa. Bufet mejorable, por encima de lo que puede ser un hotel de esta categoría. Por Dios, quiten el cartel de "paella" a esos arroces. Precio de las bebidas del buffet, correctos. A pesar de ese asunto, buena opción. Hotel recomendable.

Très bon hôtel vraiment rien à redire chambre spacieuse et propre,le buffet pdj et repas du soir très bien bcp de choix et vraiment très bon, accueil très bien avec le sourire, tout le personnel de l hôtel très agréable et souriant,l hôtel est à peine 100m de la plage.Parking payant au sous-sol,Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel.

Mi estancia era en pareja 5 días, con media pensión, y a sido espectácular, buen bufete muy completo, mucha variedad, las habitación increíble y lo mejor de todo, en el corazón del centro y a 150 metros de la playa, es mi segunda vez aquí, y volveré siempre que venga a Salou

Overall the best thing about this hotel was location 5 mins walk to the beach , bus stops to two 5 and 7 mins away.Hotel and rooms were very Clean and modern look .Food was ok a good vararity every day but lacked a favavour , more catered for north European not for international taste.Was 4star rated.

La chambre était correcte ainsi que le ménage. Piscine correcte sauf le manque le transats libres du fait que les gens déposes les serviettes pour réserver les places alors qu'il ne sont pas là tout le temps.(un panneau à l'entrée de la piscine indique que ce n'est pas autorisé et que les serviettes seront enlevés par le personnel au bout d'un certain temps mais jamais fait !!!). Cette pratique est de toute façon commune à tous les hôtels avec piscine. Les petits déjeuner étaient bien. Les repas du soir par contre étaient décevants pour les raisons suivants: -Salle de restauration très bruyante comme dans une cantine (familles avec enfants de bas ages) -Plat répétitifs et manque de choix (ex:pas de paella en une semaine de présence !!! -Fruits non murs Parking assez cher , 18 euros la journée mais pas trop le choix..... Nous sommes partis un jour avant et nous ne retourneront ni dans cet hôtel ni dans un autre hôtel de la ville de Salou.

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, auch wenn einige kein Englisch können, konnten wir uns immer verständigen. Das Essen ist durchweg lecker und sehr gut essbar. Auch die Preise für die Getränke zum Abendessen sind fair. Das WLAN ist eine Katastrophe, langsame Verbindung, schlechte Abdeckung. Für das Parken braucht man ein wenig Geduld, da um das Hotel herum häufig alles zugeparkt ist. In der Hoteleigenen Garage fallen 12€ pro Tag an. Grundsätzlich sind die Zimmer sauber, aber die Einrichtung hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Handtücher werden täglich getauscht. Abends gibt es Livemusik. Leider ist das Hotel recht hellhörig, also Schlafen vor Ende der Veranstaltung (23:15 Uhr) ist eher schwierig. Alles in allem ist es okay, aber die vier Sterne verstehe ich nicht.

Lovely hotel. Room was very spacious. The food was lovely too. The restaurant was flooded due to torrential rain but the staff were amazing and worked hard together to get the place cleaned up and ready for the evening meals. A huge pat on the back to the staff.

The Hotel is in a nice quiet location and a short distance from the beach and two local supermarkets. The rooms are good with appliances (decent proper fridge) we had a pool view which was nice. The Hotel was kept immaculatly clean and the helpful staff who were all well turned out, went about there duty in a quite efficient manner. The food was of a very good standard, something to please everyone's taste. Also the Pool area is very nice, a good size and plenty of loungers and no problems getting one. On our stay all most of the cliientel were Spanish, but no problem whatsoever and we had a very relaxing holiday at a good price and would definitely return again.
