Great value for quick turn around at airport. This hotel has hot tub and pool. But no restaurant or bar. The hotel immediately beside it has restaurant and bar. Parking included. Room did not get cleaning unless you ask. No bottled water included.

Poor communication from front desk. Asked me to wait outside for a shuttle which was supposed to arrive I. 1 min, but did not arrive as at more than 20mins after scheduled arrival without any communication from them. Really poor experience.

Hot tub was too cold. Breakfast buffet options change day to day, one day was great, the next day was cheaper stuff that sent me to a nearby restaurant instead. Elevators are fast which I like. Rooms are not cleaned daily.

Staff were incredible! We were able to check in 2 hours early, and had a late check out as well. The pool and hot tub area were so clean, and a perfect temperature. So many dining options for dinner, all close by, and 99% offer skip or uber Highly recommend this hotel! We’ll be back for sure

Room was large, quiet, immaculate! Chose this hotel because of the free airport shuttle. We were surprised at how prompt it was even at 4:00 am! It runs every 30 minutes. First come first served.

Had to stay last minute late at night in Ottawa due to a delayed flight and booked this hotel and I’m so glad I chose this one. The room was spotless and the was bed so comfortable to sleep in. The front desk was amazing getting us checked in and Edward was fantastic. 5 stars for Edward and the hotel!

We had a room with 2 queen beds. The room was massive, way bigger than anything I have ever had before for just two queen beds. I really liked that as I had previously been staying in a very cramped apartment for a few days. It was also nice and quiet and very close to the airport for our early morning flight.

Front desk staff put us in a handicap room for no reason and without telling us. Room was huge and half empty, One chair. Impossible for two people to sit comfortably and relax. Not one piece of artwork on the walls. Class as “very spartan “. Not good value for $. Clean.

Very quiet rooms being right next to the airport modern clean and comfortable bed the room felt quite empty when we came in maybe a nice comfortable chair or warm lighting would help feels cold and unwelcoming in the room. The hotel staff were lovely and helpful and the 2 minute drive to the airport was perfect nice views of the airport runway too

We stayed in a suite on the ground floor and it was so spacious and clean, I definitely would recommend. I also love that the bath towels are actual bath towels, not the tiny things. We will definitely stay here again.

We were warmly welcomed and checked in by an amazing gentleman named Shahid. Front desk staff on early shift at our checkout were as warm and enthusiastic even at 5 am!! Great people make a difference 😁

No the breakfast area only had chocolate milk 1 day of the 4 days we stayed. And on the last day the front desk oriental girl was very rude. But all the other staff the whole time were amazing. It is a very beautiful and friendly hotel overall except that 1 girl.

I chose an airport hotel for proximity and ease to catch my flight. The evening before my flight I spoke directly to two people at the front desk to ensure that a shuttle would be available at 4:30 am. I received assurances that it would be, and all I had to do was call downstairs 15 minutes before I wanted to leave and the shuttle would take me. When I called the front desk at 4:15 the next morning, the policy had changed. I was told I had to be downstairs in the lobby before he would call the shuttle. The person was rude and argumentative, not what I expect from a Marriott property, especially at 4 am. Very disappointed, I went downstairs to wait while he dutifully called and waited... As a footnote, the shuttle is dirty and misleading with only the Hilton advertised on the door.

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were very clean, comfortable, spacious and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The location was convenient, with just 15 minutes drive to Downtown Ottawa. Breakfast was fresh and had a great variety, which was perfect to start our day. Overall, an excellent experience—we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. Although it was right beside the airport, the hotel was very quiet. I did not hear anything outside. The room is large and has a convenient kitchen counter. The bathroom was clean and also very large. It had free parking. We had a car so getting around was not a problem because the hotel not in a convenient area. The breakfast buffet was very good. Variety of hot and cold options. I would highly recommend this hotel if you have a car.

I still believe hotel is 5 star overall however food for continental breakfast could be refilled much quicker as the Saturday/Sunday morning breakfast there were alot of empty stations and people waiting for food. Not sure if it’s the amount of people that were staying at the hotel this day but our Friday stay there was no issue.

We normally stay here every time we stay in Ottawa and this time around, the room/hotel were overall good. But the breakfast was abysmal and have clearly gone down in quality over the years, to the point where we might consider staying elsewhere. We’re a family who likes to have breakfast included with our hotel stay for the ease of having one meal taken care of; but if the breakfast is so bad to the point we want to skip it, there’s no point coming back. All that’s offered are cold powder made eggs, one type of flavourless patty they call “sausage” and fruits (apple or banana). There’s also a pancake station but that always has a long line because it’s the only good edible thing there.
