Excellent shuttle service , clean property, breakfast was fresh , gym well equipped, friendly staff

Room is vey nice and spacious. Full kitchen. however the pool was not good at all. Pool water was very cold.

The rooms at this property are spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Real downside for us with this hotel was that the airport shuttle didn’t start until 5am. Our flight was at 5:30am and so we had to arrange for taxis to take us to the airport. For this reason, I don’t think we will be staying there again. Our flights are often very early.

We’ve chosen this hotel because it was close of the airport. However, nowhere it was mentioned that the shuttle starts at 6… we had to take taxis with our luggage and skis as our flight was at 6. Beds are average.

It is an airport hotel HOWEVER you don’t really hear any air traffic. Great location especially if you have a car and are on a budget. Only 20min drive to downtown. Breakfast was good, one of the better ones we’ve had at a budget hotel. Coffee - yuk. Good news is there’s coffee shops and fast food /pubs in the same plaza. The pool and fitness facilities were nice, however the pool was crazy cloudy and chemically. We all had burning skin after using it. This should be something they’re more on top of as we were there 4 days and nothing changed. The suite rooms are excellent - great for parents who want some space at night once kids are asleep. We had a 7/5/3 year old and it worked perfect. Tip: for a toddler, push the two cushioned arm chairs together and use extra sheets and comforter. Makes for a way better sleep option than using their cheap pullout couch.

Breakfast was delicious - fresh to order waffles and breakfast tacos were available! Shuttle to airport was fast and free. We would stay here again.

Pet friendly so our 2 dogs could travel with us. Breakfast buffet in the morning with lots of options. BBQ for use on the patio. Indoor pool. Laundry in the hotel. Starbucks across the parking lot. Loved staying there. :)

Great room, breakfast (one of the few places to offer Gluten Free options) and an amazing warm pool for the kids. Overall a great hotel.

Everything was excellent. Sometimes there were no staff at the front which can make it unsafe but I guess there would be cameras in the lobby but still it would be great to have someone be in the lobby at all times. Also, wish there was EV charging. I was able to charge using my own cable for one night but the second night, one of the outlets were not working and the other ones had gas cars parked. Would be nice to have spots next to outlets labeled for EVs. Thanks.

Our flight is at 06:10 in the morning so need to head to the airport at 4 am, the hotel advertising Free Shuttle but they don’t mention that it doesn’t start until 5 am, so we need to pay for a taxi. We booked here because of the Free Shuttle…

Just stayed here recently and discovered bed bugs.

Had some unsightly stains on the carpet, but was assured room was clean. Perhaps management should place more priority replacing damaged carpets. Other than that, great place to stay.

I just got home from a 2 day stay at the Ottawa location. While i enjoyed the spacious rooms there were definitely a few huge cons about this hotel. The bathroom layout is simply awkward with no door to close off the sink area and the toilet/shower room is odd. My biggest complaint from my stay is that for the first time ever in my life I have bed bug bites! Approximately 10-20 all over my upper leg area. I am disgusted at the thought of what was in the bed with me. I will not be staying here again because of this.

The breakfast is ok not great. The coffee area offers two types of coffee regular and robust, and both are the same. I must say the oatmeal was great. The 4 slice toaster was nice, but one side was broken and only one side worked. The rug in the elevator looked dirty. Maybe because its winter. What matters most is the room. They offer a great sleep and and nice TV. The shower is clean, but its all pump bottles. I'm not a fan.

Immaculately clean. Staff top-notch. Felt very safe. We stayed there just for an overnight due to convenience to the airport. Did not hear any planes. However, after staying in the extremely clean and comfortable room, we would consider staying there while on holiday. Highly recommend.

Room wasn't that clean, especially the floors, we had to call maintenance to come up and attempt to clean an area in the bedroom, the couch had dirt spots...breakfast was just okay..not the best, couldn't even drink the coffee!

Perfect stay the only thing that could have made it better is if they had newer tvs (no netflix, prime, youtube etc.) Newer carpet in the lobby, the green and blue doesn't look good, and dust the veiling in the room around the ceiling fan there was a lot of dust. The nightly price is high for old tvs in each room.

We had a nice stay at this hotel. The suite is comfortable and thoroughly cleaned. The only downside is that the bathroom has no exhaust fan.

Happy with most things. However mattress in sofa hide a bed absolutely needs replacing. One of us slept on the sofa vs the bed because it was so bad. Carpets could perhaps be cleaned more frequently.

This 2 night trip involved 2 children, 2 mothers and 2 grandmothers. Our choice of a suite served grandma's a little bit of peace for a nap by closing the bedroom door. We spent time in Ottawa to start our Holiday shopping. Returning to a room that could accommodate all of the daily purchases and room for the children to play together was a blessing. The fridge held a full 2 ltrs of milk, yogurt, bottled water, fruit and left over dinner. The boys loved the pool and the wonderful variety of pool toys for the children! Well thought of!! Of course, while shopping the world evolved around The Hotel. The 2 boy's questioned when we going back to the hotel? Can we go to the pool, can we have snacks at the hotel? Can I push the button (elevator)? We enjoyed our stay, and would stay again.

We appreciate then holding one of our bags for a month while we travelled. However the hotel is beginning to feel like it needs some work. The elevators need some work. They make terrible noises and one was frequently out of service. Part of the ceiling in our room was painted, but not all. Doors are sticking and not closing properly. Nothing major, but it feels like the edge of something. It used to be the best hotel near the airport. Now it needs some work.

Large spacious room, check in was easy and fast. Breakfast is available at 0600. Other dining options available within walking distance of a block. Starbucks, A&W, and a western themed bar and restaurant

Doors stuck, had to shoulder check the door from the bedroom to the seating room. Closet doors stuck, couldnt close properly. Had to unclog the toilet 3 times! On my last day, cleaning staff in the hallway kept asking if I was checking out. I had 2 hours left on the rental, was busy packing and juggling some kther tasks and it felt like they were trying to shuffle me out of that room so they could get on with their job. Breakfast buffet is good.

Hi everyone! The hotel was located near the airport with a free shuttle, that was perfect! The rooms were very nice! We had1 bedroom with 2 queen beds, kitchen and living room style. Everything was awesome. No complaints about the rooms, beds or cleanliness of the place. Check in/ out was easy. The pool was nice but not relaxing at all. It quite sterile ( no plants, no decorations) but it was clean. The breakfast was ok- eggs/bacon/ toast/ oatmeal. Had to find someone and ask each and every time to fill up the food trays. That was weird. It’s a buffet…please refill! We were there with friends we haven’t seen in 8 years, so we we’re celebrating our buddies wedding. Of course we were being silly and had on glow sticks and weird hats. But we are adults, respectful- just having fun. The night front desk guy gave us the scariest stare down I’ve ever had at a hotel in my life. And all I do is travel! I would never recommend this place because of how we were made to feel so unwelcome. We paid a lot of money to stay here and we felt like we were doing something wrong just being there. I’ve never been treated with that much distain before. He looked at us with pure hatred. It was such a creepy/ horrible experience. Never again! I can’t believe the staff would treat anyone the way we’re were made to feel. So disappointing. But to stay near the airport it’s a good spot. Just not worth the huge price tag.

I booked for 5 people and was only given 3 towels, I called house keeping and the front next a few times and no one answered. When we went to the front desk and asked for 2 more towels I was given attitude from the staff at the front, questioning me if had indeed booked for 5 people and were not very friendly.

The staff is exceptionally friendly here. Very good service. Add onto that very clean rooms, clean amenities (gym, pool, dining area, etc) and you can’t ask for more. The facility is in 2-5 minute walking distance from restaurants, shopping is very close by, the airport is very close (they offer a shuttle), and parking is available. Very pleased with my stay here.

Your staff is unprofessional. I asked for a formal receipt many times, but he ignored me. I still haven't received my receipt. This behavior is suspected of violating consumer law and has certainly ruined my stay. I will reserve the right to take further action if they don't give me a receipt as soon as possible. I will not recommend to anyone else who needs to stay in this hotel.

Today I checked in , on arrival Gurjot Singh assisted at reception. He was so humble and polite. I really appreciate his service.

We really liked this hotel and would stay here again. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable; the staff was friendly and helpful; the barbecues were convenient; the free breakfast was good; and it is in a good location in a nice area. We drove downtown to go to various museums each day, and it only took about 15-20 minutes to get anywhere from this hotel. Also, the pillows are amazing and fluffy! The one complaint I can offer for this hotel is that if you want to cook actual meals in your room, the equipment and utensils they give you is very limited. I personally found it difficult to cook with so little to work with. Rooms probably vary, but this is what was in our room: 2 pots with lids and a metal frying pan A microwave safe tray, bowl, and container 2 large cutting knives and 1 small one, all extremely dull 1 old can opener which barely worked 1 slotted serving spoon and 1 plastic spatula A two-slice toaster and a small coffee maker There was no kettle, no strainer of any kind, no large bowls, no non-slotted spoon or ladle, no metal spatulas for the barbecue, no tongs, no spaghetti fork (this made it hard to cook fettuccine!). I managed alright, but it would have been nicer with a few more utensils available. I am sharing this so others know what to bring. Also note the stovetop is very small, only two smallish burners close together, so large pots would not fit there. Lastly, the room did have a hair dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board.

Close to the airport park and fly. Friendly staff. We stayed in a suite, it was clean, large and quiet.

Love the room options, we get the suite with kitchen living room and 2 queen beds, very nice. We have stayed before. Only con this time was the breakfast offered was different , not as much variety and the one morning it was out of plates, milk and potatoes.

We had a very restful stay for 4 nights. The breakfast had very good selection . The complimentary evening small meal with complimentary wine or beer was an amazing surprise. Without any hesitation we would stay here again.

Really enjoyed the complementary beverage and social time. The decor was beautiful and clean and the staff were wonderful.

Very clean room with all appliances in perfect working order. A/c was easy to adjust to the required temperature. Rather average free breakfast. Unfortunately, when large groups of sport teams arrive, only paper plates and plastic knives and forks are supplied, which are very flimsy. In-room kitchens are clean, functional and well accessorized (fridge, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher). Beds are comfortable, sheets and bathrooms very clean and updated. The only issue I would have would be the shower supplies: the shampoo is a bit too strong (conditioner helps), and the shower gel is very difficult to rinse off. The hand/body lotion when fully absorbed made my hands feel very dry. Parking was free although without the privileged hotel membership one had to park across the street or behind the building.
