An excellent place to stay, very comfortable and well appointed rooms. The food was basic but very well cooked and presented. Its a little bit 'off the beaten track' but well worth the few miles drive to get there.

Typical old English pub beautifully redecorated,spacious,comfy beds,includes nearly all facilities,even fan for hot days,spacious outdoor garden seating,bbq area & meals from bar.Plenty of parking ,quiet village location.No mini fridge,maybe ask for hairdryer. Highly recommend staying here.

Room was very spacious and comfortable. Plenty of parking and great staff. I had to rush off in the morning and they made me a bacon sandwich to take out which was really appreciated. When im back in the area, will stay here again!

Extremely good value for money, the room was clean, roomy and comfortable. Ample parking and a quiet location, easy to reach but away from major roads. Fairly standard menu for dinner, but the fish and chips were excellent and the bar looked well stocked. Tasty and generous breakfast.

This was just what was required on a stormy winter’s night. Lots of parking. Barry the publican was a great host and kept me entertained with a good chat by the fire with a glass of wine. The room was large, well equipped and non-corporate which was a welcome change from other places I have stayed. Best poached egg on toast for breakfast. Can highly recommend.

On arrival we were going to have lunch but we were told that they did not serve lunch. We were puzzled as the menu on their website clearly showed a lunch menu. The menu for evening meals was also completely different to that advertised on their website. The meals offered were of a pub grub standard not the restaurant standard expected. However the breakfast served were excellent. The room was of a satisfactory standard although the decor was a little dated. All that said the stay was good and we were looked after very well

This is a little gem, tucked away in the middle of nowhere. The room was a decent size, very clean and had everything we needed. Barry and the lady who cooked breakfast were both great, and couldn't do enough for us. The breakfasts was plentiful and we really enjoyed it. You cannot go wrong for the price of this B&B.

This pub is a hidden gem! The building is a truly traditional English Pub and serves deliciously proper pub grub. The accommodation is extremely clean and comfy, decorated and fitted out to a high quality. Superb welcome and great stay, highly recommended. Convenient location for visiting this part of Norfolk.

Very nice place out in the countryside with a friendly bar owner and lovely pub downstairs. Super quite. Only issue as I forgot to bring my eye shades is to have a black out blind as the room was super bright at 6am so I didnt get much sleep

The white horse is in a lovely quiet village, we booked a family room which was spacious with an on suite. The beds where so cosy and comfortable ,everywhere was clean . The landlord was a very nice ,also the lady that works for him and the breakfast was outstanding

We arrived later than normal, but it was no trouble; we were shown to our room as though it was perfectly ordinary. Room was lovely - warm and spacious with a most comfortable bed. Everything you could wish for was supplied. Only possible downside was the rather transparent blinds and curtains - which could be a problem in the summer. Breakfast was perfectly cooked with a selection of cereals to start, all served by delightful and attentive staff. Thank you; we will be back!

Its hard to rate this place. When i stayed they had just lost their chef and the owner to his credit was in the kitchen. The menu thus was written on the back of a till receipt and the service, understandibly slow. However everyone was doing their best and again to his credit the owner got up eary to cook me a very good breakfast at seven on the morning. The sort of extra service which is very rare these days. The decor was reminiscent of the seventies but spotless throughout and there were nice individual touches. The place grew on me and my dog loved the ham. If i'm ever in the area again i will look this place up

Barry the Host is a real character and the banter we had with him made our stay even more enjoyable. It was our second stay at the White Horse Longham and when we return to Norfolk in the future we shall book to stay here again.

I was not expecting this stay to be as good as it was. Booked it last-minute, due to playing a gig in the local area. Well, it was a great find! From the moment I walked in, the landlord (and the locals!) gave a warm welcome. A fantastic location for a quaint inn with rooms. The room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed, tea/coffee facilities, dressing table, shower gels et cetera. Such a lovely room, too! Breakfast in the morning was top-notch, too. I was sat on my own and the landlord made the effort to come over for a chat. Genuinely hospitable fella. Really enjoyed my stay!

We would thoroughly recommend this B&B for a quiet relaxing break. Barry is very friendly & welcoming and the breakfast in particular was excellent. Our room (no 3) was spacious and clean with a fairly compact but adequate en suite. Own transport is essential because of the location being well off the beaten track.

Nice play to stay with ample parking space in a quiet village. Just about 30 mins drive to Norwich city. Highly recommended.

I had a lovely night sleep at The Longham White Horse. A very quiet place to stay and I fantastic cooked breakfast (which I couldn't fault) made by Jenny. I would recommend and will be staying again!

Lovely stay, Barry is a very welcoming landlord. Nice room and the breakfast is superb. The pub is not busy, so its up to you if that's your kind of thing. It's a real example of rural England from times past.

Thé full English breakfasts and the one evening meal I had were excellent. Room larger than expected. Owner very friendly and helpful. Pub isolated but very quiet.

On arrival we were going to have lunch but we were told that they did not serve lunch. We were puzzled as the menu on their website clearly showed a lunch menu. The menu for evening meals was also completely different to that advertised on their website. The meals offered were of a pub grub standard not the restaurant standard expected. However the breakfast served were excellent. The room was of a satisfactory standard although the decor was a little dated. All that said the stay was good and we were looked after very well

Extremely good value for money, the room was clean, roomy and comfortable. Ample parking and a quiet location, easy to reach but away from major roads. Fairly standard menu for dinner, but the fish and chips were excellent and the bar looked well stocked. Tasty and generous breakfast.

A great country pub to stay at. Very quiet and rural, coutry lanes all around. Very welcoming and friendly and great breakfasts. Rooms were to a high standard and the staff were great. It was just a pity that our stay had to be cut short by 3 days due an incident at home. Would like to return next year

Lovely old public house with very friendly staff - Barry, Chrissie and the team made me feel right at home. The room was spacious and clean; a selection of hand made pies for dinner; breakfast was excellent too. Great value for an overnight stay in a quiet location, with free on-site parking.

Just a one night stay but was made very welcome. Excellent dinner in the bar and a full English breakfast that couldnt be beat. Will definitely stay here again.

Have stayed many times. It is clean comfortable and excellent value. The home cooked food has limited options but what there is is always tasty, hot, fresh and good value. Breakfast is excellent. I would not choose anywhere else if coming to the area. A solid 10/10 here.

Hidden gem, a bit out of the way but best I have stayed in for a while. Perfectly clean, limited menu but good food well cooked, excellent breakfast and very competitively priced.

Really excellent place to stay, was a pleasure to chat to the owner over an excellent pie and mash in the pub, very understanding about an early rise for a sporting event the next day.
