We had a wonderful stay at St Hildas! My husband and I stayed in the Marrakesh accommodation. It was clean and well presented. The jacuzzi bath was a real treat. It was a little awkward to get to the taps to get it running and to get in and out of, but it was worth the effort. All the staff were great and couldn't do enough to help. We arrived late afternoon on a very wet sunday. We had tried a couple of places on the way for lunch, but everywhere was booked. The owner shared some of the local spots and we nanaged to get a table. Breakfast was good, a wide choice of items for a continental style breakfast. However, if you are gluten free, this limits you to fruit and yogurt. Soya milk is avalable in little sachets for those who are dairy free and enjoy a cuppa. I share this only for information, not to complain. We would love to visit again!

Fabulous one night stay for girlfriend's birthday surprise in the Marakesh room. Great host to greet us upon arrival and provide help with information on the hotel and local area. Beautiful room and setting, with easy access to private parking and just a few mins walk to public transport links. Lovely continental breakfast taken in the courtyard just outside our room.Will definitely return and experience a different themed room.

Nice relaxing stay with super friendly staff who had a foundation of knowledge and information to ensure a pleasant stay. Good breakfast. We stayed in the Reykjavik room which was spacious and clean. The spa bath and steam shower were good selling points. Comfy bed.

Overall great place very relaxing the room was lovely and the jet bath was better then the outdoor hot tubs we normally get. Couple of pubs close by which were great so overall I can't fault it. Breakfast was great if you like continental which I do loads of options. Me and my wife have booked again for December and will be booking again for next year's anniversary. Staff also great and friendly.

I stayed in the Marrakech room for one night, it's amazing with a huge (2 person) spa bath in the enormous bathroom upstairs. The bath was so relaxing after a stressful few weeks. Check in and check out was smooth and the staff were brilliant. The Marrakech theme runs throughout the property, with other themed rooms reflecting cities around the world. I'm thinking about Paris next time, and no need for passports! The continental breakfast, with was excellent, was served in the main house with the option of taking it across the courtyard to the room. St Hilda's would be ideal for a romantic few nights away, or to pamper yourself alone. And did I mention bath? It's soooo relaxing😁

stayed here last night and honestly couldn’t fault a single thing. The place was spotless from top to bottom, and the jacuzzi bath was amazing — the perfect way to unwind. The host was so lovely, welcoming, and made everything feel effortless. You can tell real care goes into every detail. My room (Cape town) was great the theme was fun. More a couple orientated room as no shower but a great jacuzzi bath. The grounds do have family orientated rooms. Hotel staff were lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was ok just simple continental stuff. The grounds themselves really nice, clean and maintained. 7 odd miles from Whitby about 20 mins cab journey but there is a bus stop right outside the hotel. I will definitely be staying again. I think it was good value for money.

Amazing stay once again here at St Hildas. Room was amazing lovely and cosy and very clean. The manager is always very friendly and makes you feel very welcome. Breakfast was amazing too you can either sit in to eat or take it back to your room which is always nice. Cant wait to go back.

We have just arrived back home from the most amazing stay at St Hilda's. We stayed in the Cairo room and the pictures do not do it justice it was just beautiful, the attention to detail is amazing. The bed was extremly comfy, we had such a lovely restful nights sleep. The room was absolutely spotless as well and has a really detailed information booklet with places to eat and drink, taxis and takeaways in it which was really handy. The lady that check us in was so friendly and made us feel really comfortable and was more than happy to answer any of our questions. The continental breakfast was really good, there were so many options to choose from and you can fill a tray and take it up to your room if you wanted to as well. We will definitely be back! Thanks for such an amazing nights getaway

St Hildas is a lovely place to stay. The reception staff were very helpful and welcoming. The rooms are decorated and equipped to a high standard. I took a gamble and stayed in the Las Vegas room, but fortunately it payed off and I feel like a winner!

A fantastic stay in the themed Marrakesh room. Really comfortable and beautifully designed. The bathroom is ENORMOUS and the jet bath to die for! Absolutely loved it, thank you! Looking to book the large group property and visit again with friends as it’s in a great location.

What a great find this was. Great location, great themed room. ( We stayed in the Paris Room). Only a short walk to the local village and right on the Cleveland Way walk, which is what brought us to this area. We were well looked after by Deb and the rest of the staff. Breakfast included was a great start to the day for our walks. Don’t stay in Whitby .. Stay here !!

Fabulous one night stay for girlfriend's birthday surprise in the Marakesh room. Great host to greet us upon arrival and provide help with information on the hotel and local area. Beautiful room and setting, with easy access to private parking and just a few mins walk to public transport links. Lovely continental breakfast taken in the courtyard just outside our room.Will definitely return and experience a different themed room.

What a fantastic find. Close to both Staithes, Runswick Bay and Whitby. A wonder place to stop with some fantastic rooms. We stayed in The Stable and it was wonderful. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Made to feel really welcome. A great relaxing break.

Lovely hotel,gorgeous room,we stayed in Las Vegas and this room was so big and airy. Debbie was so helpful and approachable,she helped with everything including bus tine-tables. Only 15 mins to whitby but Hinderwell was a lovely village if you wanted to stay local, a few pubs in the village. There is a bus stop that runs direct to whitby every half hour,this is directly outside the hotel. The cottages and barns looked gorgeous and I will most definitely return again in summer months. Breakfast was also lovely,so many options for continental. Again Debbie was welcoming and helpful at breakfast. Thankyou for the lovely stay .

My room (Cape town) was great the theme was fun. More a couple orientated room as no shower but a great jacuzzi bath. The grounds do have family orientated rooms. Hotel staff were lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was ok just simple continental stuff. The grounds themselves really nice, clean and maintained. 7 odd miles from Whitby about 20 mins cab journey but there is a bus stop right outside the hotel. I will definitely be staying again. I think it was good value for money.

We had a wonderful stay at St Hildas! My husband and I stayed in the Marrakesh accommodation. It was clean and well presented. The jacuzzi bath was a real treat. It was a little awkward to get to the taps to get it running and to get in and out of, but it was worth the effort. All the staff were great and couldn't do enough to help. We arrived late afternoon on a very wet sunday. We had tried a couple of places on the way for lunch, but everywhere was booked. The owner shared some of the local spots and we nanaged to get a table. Breakfast was good, a wide choice of items for a continental style breakfast. However, if you are gluten free, this limits you to fruit and yogurt. Soya milk is avalable in little sachets for those who are dairy free and enjoy a cuppa. I share this only for information, not to complain. We would love to visit again!

Amazing stay once again here at St Hildas. Room was amazing lovely and cosy and very clean. The manager is always very friendly and makes you feel very welcome. Breakfast was amazing too you can either sit in to eat or take it back to your room which is always nice. Cant wait to go back.

Overall great place very relaxing the room was lovely and the jet bath was better then the outdoor hot tubs we normally get. Couple of pubs close by which were great so overall I can't fault it. Breakfast was great if you like continental which I do loads of options. Me and my wife have booked again for December and will be booking again for next year's anniversary. Staff also great and friendly.

I had a truly wonderful stay at St Hilda’s Boutique Hotel. The environment was absolutely perfect – quiet, peaceful and very comfortable. The room itself was beautifully presented, and the jacuzzi bath was outstanding – after a long day, it was the perfect way to relax both body and mind. A beautiful place to stay, with all the extra added touches you could wish for. A short bus ride into Whitby from the end of the road is ideal and a five minute walk to the local pub the Badger & Hounds where you receive a warm welcome & the food is wonderful. Debbie our host was lovely, very welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. A good continental breakfast is available each morning, with plenty of choice. My husband & I stayed in the Marrakesh room, with the most stunning, huge whirlpool bath, a real treat! All in all a wonderful break away, would highly recommend👌
