A l\'arrivée, plus d\'une heure d\'attente pour avoir un badge de l\'appartement qui ne fonctionnait pas. Une seule personne personne à l\'accueil. Propreté de la vaisselle et de l\'électroménager qui laisse à désirer. Bouilloire, casserole et poêle sales. Un appartement prévu pour 4 personnes avec un lit double places et un canapé convertible en fin de vie avec les coussins éventrés et le sommier qui grince quand on bouge. Leider war das Schwimmbad während unserem Aufenthalt defekt. Hatten extra deswegen die Unterkunft gebucht. Frühstücksauswahl sehr gering. Dafür war der Preis mit 12,- Euro zu hoch.

Extrêmement déçue. Séjour qui aurait pu très bien se passer dans cet apparthotel. A l'arrivée ventilateur dysfonctionnel, il ne tourne pas. Petit ventilateur tour sous 40 degré. Pas de climatisation alors que c'est un 3 étoiles et construit depuis 6 ans. 6 ans et les murs sont déjà sales et non renovés. Voir photos. Ensuite placard à saladier et casseroles il y avait un cafard. Je suis descendu à la réception celle-ci m'a immédiatement changé de chambre sauf qu'arrivé dans la nouvelle chambre pas de couette, pas d'oreillers, pas de ventilateur. J'ai du retourner chercher ce qu'il manquait dans l'ancienne chambre car aucun équipement n'était disponible. Ce qui veut dire équipement insuffisant pour le nombre de chambre présentes dans l'hôtel et qu'elles sont préparées sur le tas avec les équipements disponibles. Puis le frigo on avait beau changer la température il continuait à produire du givre et congelait la nourriture, cela était sûrement dû au fait que le congélateur présent dans le frigo est complètement gelé avec d'énormes plaques de givre. Qui plus est la piscine le sol n'a pas été nettoyer une seule fois sur notre séjour de 4 nuits. La piscine est mal entretenu, vraiment different des photos. Lorsque j'ai demandé un geste suite au cafard d'une part puis pour la suite, on m'a proposé de nous offrir le petit déjeuner or ma mère étant diabétique ce n'était pas l'idéal sachant que nous ne comptions pas déjeuner à l'hôtel.

Le « paiement sur place » est prélevé a l’avance, sans avertir, pas de facture et impossible de les joindre pour déposer une réclamation. La piscine pour laquelle j’avais réservé cet hébergement était fermée pour travaux. Dans l’ensemble : une résidence pour étudiants, sans restauration a moins de 10 minutes a pied. Meme en l’absence de tout problème il ne faut pas s’attendre a plus.

Struttura nuova e comoda per il centro, ben collegata con fermata del tram a 200m e si scende direttamente in centro. Parcheggio in struttura 12€ a notte ( in strada €35 a notte). L'appartamento è piccolo ma ha tutto quello che serve

Meine Bewertung bezieht sich auf die Ausschreibung des Hotels. Parkplätze waren im Preis inbegriffen. Verlangt wurden 8 €. Personal war unfreundlich und anscheinend überlastet. Ab 9.00 Uhr wurden Ohrenbetäubende Baumassnahmen durchgeführt. Das Apartment war keimig und keineswegs sauber. Das betrifft die Keramik im Bad. Der Preis entspricht nicht der ausgeschriebenen Preisliste des Hotels. Bezahlt wurde von mir 151,5 € pro Nacht. Siehe Preise Hotel ( Foto)

La chambre ne correspondait pas à celle que j’ai réservé, un lit simple contre un lit double réservé. La chambre n’était pas très propre, des trous et taches au mur, des taches également sur le lit, et des poils dans la salle de bain.

Apart from a clean bed and the room being have good radiators to dry wet clothes, it was awful, wouldn’t recommend or stay again. The bedroom and bathroom both smelt disgusting, floor was visibly and not mopped. There was no hair dryer or full size pillows on the bed.

Even though I called several times to clarify parts of my stay, there were still many issues and lack of good communication between employees which led to misunderstandings. The room also needed to be cleaned better, and maintained (the shower door was completely broken yet still there) and was missing toilet paper and toiletries when we arrived which was late in the evening. And the beds were uncomfortable

Etablissement très accessible par les transports en commun. L'accès à la piscine est appréciable. Un problème de ventilation est à réglé pour oter les odeurs d'humidité dans la salle de bain. La chambre est spacieuse, lumineuse et confortable. Pas de soucis pour faire la vaisselle mais relaver la vaisselle des précédents occupants, c'est moins agréables

La peor habitación de hotel en la que he estado. El sofá cama estaba curvado, el colchón viejo y con manchas. La única opción que nos dieron fue que llamáramos a Expedia para que nos hicieran un reembolso. Hay un extractor de aire en el salón que está continuamente haciendo ruido y no se puede parar, ni siquiera por la noche.

Secondly, there was a hole in one of the interior doors, thirdly, you were told that the garbage in the room must be removed by you, not by the maid, bed was hard and uncomfortable, and because the reception desk was not always manned, there was a possibility of you leaving stored luggage there and not being able to get it back

Hôtel bien situé avec tram et commerces proches. En revanche, le clic-clac pour la 3ème et 4ème personne est très inconfortable. Il manque aussi une bouilloire en chambre et les doses de gel douche sont insuffisantes pour 4 personnes. Dommage.

I would say our stay was fine for 1 night although I think overpriced for what you get. The location isn’t the best, had to drive to get to a restaurant. There is no A/C or fans in the room and having the window open made it way to loud to sleep from all the street noise and the people drinking and making noise at the front of the building. Overall the hotel is ok for a quick stay but wouldn’t recommend for more than 1 night

It was nice, but because it was over Easter Weekend, there was not much open around the place. Other than that, really nice. Rooms were big.

Impossible to contact them … the phone # provided on their website and on Expedia is dead.We we’re told to call them to arrange check in .. impossible to do so we showed up … no one was there finally someone showed up at 5 pm. Paid for parking and we’re not told where to park had to return to desk to figure out parking . Breakfast was extra, 10 euros and terrible .. no hot food like other lovely buffets we’ve had in Germany. Poorly equipped kitchen. Also EXTREMELY loud on the street night and HOT , no AC. And a quick FYI we are VERY experienced travelers and know what to expect for the price. This place definitely was disappointing.

J'ai demandé une arrivée tardive. Les indications pour récupérer les clés ont été claires et simple. Seulement, je n'ai pas eu la clé de la chambre. Je n'ai eu que la carte magnétique pour avoir accès aux autres espaces. J'ai donc appelé le numéro d'astreinte, cette personne était en congée et pas sur place. Cela a mis 1h environ pour qu'au final on me donne des instructions pour aller chercher moi-même la clé dans le comptoir... Un seul excusez-nous et l'excuse est que c'était la première soirée seule de la personne chargée de l'accueil. La chambre ne ressemble en rien aux photos. C'est un vulgaire lit d'adolescent avec un matelas en mousse. Des retouches au mur avec une couleur différente du mur d'origine... Finalement, cette établissement n'a de 3* que l'écriteau!

I liked that it was clean and simple. I didn't like that the reception was not available and had to wait for check in. Also didn't like the the toilet-paper did not have it's own place, so it is just sitting on the flush tank.

L’hôtel m’a donné une chambre ne correspondant pas à la réservation. Je me suis retrouvé dans une chambre d’étudiant avec un lit simple. Le sol de cette chambre était plein de poussière. J’ai demandé dès le lendemain un changement de chambre en montrant mon mail de confirmation avec la chambre que j’étais censé avoir. Ils ne m’ont proposé une solution que pour la dernière nuit.

Eine angenehme und von Preis-/Leistung gute Unterkunft für 4 Personen. Bei uns war alles schön und sauber. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Toll auch die Nähe zur Tram mit der man schnell und unkompliziert in die Innenstadt sowohl von Kehl wie auch nach Straßburg kommt.
Eine angenehme und von Preis-/Leistung gute Unterkunft für 4 Personen. Bei uns war alles schön und sauber. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Toll auch die Nähe zur Tram mit der man schnell und unkompliziert in die Innenstadt sowohl von Kehl wie auch nach Straßburg kommt.

Hôtel bien situé avec tram et commerces proches. En revanche, le clic-clac pour la 3ème et 4ème personne est très inconfortable. Il manque aussi une bouilloire en chambre et les doses de gel douche sont insuffisantes pour 4 personnes. Dommage.

Buena estancia. Aunque estaba alejado del centro de Estrasburgo tenía dos paradas de tranvía muy cercanas. Aunque en general estaba limpio, la limpieza era mejorable.

J ai fait un bon sejour. Personnel agreable, chambre propre ainsi que le reste de l hotel. Piscine bien chaude. Bonne literie, bonne idee pour le fer a repasser et la laverie. Tram a proximite. Un peu excentrée mais acces rapide au centre par les transports en communs

Leider war das Schwimmbad während unserem Aufenthalt defekt. Hatten extra deswegen die Unterkunft gebucht. Frühstücksauswahl sehr gering. Dafür war der Preis mit 12,- Euro zu hoch.

Nous avons passé une nuit a l'hôtel nemea appart. Nous avions réserver un appartement pour quatre personnes mais finalement nous avons été séparé en deux car il y avait un problème.Mais, cela ne nous as pas plus déranger. Cependant avant d'arriver a l'hôtel nous étions un peu embêter car nous somme arrivé a Strasbourg a 10h du matin et une fois sur place nous ne pouvions pas accéder a notre chambre avant 17h. Or, nous avions besoin de nous changé car nous avions un mariage de prévue dans l'après-midi et nous n'avions pas d'endroit pour nous changer. Heureusement après avoir discuter avec les réceptionnistes nous avons réussi a entrer dans nos chambre le matin. Puis le lendemain nous avons pris le petit déjeuner de l'hôtel a 12 euros, un peu chère mais le petit déjeuner a volonté avec beaucoup de variété. Notre séjour c'est donc très bien passé, et le train D été vraiment a proximité.

Petit déj à la fronde en 15mn te retrouvant en pleine heures d'influences routière. De plus, le prix du petit déjeuner est très cher pour avoir des mini pains congelés et passer au four.

Great service and location. Good access to the tram into the old town. Staff very helpful. Parking was secure and easy to access. Lack of air conditioning meant the rooms was quite warm. Fresh juicing oranges was great otherwise the breakfast was only ok.

The reception is not open all the time, and out of opening hours the staff don’t want to help - even if you contact them at the hotel! And there is no air conditioning. At a hotel this new that is a crucial mistake!
