Helpful staff and clan rooms with kitchenette. Laundry was very much appreciated.

Staff was very helpful

The room and bathroom smell like sewage.. Bed was so uncomfortable as were the pillows. Only had half a roll of toilet paper.. Would have expected way better for the price we paid, so overprice.

The heat in the room was not working. Secondly, there was a hole in one of the interior doors, thirdly, you were told that the garbage in the room must be removed by you, not by the maid, bed was hard and uncomfortable, and because the reception desk was not always manned, there was a possibility of you leaving stored luggage there and not being able to get it back

Location is good (right next to tram) but it is quite noisy
