Wonderful hotel and it’s in a good spot. Didn’t have to drive, everything (restaurants, shops, convenience stores) is in walking distance.

Dear Hotel Management, I am writing to share my feedback regarding my recent two-night stay at your hotel. I stayed at the Westin on July 14th 16th. While the hotel was in a convenient location, I was disappointed with several aspects of my experience. The bed in Room 527 was in extremely poor condition and should be replaced. It sagged significantly in the middle, making it very uncomfortable and preventing me from getting a good night's sleep. Additionally, the shower gel in the room was nearly empty when I arrived. As a result, I had to leave the hotel and purchase soap at a nearby store, which was an inconvenience that could have been avoided. I paid $593.46 for my two-night stay, and I expected a higher standard of accommodations and service. Although some members of your staff were friendly and courteous, I was disappointed by my experience with the bell service. As an ADA guest, I would have appreciated assistance loading my belongings into my vehicle after the bellman retrieved my car. Unfortunately, no assistance was offered I check out of the hotel on July 15th around 8:00AM, in the morning. I hope you will take these concerns seriously and use this feedback to improve the experience for future guests. I would appreciate your response regarding these issues. Thank you for your time and attention. Karen Ashton
