The Casa Hotel, Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western

Checked in and left after a few hours, room with no window, uncomfortable bed, tired surroundings and next to some kind of afternoon disco event with thudding music

Very friendly welcome at time of check in, explained that the building was in the process of being refurbished and as such some disruption may be experienced - in reality aside from the slight smell of paint nothing to worry about and clear that the owners are investing in the property. Some areas are looking tired and furniture in bedroom dated, BUT, everything was useable, clean and tidy. Shower was hot, powerful and as a tall / large lad very pleased that the towels provided were actually towels and not the daft little things most places give me! Bed was firm and very comfortable, WIFI had a good signal and room to work in the bedroom. Italian restaurant onsite which I didn't use - but overheard positive comments from those that did. I did however use Bar which was great and again very friendly staff. Breakfast in the morning was a buffet affair, continental on one side, hot / cooked on other and an array of juices and hot drinks in the middle - all very nice and all freshly prepared and restocked. Plenty of parking and would happily use again.
