Ich habe mich in der Unterkunft nicht durchgängig sicher gefühlt. Das Licht in einem der Aufzüge funktionierte nicht und es ist sehr komisch mit fremden Menschen in einem kleinen Aufzug zu fahren, ohne die anderen zu sehen. Auch das Klappern der Türen in der Nacht war komisch. Gerade dann, wenn man sein Zimmer nicht von innen abschließen kann. Weiterhin war im Wasserkocher Schimmel. Ich musste ihm erstmal mit Essig reinigen, ehe ich ihn nutzen konnte. Ich persönlich würde diese Unterkunft nicht nochmal auswählen.

The location was good. Quite and safe. A large supermarket was just across the street. The kitchenette was well equipped with stove top and hood. Dishwasher was a plus. It’s perfect if you want to cook. Parking garage was very close to the building. Recommended!

Okay for a short stay. Building is old with a renovated interior. Only one elevator functioning properly. The apartments have no air conditioning , very warm and forced to keep windows open with excessive noise from the streets. I personally would not stay again.

Gute Unterkunft. Zentrale Lage von Köln Ehrenfeld. Sehr freundliche und hilfreiche Kommunikation der Mitarbeiter des Betreibers. An der Sauberkeit kann gefeilt werden und - in unserer Wohnung- fehlte definitiv ein Couchtisch und der Fernseher war für gemütliches Fernschauen unglücklich angebracht.

Joyn Cologne is situated in very lively district of Cologne. Near to S and U bahn stations. The street has every amenities that you might need, several supermarkets, restaurants The building itself has a cold 70´s feeling but inside of the rooms are nicely refurbished with modern design, including cute mini Smeg fridges. I was just expecting the bed would be larger. Bathroom was particularly nice and very well cleaned. Self check in process seems complicated at first but actually is easy and efficient. I suggest Joyn Cologne.

Alles sauber, super zentral - dadurch aber etwas laut. Gewöhnungsbedürftig, dass ab 18.00 niemand mehr da ist. Einschecken am Terminal- aber für Rückfragen ist jemand bis 18,00 Uhr da. Das Personal dass wir gesehen haben war super nett und hilfsbereit. Wir würden wieder kommen für ein verlängertes Wochenende.

Very clean and comfortable accommodation. Good location with plenty of restaurants and shops and near transport links. Had a lovely view over the square in front and of the city from 6th floor. No full time reception though unfortunately.

Gutes Konzept. Schöne und moderne Zimmer.. aber leider ohne Air condition !! Es war an heißen Tagen unerträglich im Raum.. trotz schwerer lichtundurchlässigen Vorhängen. Das is leider ein riesen Minus. Ansonsten ein sauberes und Hotel in einer sehr geselligen und sicheren Umgebung. Viele Restaurants und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

…wir fanden es trotz offen Fenster sehr warm und dadurch dass das Bett in einer Nische stand sehr warm. Es ist sehr sauber - das Badezimmer etwas klein und keine Ablagemöglichkeiten. Sonst ist alles gut - sehr zentral.

Está ubicado en un barrio con mucho movimiento , lleno de restaurantes y supermercados. Te tienes que mover en subte a los puntos turísticos, es lejos para ir caminando. No te hacen limpieza por 7 noches, sin cambio de toallas y la basura la tienes que tirar vos. Por el precio que pague eso debería estar incluido. Recepción no siempre hay una persona atendiendo. Si tienes un problema o algo no funciona me comunica vía mail. Check in online no es lo más cómodo. Cuando llegue no funcionaba máquina de afuera, por suerte alguien me dejó pasar y lo hice en la de recepcion.

Die Unterkunft ist komfortabel und angenehm. Die Möglichkeit des kontaktlosen Check-in ist super. Allerdings ist es langwierig alle diese Informationen wie Art des Ausweisdokuments, Passnummer usw. fast auf der Straße einzugeben. Ist es nicht möglich einen Online-Check-in vorab einzurichten und vor Ort zum Einlass einen Code zu verwenden mit dem die Karte ausgegeben wird? Das würde den Prozess beschleunigen und das Gefühl von Sicherheit erhöhen.

La struttura è in zona semicentrale, servita da mezzi pubblici. Proprio sotto l’albergo ci sono supermercati, farmacia, ristoranti e tanti altri negozi per qualsiasi esigenza. Se si preferisce fare una passeggiata, il centro di Colonia dista circa mezz’ora. Ho avuto assegnato un appartamento all’ottavo piano con vista fantastica. Unica pecca il check-in, che se fuori orario va fatto su strada e nel mio caso, a causa del blocco della procedura, è stato necessario contattare l’assistenza.

The property is ok but not great. I feel that I lived in a student dormitory rather than a hotel. Living in a student dormitory is perfectly okay except the price I paid is much higher than a dormitory. There are pluses: many eateries, a bug supermarket, pharmacy nearby. It is about 7 minutes walk to a nearby tram station, making it very convenient.
The property is ok but not great. I feel that I lived in a student dormitory rather than a hotel. Living in a student dormitory is perfectly okay except the price I paid is much higher than a dormitory. There are pluses: many eateries, a bug supermarket, pharmacy nearby. The street has every amenities that you might need, several supermarkets, restaurants The building itself has a cold 70´s feeling but inside of the rooms are nicely refurbished with modern design, including cute mini Smeg fridges. I was just expecting the bed would be larger. Bathroom was particularly nice and very well cleaned. Self check in process seems complicated at first but actually is easy and efficient. I suggest Joyn Cologne.
Joyn Cologne is situated in very lively district of Cologne. Near to S and U bahn stations. Está ubicado en un barrio con mucho movimiento , lleno de restaurantes y supermercados. Te tienes que mover en subte a los puntos turísticos, es lejos para ir caminando. No te hacen limpieza por 7 noches, sin cambio de toallas y la basura la tienes que tirar vos. Por el precio que pague eso debería estar incluido. Recepción no siempre hay una persona atendiendo. Si tienes un problema o algo no funciona me comunica vía mail. Check in online no es lo más cómodo. Cuando llegue no funcionaba máquina de afuera, por suerte alguien me dejó pasar y lo hice en la de recepcion.

La struttura è in zona semicentrale, servita da mezzi pubblici. Proprio sotto l’albergo ci sono supermercati, farmacia, ristoranti e tanti altri negozi per qualsiasi esigenza. Se si preferisce fare una passeggiata, il centro di Colonia dista circa mezz’ora. Ho avuto assegnato un appartamento all’ottavo piano con vista fantastica. Unica pecca il check-in, che se fuori orario va fatto su strada e nel mio caso, a causa del blocco della procedura, è stato necessario contattare l’assistenza.

Very clean and comfortable accommodation. Good location with plenty of restaurants and shops and near transport links. Had a lovely view over the square in front and of the city from 6th floor. No full time reception though unfortunately.
