The buffet area was very cool! The pool definitely needs more seating around the pool to watch the kiddos! But was great experience

The rooms were great and a good deal. The pool area was really nice, kids had a blast on the waterslide.

This place had great value and was nice and close to heritage park. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool and slide was fun. The fitness room could be bigger and a little nicer but I was grateful to have it with a nice very full set of weights. Staff was good with check in and out. Lots of nice looking dining options but we didn’t eat there. There are some shops and restaurant options just steps away as well. We will stay again if wanting to be in this area of the city. Very convenient to get to when coming to Calgary from the east. Thanks!

Good staff and restaurant offerings. Parking was free and convenient. Pool and jacuzzi were nice and clean.

The staff at the little pub was outstanding. The pool area was clean, but there was broken tiles on the hot tub. The heaters and fans in the room were super loud and annoying. The staff is great , but the hotel is dated and the facilities are in need of some TLC. The rooms smelled stale and even though it was a smoking room 20 years ago, it still kinda stinks. I think we paid more than usual because it’s the holiday season, but I thought it would be a little nicer for that price point. It’s also on Ogden road , right in the industrial area of south east Calgary, so you won’t see any post card mountain views. There’s a weed store , liquor store and rub and tug right there if you’re a scum bag.

Beds are hard (not in tower) things were dated in the room. Rooms werent very isolated, could hear showers running outside room. Hot tub tiles are falling off but was clean. Gym was small. Was cheap and i feel like i got what i paid for. Caesar salad was quite soggy

Nice hotel right off Glenmore Trail. Makes it easy to either get back on Deerfoot Trail or pop up to the Grey Eagle for an event, which was what I was doing. Has a pool and fitness center and a couple of restaurant options.

The hot tub was closed and the elevator waa not working.

Comfortable beds, restaurant/bar on site. Ample parking. Staff were very friendly and helpful upon check in/out. Would stay here again.

At 11 pm I was changed and ready to go to bed I flipped the bedding over to climb into bed and found blood stains on the duvet so I called customer service I was told by the fellow at the desk that I needed to go down to get the blanket I said I had already changed for bed so he said he woukd send the security with the blanket Security showed up later with a pillow and two flat sheets I took these but told him I need a replacement blanket as the one on my bed has blood stains and I asked him to come in and take a look He refused and said he was only given the pillow and sheets to bring to me I explained I needed the blanket He offered to put us in a different room but I said we are already changed for bed and our suit cases are all opened up And I repeated I needed a replacement blanket So he left I waited and waited Then I called the desk again Thefellow at the dek said the security is looking for a blanket I asked how long it would take He said 15 to 20 minutes I told him Ive already waited 25 minutes So he said he would tell security to do it quickly Security showed up again 10 minutes later with a bedspread and a think extra blanket I told him I would keep the bedspread but that the blanket he brought was not the blanket I need I urged him to come in the room to see the blanket I needed I showed him the blood stsins I told him if they were going to move us to a different room then surely they could grab a blanket like the one I showed him from that room and give it to me

Broken glass on carpet, behind and under bed never been vacuumed, plugged bathroom fan potentially causing a fire, cracked tile floors in bathroom, dirty bathtub never seems to get scrubbed and cleaned, dirty glasses by coffee maker looks like they been wiped with a dirty towel instead of washed. Pool has extremely strong chlorine smell for such a small tight space.

Check in/out was fast, staff was nice. Our room door was difficult to open, and inside the edge of the toilet was not clean.

Clean hotel, dated design

The toilet had a leaky seal in the tank. This made the toilet run to fill the tank every 10-15 minutes all night. There was body hair left on the toilet

We were greeted by courteous and efficient staff. The common areas are in good shape and well maintained. The rooms leave a lot to be desired with regards to decor and over-all cleanliness. The cigarette holes in the back of the curtains really did detract as well from the ambiance. The few bucks in savings were not worth it. Sorry.

The room was very clean. The staff are very friendly. The widows faced south which made it bright and cozy on our arrival. We dined in the pub and the food was delicious. The Garden Court for breakfast is lovely too and the staff are welcoming, with bottomless coffee.

The room was inexpensive. Nothing special, but fine. Very dated. My two complaints are dirty taps in bathroom and dirty shower curtain (ewww).

It was OK. Not spectacular and lots of noise from the hallway, thermostat and toilet

Room was clean! Toilets are small and low, shower curtain clings to you, limited outlets, terrible mattresses. Pool area was fantastic!

The room was acceptably clean. The bath was also clean, but there was missing and discolored grout in the tub area that made it feel a bit grungy. But my major complaint was there were no power outlets near the desk or nightstand. They were all inaccessible behind the head board or behind the desk, and out of reach. They should invest in a couple of desktop power outlets. I had to leave my phone and laptop in the bathroom to charge (the only accessible outlet)

Beds not comfortable, needs updating

I would suggest not getting the garden rooms. No sunlight as you are looking on to a restaurant. Tower rooms are better.

Second stay at this property and it was great! Large room in tower, no carpet, mini fridge and microwave, lots of counter space. Great for a brief stay!

The walls were paper thin, here a lot from other rooms and hallways. Everyone was supper nice and check in was easy.

Everything was great. Our toilet was broken/couldn’t flush when we got in the room so we called and said that we needed it fixed but we were heading out for a bit and by the time we got back it was fixed

Really liked the person who checked me in. Personable & very kind and helpful.

Stay was ok, except springs were poking out of the bed and when hubby got up in the morning, one scratched the bak of his leg really deep. Complained to staff and they didnt care.

The staff and management were exceptional. We were able to get an early check in time. They made it a priority for us! The hotel manager was equally professional and personable. Highly recommended.

Staff and service is excellent, has a great little pool with a fun waterslide for kids. The room is clean with clean beds. Surrounding area is a little unsafe however the hotel itself felt secure. Good value for the price.

Great place to stay if you’re in south Calgary! Large clean pool area, large parking lot, great food places choose from inside the hotel or in the parking lot. Staff were friendly and welcoming. I look forward to returning to this hotel when I come back to Calgary.

The inn was very accessible to the highway, clean and nice reception area, clean and comfortable beds, the restaurant was very good. It is in a strip mall area with other food and liquor withen steps. Perfect for our stop for the night.

Overall, this is a nice property in a sketchy part of town. A fair number of homeless folks in the parking lot so had to be aware of your surroundings, especially at night. And the beds and pillows were hard as rocks. It was a very uncomfortable few nights of sleep. On the plus side, the staff were friendly and helpful.

Located close to major roadways in Calgary, access is easy (a short drive from activities where required) . Hotel was clean, but showing a bit of age in rooms. Staff were friendly and accommodating, quick to answer any inquiries. Breakfast was not included, but the restaurant onsite was available and high quality. .

The place is nice. Rooms are clean, beds are good, staff is friendly, pool and hot tub are great. There is a few grocery stores a short drive away. Only issue we had was the food at the restaurant. My wife and I's food was ok, but my child ordered mac n cheese and it was straight up kd box mac n cheese. We did find a great little bar n grill in the same parking lot that has awesome food though. Other then that we'd stay there again

Breakfast was not free. But what we hadbwas delicious and price was good. Staff was super nice. Coffee never got cold and meal was fast.

Funny… when we pulled in we thought, oh my hope it’s ok? Outside is very deceiving from the inside which they are working on and making great. Garden cafe and the lounge had exceptional service and great food too

Lady at buffet and breakfast in morning was so nice and lady at bar was very nice as well. They know hospitality!!! Great job! Will stay there again. Room was great!
