Stayed 1 night

The room itself was decent, clean, and spacious. Unfortunately, the bedding was the worst part of our stay. The bed appeared to be very dusty, as if it had not been used for a long time and dust had accumulated on the bedding. Worse, the bedding had a strong cigarette smell, making me question whether it had been properly washed or changed. I have allergic rhinitis, and the smell triggered my allergies, making it very difficult for me to sleep. I couldn’t even use the blanket because of the odor. I had to call the customer service (Jimmy) middle of the night to ask for another blanket. The aircondition was also very noisy, constantly turning on and off throughout the night. On top of that, the hair dryer in the washroom was not working. Overall, this was one of my worst hotel experiences. Despite the room being spacious and reasonably clean, the condition and smell of the bedding made the stay extremely uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel.
