Everything was great, except the pool was cold, and the hot tub was filthy, which was disappointing. Otherwise, the staff was friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast and the price were reasonable. I would stay again if we were looking for a budget-friendly hotel.

Elevator need for maintenance. Light fixtures need updates, rooms need update. Breakfast always great. Dusty edges of the rooms. Need to priority cleanliness and safety of the place.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also clean but a bit cramped. The only drawback for me was the non-functional hot tub due to issues with heating elements. However, I realize the staff couldn't do anything about but offered to pay for a visit to a local pool as compensation. I should also mention that breakfast was pretty much standard but well done. The staff there were exceptional as were any other personnel that I came in contact with.

Very dated property... the hallway carpet was loose and lifting everywhere, seams exposed. Shower tile looked like it was piecemealed together. The safe didn't work and worst of all there is not enough parking on site. People were resorting to double parking and blocking others.

It was a great place to stay for the money. The rooms are roomy and clean. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was very good. The parking is limited, would be nice to have a better parking situation.

I love the employees the'yre super nice and cooperative.But I had only experienced 1 problem theres a cockroach in the bathroom.I hope they clean it and change the carped.But overall foods and staff they are very okay❤️

Our room was not clean. It was clear they had tried to do renovations but they were not well done and more like “band aid” fixes. Our bathroom had black mold on the ceiling. The shower had recently been redone but the grout was full of soap scum. The floors were super uneven and sloped horribly. The wall paper was peeling off the walls. Items from previous guests were behind the beds. The curtains were ripped and let light in. It just felt very gross and dingy. Breakfast was good though.

Front entrance was small, parking lot small, second floor hallway was uneven. Carpet felt like it was laid on top of old flooring. Rooms were nice but small. Renovated bathroom appears to have been done quickly sacrificing quality.

Pictures on line look better than the rooms in reality. Our bed was hard and on a slant towards the wall. The room was clean, the bathroom appeared upgraded compared to the main room. Overall the room looked tired. I’ve stayed in many best westerns but this one was ‘mediocre western’.

We stayed at Room# 110. 1st night (Friday) was quiet. 2nd night (Saturday) was noisy. I peek through the room's window and that's when I found out where the noise was coming from. Our room was right next to the hotel's indoor swimming pool.

OLD building. Rooms are have not been updated since the 90's. TV signal either didn't work or the picture kept freezing. Terrible WiFi. Issues with the fire alarm at 2 AM that even the fire department could not shut off. There are new Best Western Premiere hotels within a block of this dump. Best Western should be looking into this building and closing it

We stayed here on a night the property was fully booked. Our stay was quiet and very pleasant (which we weren't sure it would be with the hotel being so full). The staff is excellent and friendly. We would absolutely stay here again.

Stayed 3 nights. First two were uneventful but the final night we had kids one floor above running around until after midnight. Front desks solution - next time get a room on the top floor. Our final morning we had an early flight and wanted to use the breakfast service at 6:30 sharp when it opened. We arrived at 6:30 only to be advised the staff member had slept in and the food wouldn't be ready until about 7:00. Front desk response (as they were eating their own breakfast while working the desk) sorry can't do anything about it. What started out well really went downhill in the final 1/2 day of our stay.

Even though the reservation was more than 3 weeks ago, unfortunately the receptionist chose the noisiest room in the first row next to the elevator, so everyone who wanted to use the elevator or the stairs had to hear that, and unfortunately on the side of the window I could hear the conversations of those smoking outside the hotel because my window is exactly on the floor above the hotel entrance. When I left the hotel, the employee told me that I could order the bill through Expedia, and even though he told me that, the way he told me was impolite. I am sure that I will not stay at this hotel again, and I will not advise my acquaintances to come to this hotel either.

I have never come across such caring and compassionate hotel staff. Their ice machines were unplugged as a water restriction was just being lifted in Calgary due to a water main break. I told them that my partner has just had a hip replacement surgery the day before and I was in need of ice for the ice pack machine he was sent home with. They informed me that they would plug it in right away and would call my room as soon as it had cooled. Not even 20 minutes later, a staff member was at my door out of breath with a bag of ice that she had purchased elsewhere for my partner until the ice machine cooled ebough. It was the kindest gesture and I can't say how much I appreciated it. During the remainder of my stay, they made sure I knew I could come see them at the desk if we needed anything at all. The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing and their kindness will be remembered.

Location is convenient for easy access to major roads. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was disappointing on day 1 (eggs were over cooked and dry, potatoes were under cooked) but rather good on day 2 (eggs were perfect, bacon was good, tator tots were excellent). Coffee was very good compared to the usual drip that hotels offer! Unfortunately the room was disappointing… it was super musty, and smelt like air freshener had been used to cover up a smell. Wallpaper and flooring showed water damage. Room was located next the pool, and had no window to the outside, No fresh air, no sunshine. Beds were uncomfortable, wife and I both woke up stiff. No extra pillows and blankets. Extremely small bathroom with a drippy shower. When it’s all said and done, the hotel is far from perfect, but considering the low price, I would say if I had a room not next to the pool, with an exterior window, I would be satisfied with the value this hotel offers. If In need of a cheap hotel, I would stay here again (just not next to pool).

Great continental breakfast, many choices.Clean room, TV was a bit hard to figure out. Lots of plugins in the room for electronics, nice idea of a door stop to hold door open when you enter with a baggage cart. I liked the separate hair drying/makeup area next to the bathroom. Safe in the room is a good idea for longer stays. Hallway carpet was loose in a few spots and should be restretched before some one trips.

Continental breakfast was bland, but it was free and there was a TON of options. Hotel is walkable to a variety of amenities (marijuana, food, convenience store, alcohol, gas). Staff was so friendly and even the pool and hot tub was a really nice touch. Bed was extremely comfortable (better than mine at home!) and the whole room was so clean!
