Staff excellent. Food, bar and games room all fantastic. Would love to stay again

Very convenient for Stratford Upon Avon. Spa facilities an added bonus but do need updating. Nice but faurly standard breakfast. EV charging useful. Quiet area.

This is a very nice hotel. If you have a car, it is convenient to Stratford upon Avon, Warwick Castle, Kenilworth and other sites in the area. Lots of free parking and very quiet area. There is a very nice indoor pool and games room. If the weather is fine, have a drink on the outdoor terrace. The rooms are very nicely done, we had a big bath tub, very comfortable beds, a Nespresso machine and large windows that could open for fresh country air.

Had a lovely time staying with friends. Fantastic breakfast. Pool was smaller than we expected but ok. Liked the sauna and steam room. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Will be back again if staying in the area again.

Just all round nice! Catered for me with a fridge for my medicine. Loads of FREE parking. Staff were just amazing. Couldn’t help enough. Lovely pool. The beds are so comfortable! Yeah, just a great stay!

Very practical, well-run and economical hotel to stay at. It has all the facilities (Gym, Spa etc.) that I would expect from a hotel of this quality.

Great location. Warm welcome. All information needed was given. Staff friendly throughout, from reception to bar and restaurant staff. Room clean and well set out. Lovely and warm. Wife made use of the pool which she enjoyed. Food was lovely and reasonably priced.

Sauna and Steam Room were not working, rooms were ok. Paid for an upgrade and not sure what difference that made. Good breakfast and customer service

Our bathroom was not clean and the whole place needed an update, but the staff were very good

Housekeeping was very poor, had to go and ask at reception for toiletries, tissue box in bathroom was empty. Dried blood stains on bedding. An in-room fridge would have been useful as most 4 star hotels include this facility

First room had over powering paint fumes. Second room had filthy fridge and rooms were shabby.

Room was very clean and well presented. Reception staff very helpful and courteous.I felt the bar in the evenings was understaffed, often kept waiting for someone to appear to serve, one person trying to serve, clear tables and stock bar, often disappearing out of sight. On the Saturday night, there was a function being held in another area, and staff transferred away from hotel bar to assist in function leaving a very disgruntled barman alone to cope. When function ended, drunk partygoers made a lot of noise in car parks and in hotel into the early hours of the morning. First night was fine, second night was a completely different experience. Plenty of choice for breakfast, but again inconsistencies between the two mornings.

Really nice place. Staff are great, leisure facilities are brilliant and the room was a generous size. It was a bit dusty and breakfast was average but on the whole a really nice stay. Would definitely stay again.

The room was clean and comfortable but no glasses to drink the bottled water they provided. Bathroom was a bit tired , heavy uneven filler in the bathroom door. Service was friendly and helpful. Disappointed that the swimming pool was out of use but a 10% compensation refund was given and the use of the pool at the sister hotel was offered. Very pleasant stay and we would definitely return. Car park spaces weren’t big enough for modern day cars making it difficult to get in and out of the vehicle and there was no lighting at all in the parking areas. The entrance was poorly lit and driveway lighting was very poor too

Overall great stay, very friendly staff and clean hotel. Found us a table in restaurant whilst event was on which was very nice. Pool area was not very tidy, towels left everywhere as not clear message where to leave them. No conditioner available in gym/pool area, own goal. Room was clean just a bit tied around the edges, small older tv.

Friendly hotel. Generally clean & tidy. However high dusting in room had not been carried out for some time. Ceiling light visibly covered in significant dust.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The free upgrade to a king room and complimentary mini bar were a lovely surprise and very much appreciated. The pool area was spotless, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. What really stood out was the exceptional staff – everyone we encountered was genuinely helpful, friendly, and made us feel welcome from start to finish. Breakfast exceeded expectations, with a great variety including fresh fruit, several types of bread, and delicious made-to-order eggs. It was definitely better than the average hotel breakfast. All in all, a great experience – we’d happily return!

Lovely hotel and great staff. The lounge bar drinks are reasonably priced and restaurant food was great. Beds are very comfortable and the rooms are a good size and in a good condition. Only things that let the hotel down was the spa being in need of some TLC and the rooms had paper-thin walls. The walls were a shame as it meant you could hear everything happening in the room next door all night (we were even woken up one night by someone laughing in the room next door). Review would be 5* if it wasn't for the things above, other than that it is a really nice hotel.

Stay in this hotel weekly on business. I like it. Great check-in service, hotel is modern and clean, room spacious and bed comfy, restaurant/bar nice atmosphere and food. Will stay again.

Great stay, room very spacious and free water always a nice touch. Bathroom felt very dated.

Nice property, clean and the room was reasonably sized. No AC, but they had a large fan. Only issue with the fan it was timed for two hours max, so had to keep getting up in the night to turn back on. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay here again, but in cooler weather

TV in the room wasnt working. Reception was not answring the phones for 2 days. On day 1 They gave a room which was not wheel chair access. Even though we had clearly mentioned in our booking we need room with wheel chair access. It was queit a inconvenience.

The hotel was very warm. The rooms need aircon or windows that open.

If they replace the mattresses, then it will be a perfect place to stay. Lovely!

Strange layout getting to our room. Several sets of stairs. Room condition was tired and warm. Shower hot to cold without touching kmobs and curtain cuts off half the shower space. No washcloths and could not cool the room no ac. Not sure how this is a 4 star hotel

The hotel was better than expected given all the negative reviews! Breakfast was lovely and staff very attentive! Service in the bar in the evenings was spot on and the barmen had awesome sense of humour! Only downside which cannot be helped is the roadnoise.

Some of the staff members were not helpful. We had long journeys to get to the hotel and asked to order some food before the restaurant closed, but they said they couldn't do that. I thought this hotel was a four-star hotel? They don't even have room service, and breakfast had limited choices. Additionally, the coffee machine was broken.

I travelled with my daughter and 2 grandson both of which have serious allergies however the staff took our requests very seriously and we were made to feel safe with the food that was served to them. A very special shout out to Matt in the bar and Julie (restaurant manager?) on breakfast. Will definitely be coming back.

We chose to stay here for a short trip to see friends and explore the local area of Stratford Upon Avon. Check in was incredibly quick and we were greeted by helpful, informative and friendly staff. The hotel was clean and modern and had great facilities. The pool was perfect for a little swim with our 1 year old. We ordered drinks and dessert at the hotel bar one evening, although a little slow to receive them, the staff were again very welcoming and the food was good too. A lovely hotel, well worth the money. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

It seems nothing is too much trouble for the reception staff at this hotel, which we found clean and comfortable and more peaceful than many we have stayed at. Conveniently located outside the town centre, but a comfortable drive in short time subject to the volume of traffic. A special shout out to Daisy who went above and beyond to assist us when my wife had a problem with her foot.

Had university reunion of 10 friends at the hotel and we all ate dinner in the restaurant. Restaurant service and food was excellent for the dinner. Less impressed with faulty key card system that prevented access to the first two rooms allocated to my wife and me at check-in. Overall, we'd be happy to go back.

Room tired. Needs a repaint. Decor awful nothing matched. Drab throughout. Bar room didnt have a single free table without dirty glasses or food plates How this is 4 star is beyond me. Staff were friendly and helpful but seemed thin on the ground. Would definitely not recommend or return

Great place to stay free parking centrally located between Stratford-upon-Avon and Warwick Castle, and other sites to see. Staff was exceptional Restaurant very nice Laura and Aziz in the restaurant were wonderful. Would stay here again.

The hotel is situated about a five minuet drive from the town, which makes it much quieter than staying in the town center. The grounds are well kept and there is ample parking and EV charging facilities. The staff were polite and helpful and the breakfasts were substantial and excellent quality. The room we stayed in was a good size, clean and well appointed. We didn't use the gym or pool but they looked very inviting. We enjoyed out stay and would love to come back some time.

Stay was good but due to distance from centre, taxis cost a fortune and the bus back to the hotel doesn’t run in the evening

Disappointed with the evening meal. White wine not chilled. and portions embarrassingly small On the other hand the breakfast buffet was outstanding. Rooms and service very good.

Fabulous hotel. The room was large, clean and brilliant for our family of 3. We loved the pool and appreciated the open access til 8pm for children (9pm for adults). Great reception from the staff too - very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious! Would highly recommend this hotel.

Upon arrival, wow what a lovely place. Reception area spacious and clean. Staff very helpful. There was only 9 guests staying here, told it was the cam before the storm. Got into or rom and nice and tidy. No glasses though for a drink for my bedside table so had to use a mug. Shower caps would of been a nice touch as well. Cold of done with more coffee in the room but I suppose reception would have always got me some had I of asked. Breakfast, we paid £18 each to have a breakfast and thought as it was so quiet a nice full English would of been cooked fresh, how WRONG we were, the bacon was overcooked and hard, sausages white on one side, eggs snotty, mushrooms not cooked. The bacon was obviously cooked in the oven and I would say either the day before or very early on.( starts at 7am and we went 7,15) I would have thought only cooking for a handful of guests they could of cooked it fresh. After our room had been cleaned ( quickly) all of a sudden 2 small bottles of water appeared so assume it was forgotten the day before. 2nd day breakfast we only had toast as didn’t want to try the full English again. Expensive toast for £18. My husband did ve a couple of crossiants…had a swim on our own which was nice. Overall I wouldn’t stay here again..I think he breakfast put us off.

Great bar service. Nice room. Stayed for evening meal, everybody coughing & spluttering - if we get h9me without Covid, Ill be amazed. Not a great breakfast, cheapy bangers, proper salty bacon & barely cooked hash browns. Don't dare ask for scrambled eggs
