Staff we so helpful and friendly. The villa was very clean. Plenty of towels. Beds comfortable. Lots of spqce for parking. Kids playground. Buffet breakfast was ok. Pancakes to over cooked though. Plenty of other food options. The staff in the restaurant were amazing especially to the children. My family will stay again

The service at checkin was great, friendly and quick. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom has good lighting and the room is great at ensuring a dark room for a good night sleep. The villa unit was clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. It was very quiet at night and felt very safe and secure. Room service meals were really nice and delivered hot. We loved the location as we were there for an athletics event at QSAC which is a short walk/drive away. The pool was small but clean - could do with some lounge chairs though. We had a small issue with the smart TV not connecting to the wifi which was not resolved during our stay but everything else was great.

This property was excellent. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Check in was quick. Our 2 bedroom villa was spacious and comfortable. The staff picked us up in the golf buggy transport to take us to and from the restaurant for dinner. This was a godsend for my 90 year old mum. And my 3 year old granddaughter thought it the best fun. The swimming pool and playground were brilliant and the restaurant was beautifully appointed and very reasonably priced. Could not fault this place at all. I'll be back.

Very clean room and fairly spacious. We were on an upper floor and it was pretty quiet. Bar & restaurant were handy too as we didn’t have a car. I liked the dispensers in the bathroom for shower gel/conditioner & shampoo. The pool was ok but could of done with a bit more cleaning at one end it looked like someone had put their dog in it small hairs around.

Lovely place, the room i stayed in had no phone active which was a downside, so no room service unless you use your personal phone to contact the main line. Staff were helpful, i did ask for a late checkout, so i could have a swim. Late check out 10:15 am. $100 cash deposit is required on arrival, and is returned within the 10 business days. All in all, lovely place. As i was travelling solo i enjoyed it.

We had to run the shower for about 5 minutes before the hot water came through. And had to ask reception for another toilet roll as we ( 4 adults ) stayed 2 nights and only had 1 and 1/2 toilet rolls, otherwise very comfortable and the beds were absolutely beautiful to sleep on. We will be staying again in the future.

Property is clean and well-presented but needs a few refurbishments and additions. One hot water system to serve six villas meant our showers were cut short. Things we found lacking in our villa; an extra blanket, bedside lamps, a coffee table, more tea bags. The restaurant has great ambience, meals are delicious and large serves. The staff are helpful and courteous.

Stayed 2 night and wash basin was blocked. Maintenance team wasn’t available until next day afternoon. 4 star hotel should have a ability to solve this type of problem within 1 to 2 hour, while it took 1 day to solve it.
