My poolside room was really clean with great view. I didn’t have a chance to use the pool but when I wanted to use the gym I was informed that as of this year there is no gym available. Moreover, if you miss the all inclusive dinner I was told by the staff that they don’t offer room service, so 21:30 is the cut off time for an evening meal which was bad, as I checked in at 21:30 so I didn’t have a chance to eat. Soundproof is an absolute joke… you can hear everything; from people walking outside your room, the staff getting ready for the morning cleaning and whatever happens upstairs. This is for room 100 where I stayed at.

Nice property. Smaller than we thought. Just one main dining room. Small food selection. Items frequently repeated. No service on the beach. There are menus attached to umbrellas with QR codes to scan, how we menu is outdated and cannot order from beach. Need to go to beach bar. Never saw an employee on the beach. The all inclusive drink menu limited to about 5 cocktails to choose from and don’t change daily. The beach chair menus had other drinks how not allowed to request for all inclusive and told “menu outdated”.
