The hotel is difficult to find up a treacherously narrow road, and there are no signs indicating which of the three driveways are the parking. Once there it is a very pleasant country house transformed into a luxury property. Staff was welcoming, and the indoor pool and pool boy were fine. However, there was a wedding one night and a corporate event the other, so there was noise which we did not appreciate after midnight -- they should've booked out the entire hotel if they were going to do such an event directly underneath our windows on the first floor.. The tiny bathtub, shower is completely inadequate for grown men. Buffet breakfast was exceptionally good.

The hotel is a former 18th century villa set in the Berico hills just a short distance from Vicenza. It is beautifully maintained by a staff that could not be more attentive. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. We especially enjoyed cocktails on the patio overlooking the lawn and hills in the fistance.

Ein ruhiges und gepflegtes Hotel in den "Berici-Hills" zum entspannen am Pool...haben wir zumindest beim Buchen gedacht. Leider hat sich das Hotel auf Seninare, Events, etc spezialisert. Als inviduell anreisende Gäste füht man sich nicht willkommen. Dauernd wird etwas auf und umgebaut, bei den einem gas Gefühl gegen wir nur im Weg zu sein. Die Verfügbarkeit der Anlage (inkl Pool, Terrasse, Frühstück im Aussenbereich, Möglichkei für Abendessen, etc) hängt stark davon ab ob gerade wieder ein Event ansteht. Das man als Hotelgast im hoteleigenen Restaurant keinen Platz erhält ist doch sehr speziwll, zumal ja nicht gerade um die Ecke ein Restaurant zur Verfügung steht. An zwei von drei Abenden unseres Aufenthalt war die Musik der Events bis spät in die Nacht so lait, dass nicht an schlafen zu denken war. Der Bass der Techno-Party Musik liess sogar die Mauern des Hotel erzittern. Nach mehrmaligem Reklamieren konnten wir dann weit nach Mitternacht das Hotelzimmer tauschen. In diesen abgelegenen Teil des Hotels war die Musik immer noch zu hören, jedoch in einer Latstärke, dass Schlafen möglich war. Der in die jahre gekommene halb überdeckte Pool gleicht mehr einem Hallenbad, bei welchem eine Glasfront geöffnet werden kann als einem Aussenpool der zum entspannen einlädt. Zusammengefasst, das Hotel entspricht weder den Erwartungen noch Ansprüchen an ein "Starhotel". Zzm Entspannen und geniwssen ist das Hotel ungeeignet.

Très agréable boutique hôtel. Niché dans un très bel environnement offrant de belles vues, c’est un hôtel dans des bâtiments historiques et mêlant confort et élégance. Im Hotel sind Hunde jeder Größe erlaubt und auch reichlich vorhanden. Wir hatten Flöhe im Zimmer und wurden von diesen mehrfach gebissen. Der Service war redlich bemüht aber letzten Endes hilflos. Als Entschädigung wurde uns die kostenlose Nutzung der Minibar eingeräumt. Alles andere als ein erholsames Urlaubswochenende... Schade. Potenzial vorhanden.

I loved staying at this hotel. Two staff members stood out - Patrick (front desk) and Lucia (dining staff). They were polite, professional, and very good at their jobs! The only disappointing thing was the dinner. It appeared to be very disorganized, a couple of dining the staff were confused on our order and brought out an appetizer with the other persons main meal then wouldn’t bring out my meal because my dining partner had waited for my main meal to be served. My last comment is, it’s an international group and much of the dining staff did not speak English at all, which was very difficult for me and other guest, who did not speak Italian, but spoke English, French, Danish, Dutch, and so forth.

My mother and I had a great time at this hotel. She was visiting from the States for Mothers Day. She was comfortable and impressed. The local and service were outstanding. The staff were always helpful and approachable. I will be back on my own to relax here and get away from work and city life. I highly recommend.
