The place is run down and in much need of repair. Concrete falling apart everywhere. I couldnt walk up the stairs without kicking loose concrete everwhere. Do better! The room was uncomfortable with bad water pressure and bad lighting. They were clearly using the lighting to take away from all the problems. Will not stay here again

The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud and made screeching noises that literally would make my head hurt. The ice machine was broken and there was only 1 working washing machine in the guests laundry room.

Our stay was far from satisfactory. The cleanliness was a significant issue, with the bedding appearing dirty and stained. The floors were also in a poor state, seeming quite filthy. Interestingly, the pools were advertised as "seasonal," but were surprisingly covered during the summer. The property also operated as a studio/long-term rental. Unfortunately, the resident culture was not welcoming. The residents were quite loud and had a possessive attitude towards the property. The overall condition of the property was disappointing and in dire need of improvement. We arrived late, which curtailed our ability to address these issues immediately. However, we made it a point to leave as early as possible the following morning. Unless you are comfortable with a hotel that feels reminiscent of a rent-by-the-hour establishment, I would strongly advise against staying here.

Room furniture was mostly as pictured although the cooktop and vent were not in my room. Door was missing exterior lock and had peeling paint on the interior. One set of stairs leading to the second floor was blocked off as unsafe and the other set adjacent was rusted throughout as well the upstairs walkways were also in poor condition. The exterior light outside my room flickered all night and was visible in the room through gaps in the door and window coverings. There was a hole in the tile of the shower near the mixer valve handle. It also appeared that many of the rooms were being occupied by people that are currently living there long term. I wound not stay there again.

The staff was very accommodating as usual, we were able to get quarters from the front office to do our laundry, which they had 24 hours washers and dryers on site that worked very well. They even have vending machines with toothbrushes, shampoos, detergents etc on hand. I even needed sugar for my cereal and they gave it to me! Again, very accommodating and money well spent, we will continue to stay here every time we're close by. You won't be disappointed 😊

With a little more effort outside around the property you could be rated higher. For instance there is a grill laying on it's side by the backdoor that was there on my last visit in exactly the same position. Little things like that would make the outside better. All in all it is obvious that you are working hard to make this a nice place to stay. Thank you for all your efforts.

All the staff were friendly and nice, the facility was in rough shape with updated furnishings. The air conditioning didn’t cool the room down even in mild fall temps. Door would not secure so it would just open on its own. Floor was so dirty it would turn your feet black in one trip across the room. Could not get towels for a shower. Bed fitted sheets would not fit the bed so they wouldn’t stay on. People outside were smoking marijuana during the night bad enough to give us a headache in the room. We ended up getting a refund for our second night and ended up just going home after the day’s activities instead of staying our second night.

This was the worst experience I have had when dealing with hotels.com The room was definitely nothing like the pictures; the sheets were dirty stain, there was roaches, the bath bathroom had black mold, the sink leaked water on floor. Room was dirty, tub was not clean, bed sheets & sink had hair everywhere. Moved to another room & it was worse than the 1st room! The new room also had hair on the sick & also dried toothpaste stuck on the sink from the previous guests. So disgusting!! I checked out immediately & checked into another hotel. I will NEVER, EVER visit this hotel again!!! BEWARE, do not stay here if you are a clean decent person!

My stay at this Hotel 6 with my wife was very very bad. Our room was located near the area where local residents are living. We felt that our room should have been located away from someone living quarters. More close near the front office area where the room location was alor better than where we were located. The room was dirty and not clean anywhere. We had to wipe everything down before we used it. Dead bugs found through the room. We had to go get some bug spray because roaches were crawling all around the walls and the curtains. We had to sleep with the lights all night and tied our personal belongs in plastic bags to keep the roaches out. And the room smelled like bug spray the whole night because we were up spraying and didn't get any sleep. This was the worst trip away from home, we EVER HAD needless to say we were not pleased.

The motel was very old. Our room did not look like pictures at all. It was clean and beds were comfortable. But the tub, tile, and towels were stained. grout work and tile work was horrible. There was a mirror mounted on top of a mirror, and they were completely different sizes and shapes. There were no electrical outlets besides the one on the tv. We will not stay here again and I will not recommend this motel.

Our stay was good. The room was clean and organized. There were towels, wash rags, and bars of soap. We had a full size fridge, stove top, and microwave. We had no issues with the tv or WiFi. We were also never bothered. We would definitely stay again.

One night work trip, to avoid a super early morning. Had to request a room change, first room smelled of weed and lights didn’t all work. Second room seemed clean enough. But fell well short of the stock photos used here. It is not a recently renovated lucky find that that I’d stay at again. But the second room did seem clean and the front desk employee was polite and friendly and happily changed my room. I didn’t feel threatened by the anything there, but I’m glad a younger female coworker didn’t stay in a room there.

My husband and I found a parasite in the bed. The bed sheets had stains all over them. After taking pictures and calling the front desk. We went to speak with the front desk manager. Kevin was very rude. He did not give us a refund. He and the Head Housekeeper manager said the room was clean. The stains on the bed was clean. We then asked for him to cancel our reservation. Kevin said no they will not cancel the reservation nor refund me my money. Kevin then lied and stated we were breaking in and being disruptive. The cameras in the facility show no such thing. Kevin never offered us another room or anything. Him refusing to cancel our reservation and the lies he told Expedia. I will never come back.

There was nothing to like. The worker Kevin Patel was very rude, condescending and disrespectful. He put me in a filthy room. I asked for cleaning supplies and I cleaned it myself. I also had no bed linen. I asked for it and he told me in order for me to get a blanket I had to move rooms completely. I am disabled, I had just moved and cleaned a room that should have already been guest ready. He became rude and disrespectful told me. I'm not going to help you call corporate on me. But if you manage to get in touch with them, my name is Kevin Patel. He said I was coming in too much asking for things. I only asked for cleaning supplies to clean the filthy room he put me in and a blanket. That should have already been taken care of. I paid for a week the next day they wanted $100 pet deposit. I explained they were service animals and the guy changed his story to I didn't pay the $100 deposit when I rented the room. Later that day he deactivated my card to access the room. 2 days later was kicked out. Will not refund the remainder of my money and called the police.

They gave me a key to 317, which I went twice door would not open then I realized the curtain was pulled back. I go tell clerk she get an attitude tell me to clam down. He walk to the window saying they would move and she would walk me to my room as if I was slow, only after I told them someone was already in room. The property was already disappointing then for clerk to rule then endangering my life by giving someone else room key. I was so hurt until I left key in some places she put it and closed the door then left property with staying

Bed fitted sheets would not fit the bed so they wouldn’t stay on. People outside were smoking marijuana during the night bad enough to give us a headache in the room. We ended up getting a refund for our second night and ended up just going home after the day’s activities instead of staying our second night.
All the staff were friendly and nice, the facility was in rough shape with updated furnishings. The air conditioning didn’t cool the room down even in mild fall temps. Door would not secure so it would just open on its own. Floor was so dirty it would turn your feet black in one trip across the room. Could not get towels for a shower. My stay was short a few days...however, we got the studio which was clean and large.....had fridge and microwave in room which was very convenient....close to mall convenient for shopping and dinning (Waffle House & IHOP within walking distance a plus)...quite at night(and day), felt safe as grounds all over property very well lit everywhere.....only hour drive to Atlanta. Would definitely stay again.

One night work trip, to avoid a super early morning. Had to request a room change, first room smelled of weed and lights didn’t all work. Second room seemed clean enough. But fell well short of the stock photos used here. It is not a recently renovated lucky find that that I’d stay at again. But the second room did seem clean and the front desk employee was polite and friendly and happily changed my room. I didn’t feel threatened by the anything there, but I’m glad a younger female coworker didn’t stay in a room there.

Room furniture was mostly as pictured although the cooktop and vent were not in my room. Door was missing exterior lock and had peeling paint on the interior. One set of stairs leading to the second floor was blocked off as unsafe and the other set adjacent was rusted throughout as well the upstairs walkways were also in poor condition. The exterior light outside my room flickered all night and was visible in the room through gaps in the door and window coverings. There was a hole in the tile of the shower near the mixer valve handle. It also appeared that many of the rooms were being occupied by people that are currently living there long term. I wound not stay there again.

Our stay was good. The room was clean and organized. There were towels, wash rags, and bars of soap. We had a full size fridge, stove top, and microwave. We had no issues with the tv or WiFi. We were also never bothered. We would definitely stay again.

The staff was very accommodating as usual, we were able to get quarters from the front office to do our laundry, which they had 24 hours washers and dryers on site that worked very well. They even have vending machines with toothbrushes, shampoos, detergents etc on hand. I even needed sugar for my cereal and they gave it to me! Again, very accommodating and money well spent, we will continue to stay here every time we're close by. You won't be disappointed 😊

My boyfriend and I travel the country on motorcycles, just for fun because we have the time and the money so why not. We stay at cheap hotels all the time and I normally give 5 star ratings because literally all I want is a place to sleep and coffee the next morning. This hotel sucks and I know a review won't matter to the owners and no one in their office will care but I rarely ever complain so today is the day I do. My boyfriend is a disabled veteran with a disabled tag on his bike, last night we were told we couldn't park in the handicap parking spot because the office likes to keep those spots open. I smiled and said thanks anyways and we moved our bike then went to our room. We went straight to sleep because we had rode over 500 miles that day and we were tired. I wake up earlier than he does because I'm a morning person and he's definitely not ... normally, I go sit in the lobby and play on my phone quietly for an hour or two and drink coffee until he wakes up. but today I was told I couldn't do that because they don't like people sitting in there. They have 2 tables and a couple of chairs next to a coffee corner. It's meant to be enjoyed as a coffee spot. The owners and or employees are petty and awful. This is the first hotel I've ever stayed at that I wasn't happy with. Customer service is the biggest part of y'alls business and you failed at it.
